Chapter 1: The Tower Gives the Finger
(by Muse_Blossom, added on 2005-07-11 06:56:06 AEST) [Discussion Topic]

This was my first ever CCS fic and I thoroughly enjoyed writing it. Some names are in English and I made reference to Inuyasha but I could find myself to change any bit of it because this is the original and ppl on ffn seemed to enjoy it so I hope you all do too! This is an AU fic by the way.

Chapter One
The Tower Gives the Finger

"The domain of f(x) is.....uh, Tomoyo-chan, I have no idea!" Sakura cried to her best friend, Tomoyo. "Let's face it, I am not a school-smart person, I am a...a...Gym-type, Book reading type, theatre girl. I'll never understand math!" Sakura slammed down her book on her desk.

"Don't worry, Sakura-chan, you'll get eventually," Tomoyo told her in an assuring voice. Unlike Sakura, Tomoyo was very good at math. In fact, if it involved school, Tomoyo was the best, and nothing but an A would suit her.

This of course didn't mean that Sakura didn't have any talents. Sakura Kinomoto was beautiful, with her light brown hair that rested above her shoulder, her slim figure that suggested that she was a model, and her beautiful emerald eyes that made you feel like she could see right through you.

Unfortunately, she was not Miss Popularity. Unfortunately, Sakura's personality and likes made her different from the rest of the slutty girls that attended her school, Tomoeda High School. She was one of the few virgins in her school, and this gave other girls the right to make fun of her everyday. And her innocence made it even more funny for the other girls to tease.

If it weren't for Tomoyo, Sakura would fall into deep depression. Tomoyo always made her feel pretty and cared for. Touya, her brother, also used to be her support, but he left for his last year college two months ago, promising to write to her, which he always did.

But there was one person who always made her life a living hell. That was Syaoran Li. Maybe it was his aw-shucks smile, and hunky, drop dead good looks that swooned most of Tomoeda High School's girls over. He had auburn hair, and deep brown eyes that always made him seem like a Greek God. And it was that sort of effect that made him popular. With him being the captain of the soccer team, head of the honor's society, and always on the honor roll, teachers always stuck by his side. Everyone loved him.

Well, except Sakura.

"Hey, Kinomoto, are you that anorexic that you have to wear baggy clothes," "Kinomoto, tell me, was your mother that bug-eyed, or were you just born deformed," it was those comments that always made Sakura stomp off in tears, and Syaoran and his gang laugh off behind her. They always made her uncomfortable in her own skin, always pulling her bra strap, and swarming her with spitballs. She was labeled a GEEK.

There was only one place where Sakura was able to be free. And it was Drama class. She was able to pretend that she was someone else. She pretended that she was someone everybody else liked. And she was finally excited that the spring musical was coming up. Sakura almost always played a part of the play, and even though she was never the lead, but she always had a blast working with the rest of the crew.

"Sakura, are you going to try out for the musical?" Tomoyo asked once they got down to finishing their homework. Sakura was sprawled on her bed, reading the new novel by Jenny Carroll.

"I don't know Tomoyo, maybe I'll just be working with crew again, " Sakura said, still reading from her book.

"Sakura...no! I want to design a costume that you will wear! Every year, since freshmen year, I've been begging you to try out, but you always refuse! Why?" Tomoyo asked, her amethyst eyes boring into Sakura's.

Sakura just scoffed. "Do you think tickets would sell if I was even an extra in the play, Li would probably make up stories on how I would make a joke out of the drama class."

"Just try, please...please, please, please!" Tomoyo begged as she threw a pillow at her.

"Okay, okay, just don't throw pillows at me!"

Tomoyo didn't listen. They ended up with a pillow fight that totaled Sakura's room.

"Hey, Syaoran, I dare you to paint the finger on the water tower (i got this from a show, that70's show)"a blonde haired sixteen year old told another boy, all looking up at the water tower above them all.

"Don't be stupid Budd, Syaoran isn't that stupid!" Another boy with blue hair laughed at him.

"Are you ready to bet on that," the leader of the group told him. He was already going up the ladder, and bucket of paint and brush at hand.

" Syaoran, are you crazy! You could get caught! It's all against the rules!" the boy said.

"Most fun things in life are, Eriol," Syaoran responded, already mid-way there.

"Heh, heh, this is awesome," a red headed boy explained.

"I have a bad feeling about this," Eriol said.

Syaoran was already there. He dipped his brush in the bucket and began to paint. It took him about an hour to get his work of art perfected. When he finished, Syaoran brushed some of the sweat from his forehead. He looked proudly at his materpiece that shone out against the midnight sky.

"Hey guys, how does it look from down there?" Syaoran called to his other friends.

"It's giving me the finger!" Budd yelled.

"Nice one, deVinci's got nothing on you!" the red head cried. Eriols looked at him in amazement.

"Bardok, you know who deVinci is?"he asked, his blue eyes popping out.

"Yeah, he painted the painting with the clocks dying,"Bardok replied.

"Nevermind," he told him. "Syaoran, I'm telling you, you're really gonna get in trouble for this!"

"No, I'm not!"

"Yes, you are!"a different voice said behind them. It was their Drama class, Ms. Harmon. "Now, if you boys would be kind as to leave, I have business with Mr. Li to discuss."

All three boys left running, breaking world records.

"Thank for your loyalty you jerks!" Syaoran yelled angrily as he climbed down, ready to face the second person in his entire school that didn't worship him. "I am so dead."

"Mr. Li, I believe your guardian would want to know why you were out late outside today at midnight, wouldn't he," she smiled.

Syaoran had no choice but grumbled as he got into his teacher's car, knowing he would pay dearly for his vandalism.

But he couldn't help but smile and smirk as he saw his "masterpiece" giving him the finger.

Chapter 2: The way she looked....
(by Muse_Blossom, added on 2006-10-16 23:00:01 AEST) [Discussion Topic]

I'm so sorry for continuing this story....or stealing it,if you must...but i really couldn't resist it!
Especially to Muse_Blossom,if you're reading this right now...but i really couldn't resist it!!SORRY TO ALL!
and please don't sue me!
Li Syaoran sat reluctantly in the front seat and gazed around to see if he could spot any of his friends.
Unfortunately, they had all ran away."Stupid jerks,"muttered Syaoran under his breath.Suddenly, something beautiful caught Syaoran's eyes.He immediately focused on it.
It was Sakura Kinomoto.
She just happened to be day-dreaming,as usual,as she stopped and breathed in the sweet scent of a flower. Her emerald green eyes looked calm and beautiful,as they always did,
but Syaoran had never noticed them. That is,until now.he just couldn't take his eyes off her.She inhaled, gently, her petite figure was bathed in a pool of moonlight. She happened to be
running errands. She looked femine and gentle.Ignoring what his teacher said or did,he continued looking at her.
"Li Syaoran! Are you listening to me?"said his teacher, shattering his thoughts abruptly."Um...no,could you repeat what you just said?""I have been repeating it for 3 times,Syaoran!I will
say it for the last time. What is your guardian's phone number?"she said, frustrated.
"It's **************"(sorry i don't know how many numbers a japanese phone number has)He said sulkily. She quickly dialed his phone number."Hello?.........yes I want to speak to-"she
went on and on.
Finally, they arrived at Syaoran's house. His guardian,Wei,went to receive him. After some frustrated exchanges, the teacher got back into her car and drove away.
"Master Syaoran,I believe you should tell me the reason for your vandalism,"said Wei,calmly.
"I was asked to paint the clock tower,"lied Syaoran.
"By who?You know I am not as clueless as that,Master Syaoran."Wei raised his eyebrow.Syaoran sighed. The jig was up and it was time to face the music.
"Okay fine.I took up a stupid bet.Happy?"grumbled Syaoran.
"Next time,do not do such an immature thing.Surely you know better than that."advised Wei."Now I will have to tell your mother. You should go to sleep."
"Night,Wei."Syaoran climbed up the stairs and into his bedroom, where he flung himself on his bed and fell asleep.

Chapter 3: Yet another day,yet another trauma
(by Muse_Blossom, added on 2006-10-17 23:16:54 AEST) [Discussion Topic]

falling_leavex here....Again,I'm REALLY REALLY SORRY FOR STEALING THIS STORY,AND PLEASE DON'T SUE ME!!!!!!Please don't,as this is my first fanfic.I beg you!
Sakura hurriedly dashed to school."HOEEEE!!!!I'm late!I promised Tomoyo-chan that I'd walk to school with her!"she looked at her watch.
"Ohayo,Sakura-chan!"Tomoyo Daidoujii cheerfully greeted her friend."You're just on time.Your watch is late, but we can adjust it at school.Come on!"Tomoyo grabbed Sakura's hand.
They both dashed off to school. Then they met Li Syaoran and his friends."Look Syaoran! It's the anorexic girl!"shouted one of his friends, and they all laughed in unison."KInomoto,"He said in a dominating, superior voice,"Do you know that your skin is so white and rough, you have eczema?Do you know that-"his proud voice was cut off by an angry Sakura, burning with rage."Li Syaoran,"she pointed a trembling index finger at him,"Do you know that you're the lamest, stupidest boy in the school?"She said."Do you know that you're jokes are so idiotic that everyone laughs only because You were the one that said it?Do you know that you only pick on me because you're afraid of other guys? Those who are bigger and stronger than you,and can beat you to a pulp?"She was exploding already. She grabbed Li's starched white collar, and held him up by the neck. Her face was white. She then dropped him on the ground and clenched her fist. The other guys were dumbfounded by her defiance, but they quickly gathered around Syaoran."Listen,Syaoran,"she said through clenched teeth,"Don't you dare pick on someone else more lowly than you.I'd be careful if I was in your shoes."She turned around and left, dragging Tomoyo with her.
Li was dumbfounded as Sakura left."Hey Syaoran, you okay?"one of his friends asked him."Yeah,I'm fine,"he murmured, still looking at her walk away in silence.
They all walked to school briskly."I can't believe that geek stood you up,"said Budd."Yeah,"the rest of his friends, including Eriol, agreed.
"hmm......"Eriol said, with an evil smile on his face.He could already tell that Li liked Sakura, from the way he reacted just now.
"What is it,Eriol?"Syaoran asked,curious.
"No..,it was nothing."He replied, the grin still on his face.
"I really don't get you sometimes,"said Syaoran,staring at his grin.He turned back.
The bell suddenly rang, and all the boys broke into a marathon run.(literally)
"Shit!"cursed Budd."Why now?"
They all hurriedly dashed to their classes as the lessons began.
