By the by, Clow Reed is in Sakura's memory at the end- why? I mean, is there any precedent for this? o_O It was kinda startling. XD
And that last scene with Sora and Arashi was so sweet. And sappy. But you know.
Am I the only one that cracked up at Sakura's "aaaaaaaaaah" when she gets her feather back? XD

LOVED this ep. The animation was great!
Thought the feather-orgasm was a bit... well, very Japanese anime-ish. Pleanty of that last season and just.... corny as Hell.

Is it really the same world? How stupid! That would mean they get two feathers in the same damn world! A filler world too! I say that in filler eps, you shouldn't get a feather. It could mess up the story of the manga.

Nope, you are not the only one. 0.o I was thinking "What's the 'aaaah' about? Not like it always happens when Sakura gets one of her feathers back."
And... Is it me, or does this animal (http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b302/lutari/animal.jpg) from the ending song look alot like the one that Syaoran caught? :X

and Sakuras "aaaah" is annoying, I think. ...but I love Kuroganes "aa", at the end...^^;;;;

Does anyone find it odd that the dragon just flies away after they get the feather? Like, after antagonizing it so much, after loosing the feather it just leaves peacefullly. And I think the next one looks cool! They look like pirates, almost, and it looks like Syaoran's hanging out with a young Fujitaka!

But I'm confused about some things. Like what the God statue said to make everyone so pissed. And why people didn't start disappearing until hours after Sakura got her feather. I'm also sure there was a clue to what Arashi and Sora were saying, but... I didn't catch it.
What I do get is that Clow Reed told Sakura animals and people could not be revived, and apparently he told Fei Wong Reed that very same thing.
Yes, Sakura's 'Aaaaaahhhh...' was very disturbing.

Didn't really like this episode that much. I can't stand filler episodes. It doesn't make sense to me. They cut out important scenes from the manga and insert this cra*. I hate that! Seems a waste of time and money. And to think, I actually thought that season two would be so much better than season one. -_-

it does sound kinda stupid. one would think that mokona wouldnt let them leave unless they got all the feathers (IE first arc) but then again, each dimension has a diferent time stream, so either the feather apeared at a diferent time, or it just wasnt in the area when they first were there and the feather just "pulled" them back to that dimesion...
looks like a good episode i'll try to watch the raw if i can...

Not bad, for filler... though the animation was a bit meh. The story was cute. Poor Sakura-hime's bunny died! :( That made me sad. Especially since it was a gift from Syaoran-kun.

I like the anime only arcs. I find them a lot more interesting as I don't know what's going to happen. It also gives us a reason to watch the anime and not just read the manga.
Look how different CCS was from the manga and that rocked!

did kurogane just tell fai something about MOVIES?? did they even HAVE movies back then?? wouldnt he mean, plays or soemthign, or is feudal japan far more advanced then given??... did the subbers make a mistake? im really confused... :confused:

Ah, it makes more sense now. And I'm a bit less pissed about the fillerness because now, because this ties with the last episode of the first season to form a little arc. An arc that gives us more insight on Fei Wong Reed.
What intrigued me most however, was one of Yuuko's comments. "You have to make sure if he's friend or foe."
Wouldn't it be cool if Kyle turned out to be a goodguy afterall? Or atleast... gets persuaded by Syaoran and the gang?
I can't wait for episode 32! The title just sounds way to cool to not be a good episode.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they implied something like this in the manga too. But Yuuko made a comment about it. She said something like... "It is impossible. Clow Reed is proof of that."
But I'm not sure what the connection is... I think that maybe Clow Reed and Fei Wong Reed are brothers. (And Xing whatshername is Sakura's cousin.) and Fei Wong wants to revive Clow. But it's just speculation. ^^'

Oh, for the previous season, there was this LJ page/community where you could download screenshots of the latest episodes. There were like... 100 in one Zip file per episode. Sadly, I forgot the page... Does it still exist? And is it screenshotting season 2 too?

Rewatched the episode with subtitles, and now that I can fully understand what was going on, I'll admit that it was a good episode. Not the best, but it was good. However, I still find it a bit too cliche. I don't really like filler episodes because they cut away from the true meaning of the story, but if it helps, what Sakura's father told her was an important aspect in the series.

I'm sure that Fei Wong Reed has lost a loved one, and it might explain his obsession with the feathers. What if he wanted to cross demensions in hopes that he could find whoever he lost. They might not be the same person, but they would have the same soul. Guess we'll find out as the series progresses.

I liked this episode. I almost wanted to kill Bee train after the AWFUL animation for ep 29, but it got better again. not 100% but better. Even the colours look nicer ^__^

I liked the flashbacks, and for once it was quite nice to see that sakura can't slove and make everything better ^__^ sometimes sad endings are nice. Especially if they hold a good meaning or moral. ^__^
and next week looks fun XD if that is Fujitaka I' quite interested! XDD

They did just arrive from Piffle. I am sure they saw/learned what movies were there, since it was such a technology based world...
Not to say that it isn't possible that the subbers made a mistake, just saying ;)

actualy, on the xxxholic thread att anusuki forums, people complain about the animation, especialy how yuuko looks. (the worst outfit she wore had this HUMONGOUS yello bow in the front =P) but xxxholic's animation HAS improved greatly since the first episode.

I think this episode kinda shows that dead people can never be revived. There are some discussion about it after they aired the last ep of season 1. I personally don't like the idea that the feather can revive dead people, so after seeing this episode, I feel a little better. But then again, I don't really like filler episodes...I think they disrupt the flow...I think in CCS they are okay, but somehow not in TRC...

It feels so funny to know that Bee Train is trying to make up for the mistake they made in the last episode... but that aside, this was really sweet. Sorata and Arashi... :inlove: that was the best part. And the flashbacks were the best... that Sand Bunny even sounds like Dash card from CCS so I'm sure it's referred more to Dash.

Okay, at first I was happy, because I saw Sumomo and Kotoko. And I was all "Yaaaaay!". And Kurogane was acting sooo cute.
But then... *sniff sniff* I noticed that even though 'magician' was refering to Fai, 'the date' is refering to... *sob* Chii! ;_;
Fai goes on some sort of date with... Chii!

C-chi? Why on Earth would Fai be going on a date with Chi? What about Hideki? What about Kurogane? One of my major complaints about the anime is that they're such sellouts! They keep on bringing back these popular CLAMP characters just to get more viewers. There's absolutely no need for Fai to go on a date with Chi just because they spend all of 30 seconds together in the manga.
Then again, maybe I should wait to see the episode before I go judging it. Maybe it'll be good just for some Fai-centric-ness, at least.

She seemed a bit childish in the preview. Like the good old Chobits Chii. But perhaps that was because she was having fun on their 'date'. >_>
Yeah, I'm hoping that maybe Chii has a crush on Hideki, but Hideki is just a plain commoner, and in the end Fai urges her to go see Hideki anyway. *nod nod*
But why would Chii want to go on a date with Fai then? Hmm...
An episode called the history of Ashura? Well, I can imagine what that one will be about. Let's hope we get to see a bit of emo Fai, or Fai messing around with his chopsticks. XD

This was one of the better filler-ins which is refreshing since most Tsubasa filler-in episodes I find are pretty boring. I liked how they filled in some of the confusing plot holes from episode 26 and hinted at things to come in the future at the same time. I especially loved the ending,
