In the mean time here is my share.... Its an insert song in episode 39 pikachu's good bye/ pikachu no mori ( jap title).  Its japanese version.  However, sorry i don't know its real title.  i just ripped it from a friend's cd (anime polling rank theme) and forgoten to encode its details.
