I remember when I first did a search for CCS, five years ago or so, this site, cardcaptorz.net/Sakura Star came up. So that was my first CCS site. Their forums, Star Boards, were also my first forums, too. But, the site closed, and the Star Boards are now SakuraMB, which I don't really frequent.

There were all kinds of sites that I used to visit. I love the Kawaii Sakura Shrine and Cardcaptors Cosmos. I also have just recentley stumbled upon CardCaptors Studios. I love them all.

There are a couple of new CCS fansites ^^ I shall list them down after I take a look at my affiliates list =) But I highly recommend Cardcaptors Cosmos, Cardcaptors Studios, and Kawaii Sakura Shrine.

That was my first ever forum too! That was such a lovely site.

KSS was one of my first CCS sites and is still one of my favourites. ^^
Cherry Blossoms was where I got all my piccie needs!
Strictlyshoujo.net was brilliant for costume pics, cosplay. Hasn't been updated in years though. >.>

Amrita is my favorite.  And I downloaded both CCS movies, but liked the second one more; the whole thing took about three days, my computer hated me so much.  It requires BitTorrent, and you also need to download VLC media player.

^ I know how you feel. It took me like 3 days during the weekend (it was a 3 day weekend) to finish downloading the 2nd movie. When I first started to download it with torrent, it fails so I feel like screaming at the computer, "Do you HATE ME OR SOMETHING?!" XP

It works now. I like this site. It's where I downloaded video clips. Carcaptor Studio

I remember a site called something like "US Cardcaptors". It had really good fan submissions, like AMVs and doujinshi. I think that site went down.
Then there was my other fav, Piggy Ho Ho's S+S Fanstation. Although, that site became "Boundless Love" and that recently closed. So no more S+S fanart from Piggy-sama. T^T
KSS is my absolute fav right now. It seems like most CCS sites I run across are closed or have become TRC sites, which is a real shame. Sometimes it feels like TRC has replaced CCS.

Yeah,I think US Cardcaptors was one of the first CCS sites that got popular on the net. I used to read this one doujinshi that was really long. Man, I can't remember the name. >_<
It really is a shame about CCS. Probably if it had gotten popular around the time of TRC, there would be MANY more sites. T^T
