This a continuation of the Saga of Sakura.It is set in the present and Sakura is at least 16.This story is set in London,England.Sakura has gone to England over Spring Break to visit Kaho & Eriol.Tomoyo came along for the fun,and Li came there to get some lessons in magic.
The Everlasting Darkness Association wishes to sacrifice the Clow Cards in order to gain ultimate power.

History: Jonathan lived with his parents, his father was a stock broker who worked at the Chicago Mercantile and was a heavy smoker.His mother is a manager at the Chanel's store on State Street,and Jonathan loves her deeply and sends her flowers on every holiday. His favorite relative was his Aunt Mary who took him to the theatre often,and saw Wagner's Ring of the Nibleungs that left a deep impression on him.
When Jonathan told his father he wanted to become an actor,he was disgusted.But his mother was in the process of filing a divorce and paid for Jonathan to take acting lessons.Jonathan was great at history & English,but his math skills were very poor.He managed a C- in math every semester and passed High School.
He was accepted to a School for the Performing Arts.He fell in love with a girl named Michelle,but she transferred to Hudson University in New York.Jonathan felt that she had betrayed him for her old High School sweetheart.As a parting gift,Michelle gave him a Tarot deck."You have always said you wished to know the future.But promise me to first find yourself,ok?"
The next day his Aunt Mary had a heart attack.Knowing that if fate does not exist,a reading could not hurt,he did so.After it accuratly predicted her death,he submitted himself "fully to the signs which only the Norns can forsee,and none that even Odin can change."
He started working for an Occult Shop after school,and joined a local Asataru Coven.He played Cassius in the college's production of Shakepere's Caesar.He befriended the man who played Brutus,and Brutus revered him to the Everlasting Darkness Association."When someone of my talent is offered reward and glory simply for being what you are,not even a fool could refuse."He would later say to critics.
Few outside of the Occult circles have seen or heard from Jonathan Cunnigham since the day after graduation. He told his family he was going to London to study under a great performer and star in many plays.Those who have encountered him say. "He's charming man.A brave sort,I expect only good things of him".Though many in the EDA doubt his loyalty,and his frequent quotations annoy all of them,at the end of the day everyone agrees that Jonathan Cunningham is the happy surprise.
Personality:Daring, has a strong instinct for self-preservation,can be evil at times.Mischevious with opponents,and annoying with allies.
MagicJonathan loves trickery and is not one to let such trivialties as "honor"get in the way of winning.His preferred divination method is Card Reading.He finds Runes too complicated.
Jonathan uses no aids such as Wands/Swords in magic.He uses Incantations,which is befitting his Traditions bardic history.Sometimes these are tensely studied,but other times he"makes it up as I go along".
Abilities:Jonathan can Ship-Shape into a crow.He usually uses this to flee battles he cannot win.
Strenghs:He takes pleasure in taking down his opponents.He's the Trickster in Jungs' archtypes.He will kill and often cruelly,and delights in insulting his enemies.He takes offense at the littlest things,and has a cunning mind.He is very handsome & charming.
Weaknesses:He will flee rather than lose a battle. He is treacherous and self-absorbed.He has a fondness for women and will spare them & aid them if they are enemies.He has a habit of taunting in the middle of battle,and all too often leaves himself vulnerable for attack.Has a low pain threshold.

Sorry. Would you like to be a villian?I kind of want this to be one of those big goodvs.evil things.It's more fun than just throwing 4 or 5 heros against one villian. Just try to stay within a Western sorcery thing.I got a thing for the Norse,if someone does Egyptian or Greek I would be most grateful!

It was just another regular day for Daidouji Tomoyo. She was walking back to Eriol's home but for some reason there was something a miss in the air. She couldn't put her finger on it but something felt seriously wrong almost as if somebody was watching her. Getting nervous, she hurriedly rushed to Eriol's mansion hoping that nothing would happen.

I look to see a girl who fits Tomoyo's description run right pass me.In the direction of Eriol's house.Not a coincidence.
I speed up a bit. I turn to Tomoyo and smile."Is everything alright?You look lost."

Now if it's one thing that Tomoyo was known for, it was her amazing ability to perceive situations and this particular situation told her to leave.
"I'm fine," she answered curtly, "Now if you'll excuse me."
That said, she walked past him.

Aldara laughed quietly as she watched Jonathan try to kidnap this girl named Tomoyo, "Such pathetic attemps..Why did I bother to allign with his pathetic assositation?" "For the Clow Cards." She said thought to herself and stopped laughing. Her crystal blue eyes continued to stare at the pool of water beneath her, "I'm counting on you Jonathan, don't make me break our little alliance now."

I stand there. This was not supposed to happen!!!This is all Miaya's fault.He told me that she was an easy target and that it would be like taking candy from a baby.
I always have a Plan B.The poor Nazi at that Asataru coven I belonged to was given this treatment.

'What a weird weird person,' Tomoyo thought as she walked on. She didn't look back, but she started to hear him mumble something. Alot like a chant.
'Oh well, I'll just tell Sakura-chan and Hiiragizawa-kun. I'm sure they'll figure it out,' Tomoyo thought confidently.

Standing in line for the conterman to take my ticket.
If Aradara is looking at me right now,I hope she realises I am doing this for the money.Sure,I could just conjur gold but would I really appreciate it?I am doing this for pride.I'm doing this to please my gods,even if it don't feel right.Loki only knows if this EDA is worth it,and all the signs point to no.
I walk into the theatre and take my seat. I bought two tickets but I only have one.I wonder...nay I'm the only one who worships a god of thieves around here.The lights start to dimmer and I prepare myself for one,pardon me goddess show.

A young man stood on a building near by overlooking the general area that Tomoyo was in; he couldn't help but shake his head. "Futile attempt." he said with a nod and stood up. He looked off into the mansion and laughed slightly, "Perhaps I can give it a try." he said before recalling the moment he tried to catch a girl, it ended in him singing sarphrano. "On second thought." he said
There wasn't much wind that he could tell so he jumped down onto the ground where he landed gracefully just behind a large tree. "I'll monitor the girl, see what happens, perhaps she'll get into a situation where I can nab her without to much of a problem." he said and brought his hand up. "But first-"
"Wind of god, wind of the lords, wind of space and wind of lay, I call upon thee, I control thee." he chanted to himself, suddenly the wind began to pick up, not heavily, but at a steady pace. "Lets see if I can use the wind and water to bind her, might not, but who knows." he said and began to tail her, staying slightly out of her sight, or so he hoped

Aldara waved a slim hand over the manna pool and the water rippled, the image changing to another young man, "Miaya...Will you do better than Jonathan?"
Her eyes continued to watch, but she soon became bored, "I'll check back on him later...Back to Jonathan." The image of the blond haired man appered again, but this time he was watching a show. Aldara's eyes narrowed, "What in the name of Zeus?" She took a breath and closed her eyes, "I'll talk to him later...But I have buisness of my own to attend to." She got up and waved another hand over the water and the image faded.

"Tadaima," Tomoyo called to the Hiiragizawa household, "Sakura-chan, Hiiragizawa-kun, could you come her for a moment? I need to talk to you," Tomoyo said in her calm pleasant voice.

Miaya kept his eye on the girl, with the slight twist in his wrist, the wind picked up ever slightly. "Not yet..." he said and waited a little longer, thats when he heard her call out two names and grinned. His foot moved across the ground. "Water of ice, water of binding, wind of shallow, wind of binding, bind thy foe and bring them to me." he said.
With the summon chant the wind picked up instantly and funneled around the girl, water soon came up from the ground and began to make a bind around her. He watched with great interest as the binds began to take hold.
(ooc: I'll let Moezy-chan write in her reaction, or if weather or not my character is the one to kidnap her. :) I like the location you choose Moeazy-chan, it's actually a good spot for a kidnapping to occur ;) )

It came as quite a surprise. She merely spoke two words and water began to suffocate her! She tried to remain calm but the water was slowly draining off her life supply of oxygen! All she could do now was hope that somebody would come and save her.

Miaya smiled and appeared before her, the wind spinning around her unconcious form. "Psh... this is not a challenge at all... capturing a girl with no magic, let alone no way to defend herself... some contract..." he said to himself and tightened the wind binds around her. "I better get some compensation for this..."
With that he grabbed the binds that held the girl in place, again he glanced at her. Only a child by my standards... damn it... I really need to find another way to get ahold of those cards.. this is just sickening he said and soon vanished, along with the girl in tow. "I don't recalll where to meet.. so I'll just have to let them come to me" he said and reappeared in his apartment building.
(ooc: FYI, she'll only be knocked out for a few seconds, my character has no plans on harming her physically or mentally, in fact, the water bit wasn't exactly what he intended to do. ^_^;)

syaoran was still in his magic lesson when he sensed a magic aura coming from the Hiiragizawa residence "what the?! i sense magic coming from....Eriol's place, this is not good!!"
he quickly grabbed his magic incantation cards and his sword and opened the window.
The teacher was yelling "Syaoran-sama, where are you going?! Get back here!!" but syaoran had already jumped out of the window "God of the four winds, answer my call" a green tornado appeared and carried him through the air, towards Eriol's place.
"i have to get there before something terrible happens" halfway there the magic aura suddenly disappeared "crap! i'm too late!" syaoran shouted in his mind and landed by the place a few minutes later and stormed through the door.
"what happened?! is everybody alright?!"
(i always wanted to do the tornado thing from ep 41 ^_^.....anywayz, how did i do for my first time?)

The opera was very good and this time no surprises.I tread back to the cheap hotel I am staying at.I unplug all the electrical outlets I can reach and pull out a few candles,then I carefully draw a square on the desk with chalk.And thus is the difference between a heathen and a pagan.
"Loki,I had the perfect plan.That girl acted as though she had the foresight of the Norns!I do not understand this.Why am I failing?Are you not the god of thieves?"
The silence is painful."I pray to you,Lord of Thieves and Fire and Gambling,and everything else that makes life worth living!Please tell me my faults."
I blow out the candles and sweep the chalk off the desk.I climb into bed and go to sleep.

I see a crow flying overhead.Loki's sign,my transformed figure.It swoops down and Loki appears to me. "I am a god of thieves.The question is,are you up to the task of thievery?You look more like you're stalling."I say."What shall I do?" He points to the crow."It will come to you.Just remember my sign.Anyways,I don't like your boss either.I have a hate thing against Hermes,so you don't have to worry about my patronage leaving you anytime soon..."
Stupid alarm clock!Why do the best moments in my life always end badly?
Now I have a great idea. I dial the phone number to Miaya's apartment and got the answering machine."Yes,I know it's early in the morning.But I have a great plan.It's inspired by the god of thieves himself.I want to go over with you. All I need is someone to create a distraction...you have a talent for that.Leave the looting for me.Stop by here, I'm in Room 9 in the Wimbleton Hotel,on Striton Street."I change into my Nordic atire and wait for his arrival.
OCC:And yes I looked it up, Northern traditons use squares for magic,not circles like most magic.

It truly was an uncommon feeling. It was not like Daidouji Tomoyo to be confused, and yet she was. The last thing she remembered was a swirl of water and then....darkness. Hopefully, and she was probably going out of her mind saying this, the kidnapper would show himself and she would finally have her clarity.

Miaya smiled slightly as he listened to the recording. "Huh... wants me to leave this place... forget it.." he said and replied to it
"If you want some sort of deal or anything, come to my apartment. I will not let this girl out of my sight, it's bad enough I was lied to about how old she was." he said in a harsh manner, then hung up
He stared back at the girl. The water in her lungs should've got through her system by now and hopefully she would wake up. "Psh..." he said and waited to see if she would indeed wake up

After thinking it over, Tomoyo was sick of playing possom. She decided to wake up and instantly met the face of her kidnapper. Always the epitony of calmness, Tomoyo simply stared at him and waited for him to address her.

He smiled. "I see your awake." he said and undid the bind that was around her hands and arms, but kept the one that held her to the wall and the one around her legs. "I'm not going to harm you, although the water down your lungs bit wasn't exactly what I had in mind..." he said thinking about it... "hope it didn't hurt you to much"

Tomoyo didn't know whether to say thank you or just ignore this person. Thinking about it, she decided the direct approach, "Why did you kidnap me?"

Miaya smiled slightly. "A contract is a contract... although I'd be lieing if I didn't have my reasons." he said and got up, walking over to the window sill and sitting down. "Your friend has something I need, something that I feel can help someone I know." he glanced over his shoulder. "Still curious?" he said with a faint smile on his face

It didn't take a genius to figure out what friend he was talking about. It was obviously about Sakura-chan and her Sakura Cards.
"What do you want with Sakura-chan?" Tomoyo was through being calm. That was her precious Sakura-chan and she wasn't about to let anybody hurt her.

Miaya was about to say when his phone rang and he picked it up. "Yes?" he said and listened in. "WHAT?! How?" he yelled. "How bad?!" he shouted soon after. "Ok....... thank you..." he said and hung up and sighed. Her condition keeps getting worse... he thought to himself and looked out the window, then turned back to the girl. "Your friend has the Clow Cards. Enough said." he said to her and sat back down and turned back toward the window. Perhaps I can find another way.. but right.. I'm desperate enough to try this

Aldara stared from the roof of another building across to Miaya's apartment, her brown hair swilred slightly around her. The girl...Tomoyo was awake now and was talking with him. Suddenly the young man faced the window staring out onto the same building. Aldara's heart quickened a bit but then it slowed, why was she paniking? There was no need to...after all, what could he do to her? Miaya to her in a way as well. She smiled and chanted, "Poseidon, lord of the sea, engluf the city with your greatness, surround us in a blanket of fog. Grant me my wish!"
Slowly a blanket of fog wraped around the city of London. Aldara whipped out her cellphone and waited for the young man to pick up, "Praise for one...Punishment for the other. Wonderful," she said to herself happily.

"Your friend has the Clow Cards. Enough said," was all the kidnapper said but Tomoyo had a feeling that there was more to this reason that his words. This did concern her Sakura-chan, so she could easily tell that something was up with him.
She wasn't going to press it though. She was tied up and there wasn't much she could do in her current position except observe and hope to find out the reason. Truly it was all she could do until help came, and she didn't expect that any time soon.

Miaya grined and stared forward. "Spying on me isnt exactly the brightest of idea's." he said and moved his hand.
"Fire of light and magic, Fire of volcin, maski. Fire of the lord, Fire of the heavens!" he yelled. The sky suddenly filled with dark clouds, lighting spouting from different areas. A bolt fired out from the cloud and struck the building across the street. "Do ... not.. spy... on... me..." Miaya said in a harsh tone and glared threateningly at the building, which was now on fire
He turned back toward the girl and stared at her. "You are curious aren't you, go ahed and ask me. I'm not exactly the type of person who's going to kill you or anything, besides, your just a kid.. and killing a kid isn't exactly moral"
(ooc: In reality, the bolt missed Aldara, in fact, he didn't hit the building she was on, but the building next to her ^_^)

"How did you do that, and why do you want Sakura-chan?" Tomoyo summoned her courage to ask that. She was still wary of this person and frankly didn't understand him. He was a true puzzle.

Miaya flexed his hand. "Why... that is not something you could understand." he looked away from the girl. "Lets just say.. nothing in this world has helped, and I believe only those cards will help." he sighed and then looked away. "As for what I did.. there are others in this world who possess magical abilities, but mine far surpass your friend"
He smiled slightly. "But.. if your worried about me harming her... you don't need to.. as long as she hands over her Sakura Cards... she.. and all in Japan will remain unharmed." he said in a low whisper

"If you're so much stronger than her, why bother getting her cards," Tomoyo stated logically, "You said it yourself, you surpass her."
"There's no point getting something from her that is insignificant to you," Tomoyo didn't like putting Sakura-chan down, but if this worked she might as well go for it.

Miaya stared at her then let his palm out, a card appeared in his palm, similer to the Sakura Cards, yet different in a way. "My family has always been at war, so to speak, against Clow Reed, so we developed our own cards to rival his. To bad they never got tested." he said and caused the card to vanish
"She defeated Eriol.. which tells me she could very well be a challenge.. thats why I'm actually hoping she does resist, then I can test her streangth and see how powerful she truly is." He said with a smile and looked away from her, any moment now someone else would come for her, the person who wanted her originally. "Trust me though when I say this: Death is not something I will seek when fighting her. After all, she is but a child, and killing children isn't my thing.Anyway, I must apologize." he said and raised his hand in the air. "But you must sleep now."

syaoran was walking through the room being very frustrated "so you're saying daidouji has been kidnapped by a magic force right?! but why her? it doesn't make any sense".
Syaoran keeps walking through the room for a few minutes.
"well just doing nothing won't get her back. I'm going to search for her trough the city, perhaps i can find that magic aura again. If you find anything out contact me by cellphone, okay?" And with that he raced out of the door again.
okay i know that i said that but how am i going to find daidouji, the city is kinda big......wait! that's it, i'll go get my lasin board. With that thing it will be a piece of cake to find the magic aura and her kidnapper. or so he thought because someone was watching him.
(ooc: who is watching him i don't know but perhaps Aldara after almost getting fried by Miaya? or perhaps i should just delete that last line?

Aldara raised her eyebrow slightly and a small smile spread across her lips, "Miaya, Miaya, Miaya...Try to hit me with a firebolt and totally miss. Though I must say, it was powerful." She snapped her cellphone shut tired of waiting, for some reason she was impatient today. Standing up, she jumped off the building and a wind cushion carried her down to the empty alley behind the building.
As she walked down the street back to her flat, she saw a boy with chocolate brown hair run past her. Aldara whirled around and stared at the boy, a strong magical aura surrounded him. Her smile came back and her eyes twinkled, changing her direction she ran after him, "Your aura feels so much like the Clow Cards...One step closer to bringing them back..."

Miaya smiled and was about to snap his fingers one more time to put Tomoyo to sleep until he sensed something. Interesting.... he smiled and outstreached his hand, intentionaly raising his magic level so he would be detected. If whoever is near by with clow reeds magic can indeed get to this apartment house, then perhaps Sakura will be worth fighting, if her friends are that powerful. He grinned mischiviously

Syaoran was running to his house when he suddenly sensed an aura nearby and it was growing. "huh? this aura....is this where Tomoyo is being held?" This is a bit tóó easy he grabbed his cellphone and called Sakura.
"Sakura, i think i have found where Tomoyo is...come quickly!" without waiting for a reply he shut down the call and headed for the source of the magic.
(ooc: time for a magic battle i think....waii this is gonna be fun! :D)

Jonathan listens to the recording and sighs."Why are the gods against me?"He determinds that there is nothing else to do but but go to Miaya's damn apartment and join him in the fun.Knowing that fool he'll not torture her.So much dispassion.
Jonathan draws another square of chalk and relites the candles. This time for a basic teleportation spell.

Myticical energies engulf Jonathan,who feels the air rushing past himself.He finds himself standing in the middle of Miayas apartment. He sees the girl.Asleep and slowly rotting away.Stupid,now she'll know everything.Then he senses Miayas magic aura,way to strong in non-combat mode.
"By Heimdall, do you realise what you are doing?You are trapping yourself!Have you no sense of secrecy?And why do you not kill this child?She's going into Hel's realm anyway."
OCC:Heimdall's the opposite of Loki,guardian of the gates of Asgard,a fire god & very brave noble...everything that Jonathan refuses to be. Hel's the goddess of the dead that die in their beds.

Miaya snarled at Johathan. "For starters, I got lied to on my contract. It said I was to capture a girl, it did not say she would be a child of all things. And besides, I doubt she knows anything more about me."
He smiled slightly when he felt the aura getting closer. He used his hand to pick up Tomoyo, then placed her behind him, he was between her and the door now. "Unlike you, who failed to capture this girl. So you really have no right to talk." He said and used an enchantation card. "As for the power, this is qutie intentional, I want to test this kids strength, if he's as powerful as I think he is, then perhaps fighting there friend will be 'fun' but if he falls after just a few beatings." he turned to the girl. "Well.. lets just say that no one will see her for a very... very long time." he said and held a sword that he had summoned, wind and particles of earth twirled around the blade. "Now... lets see how well this kid fights..."

He nod's and takes a sip. "If you truly understood the reasons why I won't kill this girl, then perhaps I'd believe you." he said and placed the glass on the table. "However, there is more to this world than money." he said before sensing an aura that was fast approuching. "Looks like it'll show time in a few minutes." he grinned and slammed his sword into the ground, waiting, and ready
For a few minutes he thought. "If you think stealing the clow cards will be easy your saddly mistaken, those cards have a bond to her, killing her could very well kill those clow cards. So if I where you I'd thread carefully in dealing with her. For you could very well be digging your own grave." he said to him and glanced back at the door

He continues."And of course there is Valhalla.Dying in battle,listening to the Song of Defeat and the Anthem of Agony,and then seeing a beautiful Valkryie come to take you away to Paradise.The road to Heaven is paid through much blood...most of it's your own."
OCC:Valkryie 'chooser of slain' Valhalla 'shelf of slain'. What he's basically saying is that you die fighting you go to heaven automatically.Norse concept.

a few minutes later syaoran came by the appartment the magic is definetly coming from here but it's just too easy, perhaps it's a trap....aarrgghhh i'll just have to go in
syaoran entered and wend up the stairs.
he summoned his sword and walked towards the door. "i hope sakura gets here fast!"
he opened the door and found himself facing a guy wielding a sword.
"who are you? where's Tomoyo?!"

Miaya stared at the boy. "So... you must be her protector.." he said and snapped his finger. An image of Tomoyo appeared, after a few seconds he caused the image to vanish. "She's safe, as I said to her, I will not harm her in anyway." he glanced at the person next him. "I can't gurrentee he won't however," Miaya said and got up, lifting his massive sword like it nothing more than a feather. "Let's see how well you fight."
With that Miaya took out an enchantation card and chanted several words that caused space around them to shift slightly. "Unlike you my friend." he turned to Jonathan. "I'm not at liberty to harm those who are not involved. This space will serve as a place to fight." he said but snarled. Saddly... I can only keep this shifted space open for ten minutes.. or else our battle suddenly goes into the material realm. He raised his sword and beckoned Syaoran. "Come." he said

Aldara followed the boy up to the apartment quietly. He suddenly stopped and entered the apartment, smiling to herself, Aldara peaked in from behind the door, "Seems to me that the boy is challanging Miaya. Interesting. But I'm not going to risk getting burned to a crisp again, better adress myself first." Her crystal eyes scanned the scene in front of her, yet something held her back from going in, "Stupid other half...I'm know how to take care of myself.."
"Miaya, I'm surprised, fighting a mere boy. Shameful, Zeus is disgusted as well." Aldara said mockingly as she stepped from behind the door.

He smiled. "Mere?" he repeated and then grinned. "We shall see about that." He said and stared at Syaoran. "So.. you going to make a move or shall I? I must warn you if I make the move it'll be the last thing you ever see."

he quickly looked at Aldara who was coming from behind the door who is that? ....pheh that doesn't matter, first i have to take care of him then i'll take care of the other ones...if i can that is, Sakura what's keeping you so long?. "i'll show you a move, i'm not as weak as when i fought Yue!"
he quickly grabbed his incantation papers "God of water, give me speed", he charged full speed at Miaya with his sword and just before they made contact syaoran vanished and appeared behind him.
i've got you now! he attacked him from behind, but he was blocked by Miaya's sword. "what the?!"

Jonathan smirks at the lenghs Miaya took to keep him from disposing of the boy.I'll let him keep the glory but if Miaya falls than I shall try some persausion.They are only children,their will should be weak.And we have a bargaining chip.
OCC:I apologize for anything I may have done to insult anyone prior to this modification.I am very tired,and yes I have read the rules. This is not the first time I did RPGs. On another site I wrote paragraphs of information in first person,describing the setting,location,etc.This is easy.

Miaya smiled and spun his sword around, blocking Syaoran's attack. "Impressive.." he said and took out a card. "Denkou-kami!" he yelled and a sudden burst of lightning fired out from his sword, just missing the boy and blowing away the backwall, thankfully since they where in a shifted world, no one would be harmed. "Come now boy, you can do better than that I hope, you ARE her protector aren't you?" he grinned trying to fire up the lad, he was more interested in results, not fireworks.

hmm, this guy is good! time to try something else than speed he grabbed another incantation card and yelled "God of fire, be my force", nothing seemed to have happened.
Syaoran charged once more, Miaya and he exchanged one heavy sword blow after the other. Syaoran slashed at him and hit his shoulder causing a small wound on which Miaya returned the favor and slashed him in the face barely missing his right eye. Just when Miaya lifted his sword ready to attack once more ..... "Flame Kick", Syaoran's foot bursted in flames and kicked him in the stomach sending Miaya crashing into a wall.
he used another fire spell "Eruption" and slammed his fist into the ground causing a circle of flames to erupt around Miaya. He wiped the blood from his wound "that should keep him busy for a little while, i have to buy more time so that Sakura can get here, and i need a break" he said silently so nobody could hear him, he looked at Jonathan that guy will do and perhaps i can get him to spill the beans about what's going on here?
he pointed his sword at Jonathan "you! what's your role in all of this? why did you guys kidnapp Tomoyo?! Tell me!!"
(ooc: i did a little TRC reference in this one :D and Nightbird let the intelligiance battle begin)

Sakura raced into the room where Syaoran and the others stood, her hand clasped tight over her wand.
"Syaoran-Kun! I'm here!" She cried. However, no sooner had she burst in that she regretted it, as the group looked thoroughly interrupted. Without another word, Sakura moved over next to where Syaoran stood panting. He was hurt.
She pulled out a card from her purse. "Sheild!" The winged symbol of the sheild appeared for a few moments, then smoothed itself into a slick orb around Sakura and Syaoran.

"I'm glad to see you Sakura, this oughta even the odds". Syaoran looked at Jonathan who seemed to be bored, "you still haven't answered my question!" he shouted, not aware that a certain somebody was already back up to his feet again......

Miaya stood there and glanced at his wound. "Most Impressive." He recanted and stared at the young girl. "My role is something you don't need to know." he said and glanced at the time clock that was on his wrist: 8 minutes remaining. "However, perhaps you'll find out some day." he placed his hand over his heart, that was the problem with him and his little sister: They shared pain and each time she was in pain he was, the amount multiplied though when he was using magic.
He stared at the two. "Two against one..." he said and brought out an enchantation card. "Tsurugi Douhou" he said and suddenly four figures appeared in front of him wielding swords and shields. "Trust me kid, you are in over your head." he said and stared at the young girl who he figured was 'Sakura'. "You must be this girls-" he said and snapped his finger, an image of Tomoyo appeared,"-friend" he said and glanced at the image. "She is unharmed and won't be harmed anytime soon, but like I said, it all depends on what happens sooner or later." he said in cryptic tone. He was about ready to order his brothers to fight when he sensed something about his little sister. He looked away from the two and toward where the hospital was a sense of anger and guardienship came over her and he canceled the barrier, which brought them back to the real world, no sooner had he done that had his sword wielding brothers vanished. "I've got more important things to attend to, but, you fought well, no one has ever been able to hit me in the years that I've been around." he said and glanced at his wound. "As for your friend, she'll remain on unharmed, although my word might mean nothing, you do have my word that nothing will happen to her." he said. Although if they do go after my little sister, which I doubt, but in the event they do I can't gurrentee that girls safety.
With that he vanished from the apartment and then reappeared a short distance from the hospital, wearing a completely different outfit. "I had hoped the medicine would keep her stable, but it seems it's truly only a matter of time.. I need to get that girls cards and with that boy that isn't going to be easy." he said and looked back toward where the apartment building is. "It would've taken me ten minutes to chant the required spell and an additional five just to control it's power... but... that spell does have it's risks." he said and made his way to the hospital to see how his little sister was doing

Sakura felt a heaviness in her chest. They hadn't saved Tomoyo. She was being kept somewhere completely different for that matter. Without a magic aura, it was like finding a needle in a haystack. Then again, Syaoran-Kun has the ability to find someone as long as he has something they own, right? There was still hope left.
Coming back to her senses, Sakura held up her wand again. "Who are these guys?"She whispered to Syaoran.

I have no knowledge of Eastern magic,and I mistrust the Greeks &Romans.They slaughtered to many of my ancestors to gain huge respect."

Meanwhile, at the hospital
Miaya nodded at the doctor. "I see... how serious?"
The doctor sighed and looked away from Miaya. "How.. serious... doctor..." he repeated and the doctor turned back to him. "Let me just put it this way: Unless a miracle happens, she'll be dead within a month. I'm sorry but her disease is a strange one, every now and then it get's worse for a couple minutes, then suddenly goes back down."
Miaya stood there. "How many minutes exactly?" he asked him
"Varies.. sometimes 5... sometimes 15... today it was 7 minutes." The doctor said and Miaya sighed. Thats exactly how long the barrier lasted before I felt her life force slowly being drained. Is it possible the barrier that I am using is somehow tied to her body? But.. thats impossible.. this barrier was created before she was even born so how exactly can it be effecting her. he thought to himself and went into his little sisters room. The little girl was laying there in the bed, looking out the window. "Onii-chan!" she bellowed and Miaya smiled at her. "Hello Rena." he said and sat down on her bed. "How is my sister doing?"
"Fine!" she chirped and sat up. "Hmm? You look worried." she said in a low voice
He couldn't tell her she only had a few weeks to live. The only thing he could do was stay by her side. Perhaps I should stop using the barrier, but in doing so it'll mean the disruption of many innocent lives. he said and looked toward the window, Tomoyo's form appeared. Psh... this is not something I am willing to hold on to, for christ sakes his just a child.... he said and snapped his finger, her image vanished. That Jonathan fellow... seemed more interest in causing her harm, very well then, this contract is canceled and a new one is up. he smiled briefly and turned his attention back to the apartment building. Psh.. very well...
He looked at his little sister who was slightly confused, he smiled at her. "Big Brother needs to take care of some bussiness ok?"
"You got to go to the restroom?" she asked him and he laughed then got up and walked out of the room, he glanced about and noticed no one was around. He then took out an orb. "I'll set that girl free." Miaya said. "However.. If what I think Jonathan is going to do is true, then I have to at least have a barginning chip." he said and sealed up half of Tomoyo's soul in the orb, then broke it up into two peices, one inside his body and another in his little sisters body. "If either of us dies, then so does the girl." he smiled. "I hate acting like this and I know I told them no harm will come, and no harm will come as long as they don't harm us."
He looked back in his sister room before snapping his fingers one last time, he then vanished
Somewhere outside near some mansion (Eriols Mansion) a bubble appeared and slowly floated to the ground, then popped, Tomoyo's unconcious form laid there. Miaya stepped forward and placed a locket near the girl. Inside the locket was a picture of an orb, but also a message that said: Thou shall not harm thee, as long as thy friends don't harm thee. Of course, the translation meant: As long as harm doesn't come to us, you shall not be harmed.
With that he vanished and reappeared in the hospital, time to spend some time with his sister for the next day or two, but also to keep his guard up, seeing how he knew Jonathan was plotting something.
(ooc: Niya! Long post! >_<. And just a brief: Miaya won't harm Tomoyo, in fact, the cure for his little sister is actually in Tomoyo herself, NOT the clow cards, but he doesn't know that. However do remember that he is an elementalist, meaning he knows Earth, Fire, Wnd and Water type magic. But he doesn't realize that his own magic is contributing to his little sisters ill-ness)

The sudden break in violence was welcomed by Sakura, but not completely. The stange dialect that Jonathan used made her feel as though they had traveled back in time.
"My cards..." Sakura paused,"what do you want with them? I mean...you seem to have magic yourself. Why not just make your own?"

To all you good guys:Tyr is a god of Order,he never told any lies.See,the gods have different things with them. Like with Freyr it was forbidden to use weapons on ground sacred to him.Oath-Breakers were detested by Germanic tribes...Jonathan being the devoted guy that he is will not take an oath sworn in the name of any god lightly.

"No!" Sakura cried, "I'm not their slave and they aren't mine either! We're friends!" She clutched her purse tightly where the cards were nestled inside. If Sakura had peeked into the purse, she would have seen that the cards glowed warmly in response to her kind words. "To me," she continued, "these cards aren't just objects...I trust them as much as I trust the people I love."
At this point, Sakura could feel the card's aura pulsing warmly. I guess that's their way of saying they feel the same...

"I admire your faith in things other than yourself.But be forewarned,there are many tales of people wasting away after trivial things such as rings & gold. They all died tragically."

Aldara stayed in the doorway remaining merly a shadow. The pulse of the cards called to her, but she couldn't get it. Not yet anyway, she'd just have to wait. She brushed past Sakura, Syaoran and Jonathan and walked briskly to the apartment window. As she opened it, she turned around to face Sakura and Syaroan, "I don't think I need to tell you my name...But I do know yours. What you should know is that..," Aldara cocked her head to the side and smiled slightly, "I'm going to get those Clow Cards if its the last thing I do." As she was about to jump out she turned back to Jonathan, "I'm not very happy with you right now. But, you have a chance to redem yourself. Bye now!" A gust of wind caught her as she jumped out of the window into an alley.

"what you said may be true, but we have no interest in gold or anything of the sort.....unlike you i suppose" he said with a cold tone in his voice.

"That's right!' Sakura exclaimed. "We don't need that sort of thing. Now give us Tomoyo-chan and leave us alone!"
Sakura glanced over her shoulder. The opened window meant another escape route, if it came down to that. Most importantly was to find Tomoyo's whereabouts, but Sakura knew that even if they left with no information Syaoran could still track her down. Things seemed much less grim, now. A serene feeling flooded Sakura's body. Everything will be all right The spell was cast.

he looked at Sakura "i don't think he will give Tomoyo back so easily, but let us see what his proposition is, okay?" he turned to Jonathan. "allright then, what for deal do you have in mind....but remember surrendering the Sakura Cards over to you guys, that we won't do!"
i don't like to make deals with guys like him, but perhaps we can sort it out and get Tomoyo back, if not i can always use my locator magic to find Tomoyo

In a sudden instant Tomoyo opened her deep amethyst orbs and searched her whereabouts, but once again she was confused, because she was right in front of Eriol's house!
"How did I get here?" she wondered aloud.
As much as she wanted to go into depth on it, she felt a sudden wave of dizzyness. It was like the entire world was spinning at 1,000 times its own speed and she was caught within the middle of it. She didn't understand completely, but using her great powers of perception she deduced that it must've been Miaya. It was the only logical explanation. Another instance she assumed was that Sakura-chan must be looking for her by now, but neither knew where the latter was. The only thing she could do was wait patiently and hope that Sakura-chan would not be hurt but Tomoyo knew that was not a complete guaruntee.

Martin was an Anglo-Saxon,and had everything he wanted but one.But his forefather faught in a terrible war,and the allies of the Nazis he did deplore.Everyone heard the police chief sigh,when he saw the forefather drowned in a barrel of old wine.But she would still decline.That beauty of the East was belong his reach. He bought a sunny house,and sat facing the sunny beach.Without his beloved Easterner,he felt his life slipping through his hands.Martin jumped into the sea bend.And there are tale meets it's end.He lost his love and violence did not won."He then turned to his audience."Now,what gods should we swear by?We need an arm band or at least some kind of jewlery to swear by. I guess Thor will do, and Odin,Forseti,maybe the goddess Frigg in honor of the Sakura."

he kidnapped Tomoyo for this? Okay i have to admit, i don't really like Eriol and seeing him get all upset would be hilarious but this guy cannot be trusted he pondered for a few minutes and then looked at Sakura

"You want to meet Mizuki-sensei?" Sakura asked. The deal seemed strange to Sakura. To suddenly give up on getting the cards just to have dinner with Kaho. Still, at least he's no longer interested in the Sakura cards... As for Mizuki-sensei, well, she can take care of herself
She nodded seriously at Syaoran, "I suppose we better. I don't want any more fighting"

Jonathan says."Splendid!" He grabs the mead he still had and poured a tall glass.He held it up,as if ready to make a toast,but remembered. "Oh yeah,you're minors.My mistake."And chugs it down in one gulp.
Jonathan mulled for a minute. Before I get really drunk around these kids,I want to close this deal.But what if Sakura's side wins?Then I'm worthless. And it looks like their side will win. Aldara is a poor leader,not the gorgeous mafia princess I envisioned.And Miaya is soft.I can use his weakness to polish Aldara off, and then I'm off to see Prof.Gjall in Iceland!His offers are too enticing.
"Let's swere by Tyr,one of the Aesir,that means a war god.But he is also a god of order and truth,maybe even higher than Odin in that light but don't let the All-Father hear that."He smirks."If I cannot keep my part of the bargain then I shall sacrifice my services to you.Yes,I will betray my employer utterly.But if you refuse your part at any minute...Than I shall make you drink a potion of forgetfullness.You will forget your love,and the hate which replaces it shall consume you."An icey edge gripped Jonathan's Midwestern non-accent as he stated the grim consequences he promised for trickery.
"Now let us swear Oaths."Jonathan took off his Thor's Hammer Amulet and placed it on the table.He put his right hand on it and said. "I swear by Tyr,the One-Handed who sacrificed it to the wolf Frenris,and will sacrifice his life at the end of the universe.I shall give what they love most and they shall give me what I want in return.Or else I too shall sacrifice,even as they keep their word.So mote it!"He smiled."You swear.And do not swear lightly,Oath-breakers may get eaten by the dragon Nidhogg."

Remembering what had happened when Sakura failed the final judgement made her shift uneasily in her seat. That was what a world without love was like. At that time, she was just missing Yukito but to imagine a life without loving Syaoran...
Sakura's face turned pale as she looked at the amulet gleaming on the table, then at Syaoran.
"Syaoran-kun..." she moaned and tugged his shirt.
(ooc: Well...we could all just play them, but we should probably decide soon. Oh my, what a scary oath...)

Syaoran looked at Sakura's pale face and put an arm around her, "i know, but don't worry... i'll never let that happen" he whispered to her and smiled. He then placed his hand on the Amulet.
"i swear that i will keep our end of the bargain, this i swear on the oath i took long ago", he looked at Sakura i swore an oath all those years ago that i would protect you, and i will never break that oath!
(ooc: well if we can't find anyone to do Kaho and Eriol, we'll just have to do them, they're not really big roles in this story anywayz)

When Jonathan looked into the emptiness he felt rage like no other. His anger made his features look aflamed,like a creature of Muspell. "Miaya!!!He's the only logical person to do this.Aldara was offering me "redemtion so she would have no gain. I doubt Tomoyo would have been able to manuver anything after all she's been through. "I imagine that flesh rotting curses in the name of Hel aren't painless.

Seeing Jonathan's angry reaction made Sakura jump. Up until now they were all trying so hard to keep their cool. Jonathan especially had looked fully confident. Now he seemed to be throwing some sort of dramatic tantrum.
"What? What?!" She asked, after glancing ahead and seeing nothing. Is the deal off..? Or maybe Tomoyo-chan escaped! My spell worked after all! A light came back into Sakura's eyes.

Miaya sat on the roof of the hospital building and stared out across the city. "I see..." he said after sometime and grinned. "That fool really didn't think he could convince Sakura did he.." Miaya said to himself and shook his head. "It's getting close to night. Guess I'll take my little sister to the park tomorrow and spend some time with her."
"Oh?" A voice came from behind him and he looked around. "Leave it, Tranis." Miaya said and Tranis shook her head. "I *want* those cards!"
"And I'll get them! But right now my main concern is my sister." Miaya said
"I could very well kill her, then you'll won't have such a pathetic obstecle in you-" Tranis said before dodging a lightning bolt that came out of Miaya's hand. "You even lay a finger on her and you'll be nothing but dust!" he threatened her and stood up
Tranis grinned. "Fine, but remember, only I can cure your sister and the longer you wait, the closer she comes to death, and the closer she comes to death the more despret you'll become." with that Tranis vanished
Miaya snarled but then smiled slightly. He walked forward and vanished, and shifted his image slightly so that only Sakura could see him when he appeared in front of her, satisfied that no one could see him he smiled at the young girl. "Tomoyo is still very much alive and well. You don't need to worry about her, for I have no reason to harm her." he said to Sakura and bowed. "If you wish to meet up in private, perhaps talking alone, and to learn more about me, perhaps you can pay me a visit at the childrens park tomorrow, sometime after eight in the morning." he said and looked at the others in the area. "Oh.. and only you can see me by the way, thats because I'm talking to you through your mind." he said but noticed something about her cards. "Although I don't think your cards appriciate me doing this, so I'll take my leave before they decide to activiate on there own and go on a hunting spree. Good Day, Kinomoto-chan"
(ooc: Moezy-chan! Remember what I told you about the mistake Miaya made with Tomoyo? She would've felt his sudden anger toward Tranis, but also his concern to and Tomoyo is at Eriols Mansion, I remember saying that in one of my posts. That part about him being able to talk to Sakura is one of his ways to communicate is called telepathy, but also because he was able to enter Sakura's mind, that whole conversation actually took place in just a few seconds, not enough for anyone to actually notice any difference, provided Sakura doesn't make any sudden move that is =))

Tomoyo couldn't help but sigh in exhaustion after she went in the house. She wasn't entirely sure why, but she felt a sudden burst of fear, anger and then concern envelop her body. Did something happen to her while she was with Miaya, or! What if something happened before she even woke up, because while Tomoyo felt concern on a regular basis, with the way Sakura insisted on helping everybody, she rarely felt anger.
If there was any logical deduction to be made, it would be that he placed some form of a spell on her. That was her only theory. In the meanwhile, she would just have to be patient until Sakura came back.
The house was weird. There were no people in it, and it was starting to scare Tomoyo. Being alone was not a good thing in this moment. She had no means to protect herself, and knowing this put her at an awkward and terrifying predicament. Her only plan at this moment, in the event of an attacker, was to run, and run fast!

Miaya sat there looking at his sister, a smile washed over his face as he rested his head on her bed and soon fell asleep
At that very mansion, or rather, a dream version of it
He looked around. "Huh?" he said and glanced about the place. "What the heck?" he said and looked around, it didn't take him long to realize that he wasn't as tall as he was before, he looked into the mirror and noticed he was a young boy again, roughtly thirteen. "Where am I?" he asked himself and looked around, not sure what was going on he began to walk around the mansion to see where he was, as he didn't reconize the place at all

For at least the third time since she returned to Eriol's house, Tomoyo was starting to have double vision. She kept seeing two of everything, and it left her exhausted. Against her better judgment, she decided to lie down. She didn't want to in case she was attacked, but considering her current condition, there wasn't much she could do in that even. Her only assurance was that, hopefully, Sakura-chan would come back soon.
In the Dream World:
"Huh?" Tomoyo gasped in surprise. "What the heck?"
She opened her mouth, but the voice that came out was not her own. It was that of a young boy. She walked around and found a mirror. She, for some reason, felt compelled to look into it. Again she gasped in surprise. It wasn't even her! It was a young boy!
"Where am I?" this was quite strange.
For one instance she didn't even have her own body, secondly she was speaking in a voice that wasn't her own, and furthermore she found herself talking as if someone was talking for her. Her theory that Miaya placed a spell on her was growing stronger.
At this moment all she could do was let the body guide her. Maybe, just maybe, she would find out more about Miaya and his past. One could never know.

Dream State
Miaya walked around the house before coming to a room, this was when he realized what house he was in. "Wait.. this is my home.. but I don't understand.. how can this be my house, my house was in japan not england." he said and looked around some more before finding his mother and father, that was when he realized what he was seeing, or so he thought
His parents where having an arguement, more so about Clow Reed than about themselves, he wasn't close enough to hear it but after some time he decided to let his parents argue alone and went outside onto the porch, where he took in the sight of the ocean. "Pretty..." he said, the sun light was shining off the ocean itself and casting a nice hew across the sky.
As he stood there he realized something. "This was when I was thirteen years old, sometime before I obtained my magic, but also a year or two after my little sister was born." he said before suddenly realizing another thing. "Wait! If I remember correctly this was also-" he said before sighting black smoke coming from one of the room, he quickly took off to get his little sister
The first room he ran to was the room his parents where in, or had been, instead he found the two laying on the ground motionless, scars across there backs told him they had been killed by the sudden rush of fire, but now that he had a better chance at gilpsing at it, he realized it wasn't fire that had killed his parents, but magic.
The next thing he saw was his thirteen year old self running into his little sisters room and picking up the now frightened little girl, then running over to the porch where the fire had engolfed most of the house except for that very area. The boy glanced around before suddenly feeling the ground disappearing and him plummeting to the water below

Tomoyo felt tears come to her eyes while still in the young boy's body. So this was what happened to him as a child. No wonder he turned out this way. As he (she) was running, Tomoyo took a good look at the little girl in her arms. She felt her heart pang and really wanted to be able to speak to Miaya.
Even though the boy didn't state himself, she could somehow tell it was him. It was like her perception was magnified and allowed her to see things that she couldn't possibly see. In the meantime she desparately wanted to leave this dream world and return to the real world only she didn't know how. Guess she would have to be patient and wait until she woke up.

Dreamworld
He awoke to find himself in a hospital bed, he looked around but couldn't see his little sister anywhere. As he got up and walked around the hospital he noticed no one was around, nor where there any doctors, that was of course until he got to one of the rooms. He listened to the doctors talk about his little sisters health, and how it was mysteriously going down, but not by a lot
The next thing he saw was a young lady walkin toward him. "You want to help your little sister?" she asked and the boy nodded. "I can give you the power to do just that." she smiled at him and he nodded once more. "Then I'll take you under my wing and train you, perhaps when you ready I can her out as well."
His dream progressed itself by several years, taking him to when he was still a child, but about 16 years old and learning how to fight, thats when he got his power to change stuff. "You want to know who killed your parents?" The lady asked and he nodded. "A young girl who lives in Tomoeda, her family assaulted your family and killed your parents because they where a threat to what I don't know." she said
"Who?" The boy asked and the girl nodded. "Her name is Sakura Kinomoto, the girl is apart of the family that killed your parents, apart of Clow Reed I should say, who your family despise's." she said and noticed the boy's anger sore, to the point where the tree near by vaporised into ashes. "I see your ready, but not yet, for Sakura Kinomoto is only two years old right now. Perhaps you should wait until she has access to the Clow Cards, which is what you'll need to save your little sister." she said and the boy sighed. "How do I get them?" he asked her and she shook her head. "Enough talk."
Before Miaya could say anything more the dream ended abruptly, like it always did
End Dream State
Miaya's eye's shot open and he looked forward. "That dream again..." he rubbed the back of his neck. "I still can't figure out why the Kinomoto family would kill my own parents.. perhaps after tomorrow I'll get the answer I've been seeking"
Little did Miaya know, his employer, Tranis, was watching him very closely and the vains that crept up from her arms showed that she wasn't about ready to let him discover the secret she'd been hiding from him

Dreamworld
As much as Tomoyo wanted freedom from the dreamworld, she was finding this extremely interesting and quite informative.
'I need to talk to him in real life. I can help him, if only I can find him,' she thought.
She realized right away that Sakura-chan did not attack him. Who did, she really did not know, but she was sure she'd find out. In the meantime she felt her body returning to the real world.
Real World
"I wonder how I can get in contact with him," Tomoyo voiced as soon as she woke up.
Even though she knew that nobody could hear her, she felt comfort saying it allowed. Why, she really didn't know. She would simply have to find a way. After saying this, she decided to look at the clock. The large digital display stated clearly, 8:03pm. It was getting late.
"Where is Sakura-chan," Tomoyo voiced outloud again. She was getting extremely nervous at this point.

Syaoran was startled by Jonathan's sudden outburst what's up with him, why is he so angry? Wait! could it be that....suddenly he noticed the happy look in Sakura's eyes and thought
we're thinking the same thing here, aren't we? Daidouji must have escaped or one of the other guys took her and now he can't keep his oath, that's why he is so angry! I can still track Daidouji with locator magic so finding her is easy, but this guy swore an oath, time to remind him of that!.
"Well Jonathan, where is she? You were going to bring us to Daidouji, so what's wrong? Don't tell me that you don't know where she is. May that be the case, do you remember that oath you swore?" he said with a smile on his face.

Oh good, we are on the same page here Sakura grinned at Syaoran's smile and decided to join in.
"Yeah, I don't see Tomoyo-chan anywhere...Jonathan-san, did things not go as you planned? I guess the oath we did was pretty impressive, huh?"
Sakura giggled to herself as she remembered when Yue had the very same over-confidence and the same thing happened. Although Yue was never a servant, Sakura felt the slight temptation to make an exception for this guy... At least until they found Tomoyo, that is.

When Jonathan saw there smiles he knew shame.There goes my payments.But maybe I could work this out. They seem like a family,I'll treat this as a mafia gig.I do love gangster movies."Ah, well."He managed to fain a smile,but his eyes stared at the children like a wolf stalking his prey."I remember the oath very well. I am not one to be awarlock,that means Oathbreaker,did you know that?You can get kicked out of most covens & shunned throughout the magical community for breaking oaths. And that's just the mortal punishment! Tyr could make it so that I never win anything again...or lose a limb."He let his voice trail off for dramatic effect.
"Miaya must have double-crossed Aldara for personal gain.Stupid cucklardy though, doesn't he know that when the villians infight it always end's badly?As for Tomoyo...Only the Norns know her fate."
Jonathan knelt at the girl's feet and decreed. "Donna Sakura, I am your's to command."

A cat jumped down from the wall and curled itself around Sakura's leg, then stared at Jonathan before being freaked and running away. No one had apperently noticed the bell around it's neck
Miaya was rolling. "idiot, I swear... guy seems to run under the impression that I'm from some good? My lord, this kid is deranged." he said and shook his head. "Wonder what would happen if he found out that my sister and I aren't native to this world... or rather.. if what they assume to be gods are really my people. Bah.. I was already told not to make waves here and just to monitor this world population." he sighed and laid back in the chair. "This kid is going to be a pain though, he wants to desicrate several ruins that belong to my people, and on top of that, he accuse's me of such atrocitys, I wonder when he'll figure it out that villians aren't suppose to make alliances with the good." he shook his head.
The cat jumped back up on the wall and began to lick it's paw, then clean it's fur before looking back toward Jonathan, thats when Miaya burst into laughter when he heard Jonathan's decree. "Oh man.. this is going to be interesting. If I do meet up with Sakura at the park tomorrow I certainly hope *he* isn't around, or else I won't get anything done." Miaya said before glancing over his shoulder, he stayed there for a few before looking forward again. "So... Tranis seems to have an idea in store for Sakura... looks like I might have to make a deal with Jonathan, provided his pea sized brain understands that concept." he said and got up. "Thank you, Prior." he said and the cat jumped back down and over to Sakura, then curled up around her feet and meowed at her. "Keep an eye on her for me"
Miaya walked away from the image and back into the real world, where he sat down and stared at his sister. "If Sakura's eye's are good enough she might notice that cat from Tomoeda, which I'm hoping she does, because it'll mean I'm monitoring Jonathan, although I do pray she doesn't let it be known that she's seen the cat before. I want to know that kids every move, well, every move while around Sakura that is." he said and grinned. "The kid had no idea that cat was on the window sill in my apartment, nor that it was following them, although not close enough to hear them until he got to them." Miaya shook his head before streatching, his kind never slept, so instead he waited. "It's already night, those kids should be going to sleep soon for tomorrow. Then I can talk to Sakura and Tomoyo, talk to them about my past and about my sister, perhaps they might know something that can help me. As for getting her cards, bah, if Tranis wants those cards so bad she can get them herself." he said and waited until day break
(ooc: That cat is Miaya's eye's and ears, the cat has been around Sakura for ten years now constantly watching her every move, although this was before he found out that the Kinomoto's weren't exactly responsible for his parents death, he just now beginning to realize that he was used by Tranis, who is also from his homeworld, but he doesn't know that yet, nor does he know that his homeworld has a contract out on his life. Man, things just became more difficult nee? ^_^)

Syaoran had a hard time not laughing when he saw Jonathan swear his services to Sakura this so just tóó good! A badguy forced to follow Sakura's orders, it can't get any better than this!
"well then now that it is settled, let's find Daidouji!" he said after regaining his usual serious face and grabbed his sword. "Sakura, have you got something from Daidouji with you?"

"The best way to trace anybody is through what the great Communist hunter Nathan Blackwood invented: The Loki Trace Spell. See,he figured that everytime you put a spell on another human it leaves a mark on their person;whether it be positive or negative is up to the imposer. Unless the spell is removed the mark remains,even on corpses. In fact Nathan invented it just for that purpose.Shall we give a try?"What they do not know will not harm them.
OCC:Nathan Blackwood is a character I invented on a whim, given that most people dealing in the Northern traditions are are very(sometimes violently) Anti-Leftist and I would not be surprised that Commie hunting would have been a valuable and respectable trade for a magician in the 60s.

"Hoe..." Sakura moaned faintly. The spell confused her,especially with Jonathan's strange dialect adding to it. She ruslted through her bag and pulled out a pen that Tomoyo had lent her the other day. Cradling it in her hand, she handed it to Syaoran.
"I don't know if it will be enough, but...Tomyo-chan lent this to me," she said. "What should we do, now? Jonathan-san's spell or yours, Syaoran-kun?"
(occ: Yeah, where AM I supposed to be, right now?? Should we head towards the park?)

Jonathan shook his head. "While I do not doubt the noblility of your loyal companion, he knows not darkness. He doesn't know how,to quote Shakespere's Richard III,to play the part of a villian. What if Miaya has dumped Tomoyo's body in some cruel afterlife,beyond the reach of ordinary men? My spell takes us directly to her. It is strict,but I am much more experianced than young Sigurd over here."He gestures to Syaoran.
"He said that he did not harm Tomoyo. What if he lied?Time is of the essence! Even if I had faith in your strange contraptions it would only slow the search. Do you not want the sweet taste of revenge?" His demenor was still calm but anxious.
Finally he mustered all the charm he had and managed to say, " You are a wonderful girl wise beyond your years. Do not doubt yourself,be like Elizabeth I and forsake this puppy love. I will follow your orders Sakura, and yours only." For now.

"Ay." Jonathan says. He whispers a spell, waves his hand and a piece of chalk appears in his hand.
Jonathan draws a square quickly. He thinks about all the job offers he had prior to this one. I could have been Grand Imperial Wizard of the 4th Reich...but no, I had to say no because of ethical reasons. I swear, the more I work with people outside of my own tradition more Nazism appeals to me.

Energy that looks like a dark cloud of fire descends upon the three that stand. Jonathan says. "Do not fight it. The more you fight darkness,the more it holds onto you." He reaches into it and vanishes.
The transportation/tracking spell proves effective and when Jonathan opens his eyes he sees a pristine mansion. He awaits for the others to arrive because he is anxious to prove useful & trustworthy to them.
OCC: I'm injecting alot of Tolkien villianstyle into Jonathan.If you see shades of Sauron or Morgoth, it's on purpose.
Besides, he's an actor! He is as villianous as he choses to be.

Miaya blinked and smiled. "Interesting search spell." he said and rubbed his chin and looked toward the location where Tomoyo was. "It shouldn't be to hard for them to find her, considering she is all well and good." he threw his hair back and looked around, it was night right now but it was pretty late as well. "I have that meeting with Sakura tomorrow, provided she shows."
He rubbed his chin a few more times before placing his hands on his hips, he raised his hand in the air and an image of the park appeared, it was empty except for one homeless person who was wondering around. "I guess tomorrow I'll cast a get-away spell so that no other people will disturb our meeting." with that he looked back toward the ground then forward, and waited

Sakura began to say "What do you mean by 'holds onto you'?", but Jonathan had already vanished before her eyes.
She could now feel it descending on her and grabbed Syaoran's arm. The black flames danced and swirled around her eyes, until the room they were in was burned out of view. Sakura gave an involuntary shudder. She hadn't liked how Jonathan had talked about the spell as something that could latch onto her and hold her down. However, before these thoughts had really began to settle in her mind, the darkness flickered away and she stood in front on Eriol's mansion.
"That was a little scary..."She confessed.

"Daidouji is here? That was unexpected" he said before looking at Jonathan with an angry face. "alright, i admit that you did well...just don't let it go to your head"
"well then let's find Daidouji and end this!"

Tranis was watching this whole thing with intent. She was actually enjoying the little fun that Jonathan was having, "Pathetic Worm..." she said and balled up her hand, or rather, a hand that had fingers that appeared to be claws
She continued to watch Miaya on another image and also watched Jonathan and his group on the other. "Perhaps elimanating one isn't enough, perhaps I should take out both of them." she grinned and slashed across the image with one of her claws. "Granted. Perhaps keeping Jonathan alive for the night is a better idea, tomorrow I'll take him, Maiya and those three kids out and I won't have to worry about someone getting in my way." with that she rested her back against the chair and laughed mischiviously, she was getting excited about what to do tomorrow and how she should kill them. "Think I'll start with Miaya's sister first, that girl is downright annoying." she smiled

Jonathan looks at Syaoran's anger and struggles to hide his expression of delight.Pathetic boy.He knows nothing. Innocent people know nothing of darkness.But the girl acknowlegable, I hope to persaude her to her own desires. She shall delight in the liberation that is the darkness. Then she will be my slave.
He says to Sakura. "Go on and open the door. I do hope you have a key."

Now fully taking in the area around her, Sakura gave a little jump. "But this is...Eriol-kun's house, not Tomoyo-chan's. Why would she be here?"
A cool breeze swept by Sakura, and she felt pushed to get inside to somewhere much wamer before she puzzled over things. The house looked dark, except for one room; the living room.
"I don't have a key," she said "But it looks like someone's home." With that, she unhooked her arm with Syaoran's much warmer one and quickly knocked.
(ooc: Is Eriol even in Japan right now?? Didn't he go to England? O_o)

Tomoyo's hearing directed her to the sound of someone knocking on the door. Truly regretting this, she walked towards the door and peered in the peekhole. Her eyes widened when she saw that it was Sakura!
At this realization, she opened the door and embraced her best friend while saying, "Sakura-chan!"
