How to use clow cards in fortune telling?

This is 'The What Board', not the "How to..." board...

Second, this should be under CCS Discussions since it has to do with the series...

Third, there is an episode where Kero teaches Sakura how to use the Clow Cards to foresee events however as for the fundimentals behind it, I could not answer that.
