I didn't see any Saiyuki topic so I thought I'd make one...

I've watched the whole series of Gensoumaden Saiyuki, but only a few episodes of Reload and Gunlock. I think I prefer Gensoumaden Saiyuki than the other two. I'd like to know what you people think of Minekura Kazuya's works.

Favorite character's Genjo Sanzo, by the way. Oh, and I think Goku and Kougaiji are the coolest fighters around. No one can ever beat them!

I love its season1. it is more concentrated on the story and characters. season 2 ( Reload) & 3 ( Gunlock) focus more on adventure side. But each season do have some revealation related to the characters like

In Gaiden, I've always found Konzen to be weird. I mean he doesn't smoke, doesn't drink, doesn't have a gun, likes his job, yet he's Sanzo in a past life, lol. He's cool in his own way though.

I wish it came out more than 4 months a year though. *goes back to waiting another 2 months for the next chapter*

Heh.. Kinda read the Gaiden demo... I think it's kinda similar to the portion of Gensomaden Saiyuki wherein the world of the gods was shown.. Well.. that's what I think >.>

I didn't know there was a Saiyuki Gaiden manga until...wait...I don't really know...it was slow realization... :ROTFL:

Anyway...Goku was quite kawaii in Gaiden...he was smaller, though...what was his age then?

Goku's age in Gaiden is....umm...*thinks*...500 years minus his age in Saiyuki! ^^

(give or take a few years since I can't remember how much time past since Sanzo found him and the current point in the story).

And also, I caught a glimpse on Saiyuki (reload or gunlock... I dunno) and there were two guys who have guns, most probably villains but I do not know most of their background since I'm not a fan of Filipino subs (esp. that one T_T)

All I can say is... they're kind of ... weird-looking... O.o Like some western denizens....

looks like gunlock to me... I think I saw characters like them in gunlock...and I'm angry with them...
