I was wondering if theres a free full version of the latest photoshop available for download anywhere.

Unfortunately, Photoshop is licensed software. If you want it, you have to buy it.

the sad part is, the last time I checked, you have to pay $1000 for it.-_-

it is like photoshop, but for free.
You can color pictures like manga or anime style, even animate--that I'm working on--

The program is differnt from photoshop tho. Its free, just have fun.

* My picture was colored in GIMP....and I made my background with it......a fare warning tho, it is a hassle to try to download if you don't know what you are doing, make sure you read the whole instructions before doing so, and also, it can change all your picutre filles that are GIF. or JPEG.  to GIMP. files, but still are able to download your finished work onto the internet or other computer files.
