This month is the 10th Anniversary of CCS. It started on June 1996 in Nakayoshi magazine and I can't believe 10 years has already gone pass and the Manga/Anime is still living and very popular today ^^ At least I can show to my friends & family who apparently hate CCS, that the fans are still not regretting it after 10 years (cos thats what they predict)

Completely amazing. I have a feeling that 100 years could pass and CCS still won't completely die. I had this discussion with my sister the other day, and she said that CCS won't be that popular anymore, but I don't believe that. As long as there are fans like us, CCS will prevail for a long long time. Stay faithful minna!

I agree, moezy-chan! With the popularity CCS has accumulated over the years, I doubt it will die before I do

I'm so happy... CCS "captured" (haha) the hearts of animanga fans everywhere, and it still continues to today. As long as there are stars in the sky, Cardcaptor Sakura will continue to live on in our hearts and our minds. The first time I watched CCS was when I was six. And I am happy that many years later I am still a dedicated fan. Happy Tenth Anniversary, CCS. Much Love <3

Just for that I'm going to dish out all my DVDs of it and tommorow I'm going to start watching it from the start again :3
I'm in the mood to start watching them all again anyway. so now I have an excuse to watch them again, haha

Wow. That's pretty amazing, that huge fancommunities like this one can still exist for CCS, even after all these years. It's proof that there's something really special about it. Timeless. Happy Birthday CCS! Now I'm going to go buy that last volume I'm missing, in celebration.

Same here. It's like I'm a teenager again waiting for the weekly episode of Cardcaptors. I will always hate that show, but I owe it alot. If it weren't so horrible, then I wouldn't have found out about CCS and then this wonderful forum! It's because of CCS that I know all of you. Amazing what one tv show can do. ^_^ Let's show our appreciation by remaining faithful animanga fans and spreading the love!

*looks at watch* yep seems about right.. 10 years =]p~~~ It started from the interest of the monstrosity of cardcaptors and limitless searches of filling the holes that it had and finaly finding the masterpiece... the reality of CCS =D and it is amazing that the love of CCS is still here and blossoming in other people's heart. I'm sure CCS have touched peoples heart and learnt valubale lessons and gave great fantasises, giving us light and hope imagening, what if.... the cards are real...or magic is real or will i have sakura or syaoran in my love one =]~~~
i hope that CCS will last forever.. well in my family line.. ill past it down wat i have of ccs and give it my children and so they can give it to there children... and so on..., for them to enjoy and cherish on what i use to love... experiencing the love that the whole world use to have for it ^^... at least giving a lil bit of hope that ccs will live on =]p

on WB, and then when I frist watched it in the original uncut japanese version. Good times..good times

10 years already??? Unbelivable!!! I started with the anime and then the manga came out in my country so I started to buy it. I have to say this is one of the things I won't regret ever. I still love CCS and I will keep watching (and reading, of course) everytime any channel broadcast it.

I keep telling you, there's nothing wrong with liking anime at your age. I'm one year younger than you and I still watch it! I don't even care if people think I'm childish. It's something I like and that's all that matters. Besides, I've made many friends because of it ^_^

oh mianz.. i didn't realise it's that old already.. but the fact that it's still so popular today and has such a huge fan base shows that it's an ageless anime..

n ya you're nvm too old for CCS.. the charm of CCS is that it shows the innocence and all the sweet little things that you hope would happen to you.. Watching CCS you would also hope to the ever-warm Sakura n eventually meeting your prefect Syaoran.. =)

it's definitely e BEST anime in my eyes.. even aft 10 years..
