Do you swear? I would have to say yes..im not that insane..that it's in my life..

To me, swearing just seems wrong, and really impolite. I try not to ever use swearwords, unless I am extremely stressed, hurt or angry. I can get by just fine without swearing, so I don't know why so many people use it as part of their everyday language.

I'm not saying that you shouldn't swear, I'm just saying that it's not necessary.

I said yes but I really shouldn't...this is after all an all-age forum and I don't recommend anyone getting into the habit of swearing.

Well, it's not like im encouraging people to swear ^^;; It's just a curiosity of who swears - off of the forums in life of course. lol

No I never swear. It just seems ugly to me and like some people it may seem like it makes them cool. But to me I'm just fine with the way I speak now and I don't think I need to add any of those words into my speech everyday.

If you mean what you say and if the person who you tell it know you such good that he can trust you there is no need to swear, right?!

I don't really like to swear and I absolutely don't like it, when others swear to me! Especially not when they swear on things or persons!

I'd say yes but I don't realise it, but when I do I try not to, I really hate swearing sometimes and other times I love it XD

I don't like to make a habit of swearing, especially since I am studying to become a teacher, but I am famous for having a temper as I've unfortunately shown some members on here.

There are times that I let my temper get out of control and I'll state a couple of swear words, but I have never, and will never swear directly at a person. That I find unacceptable, and there is no reason to call them a name that you wouldn't dare call them if you weren't angry.

I hope that one day I'll completely stop my swearing because I know one day a student of mine will swear in class, and I'll tell them that it's unacceptable, and I won't have the right to say it because I swear.

Very rarely. Pretty much, no. I sometimes swear when I'm quoting something or making a reference to the words themselves. And I'm about 1000x more likely to swear in my writing than in my speech (but even then, it's REALLY rare, and generally censored). I don't mind when other people swear, but for me I don't want to substitute my real vocabulary for makeshift words, that literally have no connection to the things I'm speaking about. I like to be more articulate than that.

In all honesty, I try to be careful with what comes out of my mouth, you can never be too careful. It could hurt you in the long run.
The only time I swear is when I get mad or something, but even then, they aren't the "F" word and all that.

I don't think I do...perhaps the only word I've used was 'kuso'. I think the reason I don't swear is because I don't know half of their meanings

I hardly ever swear. It's difficult to make me mad anyway, so I just rarely do it. ^^

Oh! Sometimes I say 'kuso' though! Like Okami-chan said! You could count that as swearing. XD

OH! I just now realized what that meant. I had always heard that in anime but I didn't know it was spelt that way. ^^ Silly me...Â

I sometimes swear but it's not really a habit. It's just something I do when I want to. I only swear at other people if I'm really angry with them, but that rarely ever happens, and sometimes I might swear when I think something is cool. You know, like I might say something like "ZOMG! That's f**king awesome!" and I mostly only swear online. I don't swear offline mainly because I would get in trouble if my parents ever found out I did, but sometimes I might mutter sh** under my breath when something pisses me off.

I do...more than I should

Swearing is just...all around me at school and everything-I picked up bad habits I suppose, and me and my friends are all very relaxed about swearing so no-one gets offended by it really. I should stop :\ I don't use swearing in an offensive manner though, I don't think. If I really get mad with someone, I wont swear. I will get pretty angry, but I don't tend to swear at them too much, I usually just sorta clench my fists and teeth, and just put up with it I guess...it's a pretty twisted habit I'm in.

I'm Irish, so yeah. :p I try and not do it too often, but I've been gettng stressed easily lately and the odd s*** and f*** comes out. I prefer to swear in German or Irish, it doesn't seem as harsh as English.
But where I live swearing is so commonly accepted you don't even notice it. We have to make up new words as the standard insults don't have the same effect anymore. >.>

I swear at inanimate objects... and other people on the road while driving. I swear at my computer, my printer, my cell phone... yeah. Usually when I'm angry. ^^ I rarely, if never, swear at people, and if I do it's usually online to make a point or joking around with friends. Or RPing. (heh, that's all Kuro's fault) ^___^; It depends on the person I'm talking to, and I'm usually not as comfortable swearing with anyone I know in real life.
