Chii started at them blankly for a minute and then snapped back to reality with a large smile on her face. "Hai! Thank-you so much!!! I'll find a way to pay you back!! Arigato!!" Chii cried.

Kurogane read the wizard's expression and returned the look. So I'm not the only one who finds her story strange. But he noticed the wizard's smile brighten as he talked to the girl, making him wonder what kind of attachment he had to the other Chii, the one from Fai's world. He wondered why it irritated him just a little.

"Great." he deadpanned at the girl's enthusiam. "How about working really, really hard to make breakfast?"

Yes, we have extra rooms here, and you can work with Fai-san and Sakura-san in the cafe When Sakura heard that Chii will work with her and Fai-San she gave a little smile. "That´s great it will be so much fun ne Right Chii?" Sakura asked with a smile

"How about worrking really, really hard to make breakfast?" "Coming up!" Chii said as she hurried off to the kitchen. "Sakura-chan, do you think you could help me make breakfast?" Chii asked stopping half-way to the kitchen. "I just don't want to mess this meal up!"

Fai heard the tone in Kurogane's voice and looked to him with questioning eyes, reminding himself to bring it up with the ninja later, when they were alone.
Perhaps he should have explained his relationship with the girl a little more clearly...
Could Kurogane actually be......jealous?

"Anything you and Sakura-chan make would be fine, Chii," Fai said encouragingly to the small girl, as he took a seat next to Kurogane. "Right, Kuro-chan?" the wizard asked, giving the man a grin.

When breakfast was done Sakura and Chii brought put it on the table. On the large plate was a large stack of pancakes. "We also brought syurp and other things to go on top of the pancakes!" Chii said as Sakura came in holding up the syurp.

At the same time Sakura and Chii both said, "Enjoy!" as everyone sat down at the table.

Hori sat and watched every one go about their buisness..... Seems Fai and Kurogane were getting along well... and Chii was a welcomed newcomer.....Sakura and Syaoran were an obvious pair to her.... And then her eyes retured to her blood stained gown ....

She didnt want to be here any longer.... She was.... ashamed to be alive... and didnt want to be a burden upon her kind hosts...

She looked up to Syaoran ... " I think its time for me to go ... " She said.... plastering on a smile as best she could...

Syaoran looked at Hori, instantly seeing through her fake smile.
"Hori-san..." he muttured softly as he watched her leave through the door.
Seeing the others busy with their food, he slipped quietly after her.

Deep in the shadows of the Sawako Shrine, sakura petals swirled in the wind. The wind moaned... there came a mysterious aura in the air.
The petals stirred, grouping together....forming the shape of a man.

You think you may have killed me, Hori...but you forget..I am a sakurazukamori...

there, in the shadows, Seishirou waited...
Then, he saw the girl...walking slowly, sadly, up to the shrine.
"Why so sad, Hori?" He smiled...in partial amusment at the surprised look on her face,

As she took her slow prosession to the shrine ... She couldnt help but cry ... silently ..
She carefully walked up to the shrine - Unbeknown to her the petals dancing around the cold stony entrance to the Shrine...

 "Why so sad, Hori?" She reconized the voice instantly .... and the aura...

Her gaze shot to the origin of the sound.... she clasped her hands over her open mouth her eyes wide with suprise and happiness

" Sei...Seishirou....... How....? " She eyes brimmed with tears.... and the tumbled down her face once again ...

She stood fast .. glues to the spot...

Syaoran quietly went after Hori, following her to the shrine. He hid behind a Sakura tree, watching to see what she would do next. Unaware of the strange aura and Sakura pedals swirling around, he saw Hori weep..his eyes softening.
Suddenly he gasped. Standing in front of Hori was Seishirou, looking down at the girl.
His brown eyes widened, but restrained himself from running to them. Seishirou-san..!

Seishirou stumbled back as Hori lunged into him in happiness. He grasped her, a small smile upon his face.

"you thought that I had died, Hori?"

He wiped the tears flowing freely down her face. "Seeing how you are now, I think you did."
