Uhh *thinks* Photoshop? I'm not really sure XD
If you want to colour under the lines of a scan it's pretty easy - you duplicate the layer with the scan on, clear the original on the bottom layer and set the top layer to multiply, then colour on the bottom layer *nods* Although I coloured over the top on some bits of that scan >.>

Wow, Your work is gorgeous! I especially love your colouring. If I had your talant, I wouldn't have to sit around fumbling with my pencil crayons.

Your most recent peice of Fay's past is breathtaking. I had to show my sister, and she asked me if it was the chapter's colour insert.
