Need help with text in pic...

Hey... is there any way to REMOVE text from a picture?  I am attempting to make a siggy with psp studio, planning on coloring in a b/w splash and adding effects, etc.

I'm not so sure about psp, but you can "remove" text in Adobe Photoshop using the clone tool.  But getting used to the clone tool takes a lot of time and effort and not reccommended for those new to graphics editting. ^^;

Oh, and I founfd a tutorial on how to use the clone tool in psp, hope it helps.

you could try finding the original picture online to avoid having to remove text on it altogether. but i from the picture that you're describing its a manga page? perhaps you could just erase the text using the erase tool and just draw the lines underneath over if its simple enough. =P
