but so many people abuse the "give a cookie" method i mean, if there is no other choice then i guess that's all we can do.

but the rules won't stop people from abusing the "give a cookie" method. i mean, you could have every person read the rules on this forum but it won't stop anyone from doing it again. you know what i mean? it has to be enforced, like, there has to be a consequence if the method is abused and what not.

Well, as the popularity of this forum rose, I've noticed quite a few freedoms have been cut off. The consequences of having a large community, I guess. More Rules = More People Abusing Them
