No, it's a real song...just on the 'Fan Creations-Fanfics' webpage.

Sorry, can't help you though, the song jerks too much for me to get a good idea of the tune.

I'm not entirely sure, but it sounds a lot like Kimi ga Ita Scene, Touya's character image song from CCS, but I'm really not sure.

I did a thorough check on the internet and it failed me! I usually can find this stuff. I can tell you one thing though, it definitely is not Touya's Song. I'll keep searching, but I can't promise anything. It's possible that it is a fan made song.
