this Syaoran painting is about 2 1/2 years old and was drawn and coloured by hand with watercolours.
It took me a few days and was a gift to a very special person. <3Â :wink:

This Syaoran image is not painted yet *shock horror* Its not great quality as the pencil lines are so light, but still, hopefuly I will finish it one day ^_^

For the same person I also painted this Yukito image. I scanned it before I did the background. :sweatdrop: now it has lots of green glowy things in the background.

Once I wrote a fanfiction involving some background about Syaoran's family including his mother. I only ever saw jer in the first CCS movie and so tried to draw her looking a little younger, in this image she has not given birth to Syaoran yet.
unfortunatly Iam not quite finished this painting yet. :sweatdrop:

Now for a sketch.
This image is a link as it has slighty... well, adult suggestions. Basically its a cute picture of Sakura and Syaoran when they are a little older. Its the morning and Syaoran is yawning while Sakura looks happy. hmmm I wonder why they are so tired anyway? :wink: :DÂ

This fanart was drawn by me using pencil and pencil crayons. hmmmmm took bout less than half and hour.
Its of sakura in her cat costume.

i have to agree. im scared about using watercolours cuz i usually wreck my picture in the processw either with smudging or diong it horribly wrong

This one took me a month. I used watercolour to make the background damp, then i added salt to make the white glowing effect. For sakura and the moon and kero chan, i used pencil crayons, and the trees i used a black felt tip marker.^.^ This one isn't the actual size cuz the actual size is bigger than my scanner. lol :tongue3:enjoy

For some reason Syaoran looks awesome in just basic pencil.

hime_yurie you art is great too! I love the effect the salt gave. did u use watercolour paper?
watercolour paper makes it much easier to blend the watercolours, plus the paper doesn't curl. ^_^
Sekaki, do you think I should just leave the Pencil Syaoran as pencil?

Of course it looks better in pencil. Always keep in mind that inking and coloring detracts from the original art...one of the basic principles in artwork. Admittingly, I prefer inking over the over mediums, special tip felt pen on my art :)

I have tried to do some more Tsubasa artwork in my 'spare time' (I barely have any these days, lol) but I seem to have lost my skills... ;___;
