I have to read Romeo & Juliet for Freshman year. I am very excited because I love History & Elizabethean England (as you probably guessed) is one of my favorite Eras.

This thread is to discuss, complain, ask for homework help about the works of who I consider a genius. I'll try to help you understand things so you can pass English.

What I want to read: Tempest, As You Like It, Macbeth, Henry V & the whole War of Roses.

Shakespeare in my opinon was a genius....one who i will never come to understand his wonderful-ness

I didn't like Hamlet but i like midsummer's night dream, and i saw the tempest which i thought was awsome!~

Midsummer's Night Dream is supposed to be good; that's the one with Puck right?

How was the Tempest? I read the "Brave New World" bit in a book on Mythology and am hooked to it.

yeah puck is my fave charater...cause he is love ....basically he is mostly why i like that play XD

oh and tempest was really good...but it also just might have been how it was preformed
