NEO Magazine - All things Japan!

Is anyone buying this magazine? It's available in the UK, and maybe USA - but I haven't checked. It's awesome! There are interviews with J-Pop/Rock artists, reviews of manga and anime, details about Japanese films, and it basically covers everything related to Japan/China/Korea when it comes to stuff like the afore mentioned.

For only £3.50, this is a really good buy, and it's the best mag I've ever bought!

(in the last one, there was a pic of T.M Revolution, and my friend practically screamed when she read the article next to it - she'd thought he was a girl from his pic!)

Yup! That's where I've been buying it. I missed the issues with Tsubasa, sigh.

Oh yeah! I forgot to mention b4...it has the first chapter of a manga series included every issue, so you can try out new manga!

today i went to WHSmith to browse the magazine.. but did not buy it..

forget to mention..
i saw the free first chapter in it called.. "Pet Shop of Horror"(?).. looks interesting!

Yup! I read it, and it's very good for a first chapter...it made me want to read more! You know, it's the one with Count D's shop?

But anyway....you should buy this magazine, as it's very good...or keep going back and reading it over and over. *wink*

I can't believe I missed out on this thread even though I have been buying every issue of NEO magazine. I personally think £3.50, well it has now gone up to £3.70 is really expensive for a magazine with only 100 pages. Anyhow I buy it because it's the only UK magazine about Anime, Manga, J-music, Asain cinema and many more about the Japanese culture.

By the way I'm on the NEO forum on the site and my username is "strawberry"... lol I can't believe that I was the 7th member to join

I have got all the issue's including issue 6. There was no major section or info on TRC in issue 6. Issue 6 was a CLAMP issue where there are profiles and a list of all their mangas.

It is out monthly. It's a great magazine, but some-what pricely, but if you get it through subscription then its a lot cheaper and plus you get a goodie.
