There rpob will be at leats another season...after all, CCS had three seasons....they prob just wanted to see everyone's reactions to the first series b4 announcing a second....

I remember someone else has mentioned that the current rating is not so good... I hope the movie pulls the rating, so they might consider making another season...
Also... they added a little bit more stuff in Hanshin... Wasn't the producer's intended theme about being able to strive for a goal even if the end is no where near?  I think they might end the show at the end of Outo Country because that is the country where a big conflict is being introduced... and it will leave the audience to be more curious if the story ends at the most exciting moment... At least that's what I'd do if I am only allowed to make 26 episodes for Tsubasa

From the latest cover of the anime magazines, it seems that they'll at least make it to Outo Country.  Animedia's June cover has Sakura dressed up in the cafe waitress outfit..  Actually, it wouldn't be too bad if they ended it with that country, even though I think a lot of RG Veda fans would have wanted to see Ashura & Yasha.

If you think about it, the anime is moving much faster than the manga, so it's prob a good thing that the series is taking a quick break. I don't think they'll cut much out, in hindsight...they'll prob just get to a certain point and stop, if the series crashes.

Although, the anime has already cut some stuff out, like Touya being hit by a poison dart in the battle...

sorry i don't get all this 'season' thing.. after a season.. they wait for a while longer to allow the new season come out? or does the new season come the week out right after the season ended? :S

So far, all of the news sources say that Tsubasa Chronicle is 26 episodes.  Whether or not there will be more episodes is still unknown.

That is not fair, I was so happy,white the anime of Tsubasa, and now you tell me that there will only be 26 episodes.

Like I said before, just wait a while. Either this will be like CCS, with new seasons made, or like Fruits Basket, where the anime was dropped in favourof the manga.

Yes, the ratings for this anime are down in Japan...apparently xxholic is doing much better, which is one of the reasons things haven't got too bad for TRC...xxxholic fans are watching in order to keep up with the crossovers. But if the movie doesn't spark some interest soon, I have  bad feeling that this great anime will be abandoned at the end of the series.
