Chapter 1: The accident

Sakura and Syaoran were walking home from school,a happy couple.They then parted ways and Syaoran kissed her head before saying goodbye.She smiled,then went off.
At least,that was supposed to happen.
Sakura was in a coma,and all because of him.It started when they were walking home from school.They were walking happily and talking.Then he lightly pushed Sakura(he was teasing her).Then she got up and scowled at him.Then they both laughed,unaware of the danger they were facing.They crossed the road,but Syaoran wasn't looking when a car spun and screeched on its tyres.
Sakura pushed him away and got hit by the car instead.And it was in a big blur."Sakura!"he yelled.The driver flung his car door open and said,"Darn!is that girl alright?"so saying,he helped Syaoran carry her out.Then he noticed it:Sakura was bleeding in the head,and she was growing pale.The driver tried to stop the bleeding while Syaoran called an ambulance.
Within minutes,Sakura was transported to the emergency room of Tomoeda Hospital."doctor,will she be ok?"asked Syaoran,feeling agitated."It's hard to say,Syaoran.She's losing alot of blood.She may not survive.Even if she does,she will be paralyzed from the waist down."She told him to call Sakura's parents immediately.He informed them and they rushed to the hospital.Toya threatened to kill him while Sakura's father just looked worried.Syaoran sat on a chair,his head slumped. |
