I don't know what happened, but the old KuroxFai thread seems to be gone. O_o; Some of you might notice a decrease in your post count. I don't know why it's gone, or why it was locked earlier before a mod re-opened it.
Which is a shame, because there were so many posts and there was such a history. ;_;
But anyway, we still need a place to talk about KuroFai, especially with the recent chapters!

Are we going to have an explanation on what's happening? First it got locked without any reason, and now the entire thread is gone or deleted without warning or explanation. Any moderator or admin want to explain? I know the couple of days have been really hard on the site but these things deserve some explanation. I'm confused.

Considering the old KuroFai thread got deleted for no reason (and it was basically one of the only threads I was interested in besides spoilers/new chapters), I'm definitely gone. Have a good day, everyone. Enjoy talking about KuroFai, and hopefully this thread lasts, although so much was lost in the old one.
I guess you can feel free to delete this post too since it seems that's the type of thing that happens here.

Just like Mairi, the KuroFay thread was really the only thing keeping me here...
I was really enjoying this forum, but suddenly everything changed, people don't post as much as they did before (and that... last week!). And now with the KF thread gone I don't think I have reason to stay... Maybe if things went back to normal... But for now I'm leaving =/

If the old thread is gone, it's gone. This is our new home for the KuroFai fans. But I wish the title of the thread would change to something like "The official KuroFai Couple thread PT2 (xxxx+pages)." The xxxx is the number of pages that the old thread has. ANd does anyone remember? I think that is a good indication that the thread was very popular and well-liked so we'll just have to run our way back up.

Well, I didnt change it..lol oh well....anyway..........yes, Im obessed with page numbers and VAs.....anyway....about KF......I need an opinion from KF fans...since Im making a video.....I plan to use the song Aquarius for a KF/KT vid [it will have both in it for all fans alike] ....but I need to cut out the character outline in the manga with Photoshop but dunno how....

Not done yet [heh obviously] but I am uploading what I have of Aquarius to Megaupload....I dont want to put it on youtube yet. So...if I post it here, can I trust you all since you wanna see? ....[reason I'm asking is that people have downloaded my videos before, claiming it's theirs....so...I'm not blaming any of you, just that with so much competion, it's hard to send unfinished vids...]

Oh of course you can trust us. But I recommend you inserting your nick at the beginning and end of the video to avoid Plagiarism. It's easy for people to claim a file is theirs when the file has no names on it. Anyway, I 'm looking forward to it-the KF portion that is. ^_^

^_^ There doesn't even have to be a deadline, just if you think of an idea feel free to post it. I just thought it was a really neat idea that I'd like to see continued in whatever form. Kazuki's sent me hers, which I was going to wait to post but now that I've thought about it I think it might be better to just have people post them at their leisure and when we get enough we can vote.

hey, everyone check this out. Read Fai's profile from the spoiler page in Wikipedia.
When he did awake the first thing he did was smile at Kurogane and said, "Good morning, Kurogane."Kurogane reacts be throwing a blanket over him and telling him to go back to sleep. This is the first time that Fay has actually called Kurogane by his full name. It has been a long running gag of the series that Fay would always come up with silly nicknames for Kurogane. The reason Fai decided to stop was because he realized he had gone to far, simply he made Kurogane fall in love with him. Fai realizes this, in both the talk he had with Kurogane in chapter 112, where basically Kurogane tells Fai "I am not concerend about your past, so quit playing around and think about the present", (basically Fai wants Kurogane to stop worrying about Ashura and start thinking about Kurogane), also Fai is pissed at Kurogane because he let Fai live when he wanted to die, this is probably when Fai realized he had gone to far. It has become very apperent that Fai does not want anyone to get hurt because of him. This is most likely why Fai does not want Kurogane to love him and is not letting himself fall in love with Kurogane. Fai is woried that when Ashura does wake up, Kurogane may confront Ashura inorder to protect Fai but may get hurt or killed in the process.

That picture is partly fanmade - it's a mix of two different splash pages. The Fai from your picture comes from chapter 140's (I think) splash page of him and Sakura. As for Kurogane, I'm not sure which one it is... But it sure is a well-made mash - one couldn't tell it was fanmade if one didn't know it beforehand.

Fai is so FEMININE,he is dressed like a woman with his earring decked out with flowers and gems,and his outfit is as tight-fitting as a dress and even tied up with a RIBBON!
Moreover,his skin colour is slightly pinkish and his smile is quite shy,which give him a delicate,sober and sensuous appearance!
I'm sure that someone who has never seen Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle would swear he is a girl :haha:!
On the other hand Kurogane looks so manly with his charmer smirk,and his nonchalant attitude!
I love the way his arm is hovering Fai's head,like if he was actually on a date with the magician :keke:!
this is really one of the best image about them,they are exactly like i imagine them in the future,with a protective and possessive Kurogane accompanied by a wise and caring Fai :greengrin:

I'm currently buying the Swedish translation of xxxHolic (it's a lot cheaper than buying them in English) and in the second volume, after the TRC gang has left Yuuko's shop, Watanuki comments on how he thinks Syaoran will succeed in his mission. Yuuko then says that the kids surely will have a happy ending, adding "and so will the big black guy and she in white...". That bugs me to no end whenever I read it. It's not as bad as Del Rey's 'King Fai', but still...

like i said before,this artwork came from the second DVD artbox which contains illustrations from the manga and the anime,CLAMP has always been very obliging towards their fans when it came to marketing,always gratifying us with sublime packaging and meticulous booklet (but nevertheless this is the less we can expect since CLAMP's goods are often expensive -_-...)

Indeed it is. However, there's a possibility that it's merely a typo, since Yuuko also says "one of them is a ninja, and the other one's a magician". The word she uses for "other" is andre (as opposite to andra) which would indicate that the translator does know that Fai is male. It's still annoying though...
Note to non-Swedish speakers: In Swedish, ending an adjective that describes a noun in definitive article with -e means that said noun is masculine.
So that I won't be way too off-topic, I'll ask a question that might even have some discussion potential. ^^ Why is that so many KuroFai fans seem to use Fai's effeminate behaviour/looks as proof that he's gay?
Putting aside the fact that Kuro-chii and Fai certainly have a Yin and Yang sort of relationship (and that Fai doubtlessly is the more Yin of the two), I always thought that non-homophobes would have less prejudges against homosexuals, i.e., just because you dress in pink skirts, that doesn't mean you're gay and just because you're gay, you're not required to use makeup or sit with your legs crossed. I guess it's the influence of the seme/uke thing that yaoi fans seem so fond of...

betcha he'll act indiferent, but his gaze will show concern, sadness and empathy, (kinda like when after fai you-know-what after sakura got the feathers. the look was pained, sad.

ive seen kurofai-fans turn against fai thanks to ch 159.... they think fai desrves to die.... i just hope kuro doesnt do anything regretable, because fai needs love. he need's his friends now more than anything.

I know, I'm still a Fay...er....Yuui Fan. Man, CLAMP wasn't jokeing, I mean they did warn us, the fans, that his past was bad. I don't think Kurogane will kill him, maybe just hit him...I hope....This can not be the end for either character. It is true, Fay let on more then he did know from the very start, but there was something Fay forgot to put into plan when he joined the group, the family bond that grew between them, so he has had to learn a lession right? I miss the old days.

hate the spoiers thingie....
the way i see it, kuro will end up first using his sword to force fai to look at him, then in the end he'l slug fai. either with his fist or with the butt of the sword. eitherway, fai will end up being hit again.

Oooo.. i learned my lesson when i read the spoilers of ch. 155 and it made me regret it coz of all the surprises and angst...
so, i promised to my self that i won't read spoilers again xD;;
i'll just wait for ch. 159 to come out scanlated..

the reason for the deadness is the lack of kurofainess in TRC. lateley its just been fai, all the time. no kurofainess...but judging from what's happening in 159 we might be blessed in 160 =3

do wha? ok ok I've just cought up with the manga finely for I haven't been here in a long long long long long long time but OMG! The whole Ashura-ou thing is like ugh and Fai's a twin O.O man....thats just ugh but oh well it's making a lot of places for KuroFai ^^ that's all ways good but it's so grrrr cuz we all know that Kuro love's Fai and won't hurt him......I hope...

it'll all come down to a question of heart:
save kuro, who's protected him, and cares for him and saved his life, even tho it was against his will
save ashura who gave him a home most his life, showed him love and kindness buts responsible for the destruction of Celes.
fai loves the both of them, but in a way he can only choose one =(
i hope he makese the right decision

well I can't say much about this topic except the fact that I'm dying to see those two(Kuro&Fay) together as a couple. I'm quite new with Tsubasa,I only watched the anime but I have the manga and I can't wait to read it just to see how their relationship develops ^.^

did you guys read 162 yet? Kuro-pu talks and has like a good point do you think he got threw to Fai?
and the anime is ok not as many KuroFai parts as there are in the manga. I hope you have fun reading it. ^^

pineapples has to do with some radio show that the TRC cast were on... one episoe had Daisuke (fai's VA) eating and ENJOYING pineapples. alot. so now their included in the giftbasket.
