So...do you think CLAMP will ever complete this storyline?!!

I'm on episode 20 of the anime at the moment...I need to finish it.
I really like it. <3 It is my favorite CLAMP manga after Tsubasa.

Nope...the series remains uncompleted though the anime and movie has faux endings to them.

Major bump as VIZ Media has released X in omnibus format containing the first three books of the series in traditional Japanese format (their original release in English had the flipped artwork) and includes color pages with pictures of the X characters. The first omnibus is now available while the second one is due sometime in March 2012.

Just picked up this book and while the demise of the flipped page and colored artwork is greatly appreciated, unlike the other CLAMP books released recently by Kodansha, Dark Horse and Yen Press, VIZ kept the English translated sound FX in the omnibus, thus taking much out of the original artwork IMO.

The second X omnibus covering books 4-6 is now available. Stil a great read after all this time and the original artwork, now no longer flipped is fantastic.

The third X Omnibus is now available at fine bookstores.

The 4th omnibus has been released, which covers Books 10-12 of the original series. Lots of colored artwork pages.

The 5th X Omnibus which covers books 13-15 of the original series is scheduled for release on April 9, 2013.

The release of the 5th X Omnibus appears to have been pushed back to May 14th while the 6th X Omnibus has a scheduled release date of July 9, 2013. While the original story was unfinished, there are no indications that new material will be added to the final book at this time.
