People, a thread containing a conversation between only two people is forbidden!...I think.
Midsummer Night's Dream was my absolute fave. I hate Hamlet and Macbeth though. I liked Romeo and Juliet, but right now I'm sick of it cause we held a play about it.

So far, except for some of his sonnets, I've only read Romeo and Juliet (a long time ago I might add, and I had a hard time understanding everything since English is not my first language and I had barely reached my teens at that time), and story-wise I did not like it very much - too much love-love, as Mokona would have said - but the way Shakespeare wrote sure is fantastic. Mercutio was my favourite character, not so much for the comic-relief but rather that he was the most sensible person in the whole play. Does anyone know how to pronounce his name, by the way? I keep wanting to call him [Merr-cute-ee-oh] but that does not sound quite... right.
I have been planning for ages to read Hamlet - as I think that play will prove to be more suited for my tastes - but I just keep finding so many other things I need to read first. :sweatdrop: Other plays that are high on my Shakespearian to-read list are Much Ado About Nothing, Midsummer Night's Dream and Macbeth.

Nothing wrong going on here with this thread...yet though if you really want to do a one-on-one conversation, you may want to PM or email each other with it.
