Title: Some Questions concerning IP addresses

I have 2 questions, and maybe they're stupid, I dunno. ._.

1. Why does my IP address appear next to my name? I see everyone else as 'logged', but my IP address keeps popping up and I don't want it to. ._. Can I change this?

2. I participated in the icon contest, and I didn't get my cookieees. XD Am I just being hasty, or is this the fault of my weird subscription that shows my IP address only? ._.

You Ip addres is only showed to you. You can't hind it. on my post, its the same thing. But, when I look on yours, it says logged. You can't  see mine, and I can't see yours, but we can see our own. But, they isn't a way to change it
