No, it seems so wrong and impolite to me...it's just not cool...mom told me u respect others so that ur also respecting yourself... i was brought up that way, and i'm going to stay that way...there's no use for words like that...^_^

I try to avoid swearing, and i'm working on stopping altogether. There are just so many better words to use.

I rarely swear, but when I do (when I'm really really angry), better cover your ears. XD

yeah I swear but not that much...i dont really like to and i have to sorta force myself to say the "f word" XD unless im really really REALLY angry then I blurt everything out.

I even get people coming up to me and saying "ya know...I've never heard you swear"

If I swear it's usually when I'm very angry

Although, there is something I once read: Those who swear a lot show just how low there IQ is, while those who swear around children show just how much they care about those around them.

I don't curse around children, espically my brothers son (who is only seven years old) normally when I get rather angry, and if he's around, I'll get out of the house and walk around the block for a little bit

Either way, and even I say this, there truly isn't any reason TO curse, around children or anyone else

Your right there isnt really any need to, I can't stand to be around people that swear too much. especially if they swear in second word.
I dont swear in front of Children, though if you think about it, it doesnt really matter because they're gonna pick it up from somewhere, you may as well so then you can have that great feeling you have when you've done something good

I dunno. I don't think swearing by any means makes someone cool or funny but I have to admit the swear words have their very special place in humour for me.
I guess I do swear quite a lot- especially at objects

, but I'm an angry teenager, so it'll stop as I get older. I try not to swear at people (but then again, you can't blame me when I do, the people in the West of Scotland generally tend to be scumbags. No offence mean towards those who aren't. ^^) but I do feel comfortable swearing in conversation with friends.
Sometimes I can lose my temper and swear at someone but usually I like to annoy people who try to cause to trouble by not swearing and just using stupidly long, formal language that they can't understand!

At my younger brother all the time. (he his in grade 9, and I"m in grade 11) He thinks he can boss me around, and every thing. He is a big trouble maker. >_>

Depends on the situation. It is very easy for me to not curse and when I don't know the rules of a certain place (or know that cursing isn't allowed) or where I stand (in terms of how polite/relaxed I can be) I use fairly proper language. I never curse around kids, and do not curse in front of my family.

With my friends, or on my LJ or places where cursing isn't a big deal and I know it won't offend anyone, I tend to have a pretty dirty mouth in terms of swear words. I don't talk about explicit topics or anything, I just tend to insert swear words randomly into my speech, particularly when I get really riled up and emphatic about what I am saying. It's just the way I was raised, I know when to shut it off and when it is appropriate for me not to swear. In terms of my vocabulary I have two sides, I am mainly on polite mode but as soon as I don't have to maintain that language I get a bit profane. I do have a bad habit of swearing at people under my breath, but that has been a habit developed after living my entire 18 years in New York City and encountering some people from, errr, the lowest rungs of the IQ ladder.

Don't worry, I'm not going to burst into random fits of cursing on the board any time soon, this is one of the places I know to switch it off.Â Â

Unfortunately, I do...a lot. @.@; Its not good which is why I'm slowly teaching myself not to but its hard because it seems its just the way I talk nowadays. Its like stuck in my vocabulary and I can't express emotion without swearing. A very bad habit of mine. ^^;

I do not swear, but sometimes it just comes out when I get extremely irritated, angry and impaitent. But still, I try not too.

Never... well, maybe sometimes. But I have to be really irritated and I'll only mutter something bad under my breath(when no one's around). My friends say it sounds wierd when I swear 'cause I hardly ever do(or it might just be my high-pitched voice).
