That song is in Still fantasy album (2nd track).... However i can't locate my cd...
so you might want just to d/l the whole album with BT.  Here is the torrent link.

the first one i have myself and that torrent no longer excists and the 2nd one.....i can't seem to find the M soundstage among them >.<

i checked official site and cd/japan and it seems like theres only 3 soundstage for nanoha A.  Is that a special that comes together with other media?

If i remember it right, it was an extra bonus Soundstage or something that came with a Megami magazine

A freebies from megami... That surely hard to find but i believe it will eventually pop up when strikerS started to air. 

i thought it was one among the soundstage plus cd that came together with the dvd.

Tsubasahime's post gave me the idea to check out the various bittorrent programs and Emule had it.
