very nice, charcoalz ^^  that does look like sakura, but when it comes to her body, she looks a little flat and stiff, if that makes sense ^^  i think it's just her posture that looks strange.  i do like the shading though, especially on her hair and clothes, adds a bit more dimension ^^  overall, good job ^^
