Title: My home computer can't read another languages... TT_TT

Erm..hello there.I wanna ask why my home computer can't read Japanese,Korean & Chinese languages?Must I install the program to make my home computer can read those languages?If so,please give me the link or tell me how to make it can read again.Pretty please~! >__<"

go to control panel then choose "date, language and regional option" Then click add another language.  Then go to advance setting folder and check those boxes of language that you want to add.

Sometimes, the window would like you to insert the window disk so be sure to prepare it on your side just in case.
