I found an old newspaper clipping back just now from when I was in grade 8 and I thought it was rather amusing.

I ended up using that story for a fanfiction, muahahaha!
I blocked out other people's names and cut them out of the picture because (obviously) I don't have their permission to go plastering it everywhere.
The only thing that makes me mad is that I didn't even say any of the stuff they said I did, ahha.
I've also been on TV now and then, dance segment on the local TV station and such.
Anyone else? :tongue3:

most i've ben in was on tv three or four times in the crowd (2 news, 2 playstation expos) and in the paper as a kid with my class for something or another..

When a television news group dropped by our school....and when I was 4 years old in a noontime entertainment show. (LOLZ, for Filipinos, it's Eat Bulaga!) :sweatdrop:

I was in the newspaper once for a lemonade stand... If anywhere else just in the background of a school event or something

i was in the paper once or twice . . . the only time i remember though, was when i was 10, and my class had just finished learning about the victorians, so for the day, we'd dressed up as victorians, and went to wigan pier, and when we came back, a photographer took a pic of 5 of us (myself obviously included).

I don't have the news clipping, but when I was 14 years old, I was a newspaper delivery girl. I became carrier of the month and they put my picture in the paper.
Also 3 years ago, in my first year of college, I went with my parents to find a Christmas tree, and the 6:00 news was doing a segment for the tree lot that we visited. They interviewed my parents, my mom doing most of the talking, and I was shown on camera, but I didn't talk. Cameras make me nervous also.

My high school was on television once.. because of a lock-down. >_>; But I've never been on tv, newpaper or radio. I'd like to keep it that way...

I was in the newspaper long ago...we covered the Spice Girls and danced in a motel :dodge:... It was funny... :heh:
Ahh and on tv in the background when my friends were interviewed... :tongue3: and when they made a little film about my friend in my sportclub

Yeah, some months ago in Helsinki there was demonstration against the new proposed (it was about copyright law...) Cought.. Next day I see myself in many many newspaper and evenings in news (in tv) etc. I didn't tell my mother about that I was going to that demonstration so she get very interesting phone call from her friend:
"Anne [my mom name], do you know where your daughter was yesterday?"
"Of course, she was in Helsinki buying clothes [gough gough...I didn't buy clothes, only manga..next time I buy clothes]"
"Look Satakunnan kansa [our newspaper] and page 4"
satakunnan kansa is one of finnish newspapers.
let's see..and then in Helsinki there was Mangapäivät (mangadays) con and I was cosplaying ofcourse and I was taked part in cosplay competition...in there some reporters interview me and take some photos O___O huuu...
.....those have happened in this year...well I don't remember all those where I have been... When I was kid, I was in children tv program (in one episode)...hurray..

I don't think I've ever been in the newspaper before. *thinks* I don't think so. Well my school has been in it but you don't exactly see me in the pictures. HAHA! We were doing some silk paintings for our school and the newspaper came in. My old school was on TV and the newspaper a lot of times. I think if you look closely, you can catch me. I think! I don't remember! lolz
But I've been on TV for other things! I think.. -__-" *is shot* NO I remember! I was on a commercial once! HAHA!! For my dad's old travel agency! lolz. xD You can't see me though. My back is turned to the camera. xD hehe. And yea. And then there was once my dad was on TV for something and he dragged me into the camera too. I was also there. -__-" And then the last time I remember was when it was some Miss Chinese Toronto thing and I was in the audience and some people saw me. ROFL!!!
And that's my life story on my TV life. *is shot* ROFL!!

Many times 5 to be correct. 3 Times in a newspaper about my school. 2 times on Tv, it was on a Manga Festival ^^

A couple of times... I was in the newspaper for playing harp, because I won something, because I was a member of the jury of a Harry Potter contest and on the frontpage of the local news paper because I wrote a book. I've also been on television while eating an ice cream and er... that was kind of all I did on television... :snore:

I was on th news once. I got interviewed for my job ( I was a lifeguard working for the city) I was explaining different ways to beat the heat and demostrating different Rescue techniques. It was quite interesting. One of the pictures taken from that day was also put into the newspaper.

yeah, when I went to a mall to go shopping (anime's CDs lol ) there were people that was interviewing otakus o.0 and the reporter ask me some questions x) but I didn't watch me because it was a bolivian program (and i'm peruvian) xD so a friend that is from Bolivia told me that she saw me x)

Magazine yeah. Last year, 55 other ppl and me, which is 56 made all region band, so we were put in the magazine.

Waaaaa!!!I also remember in that noon-time show when I'm just 20 years old that I got joined in their game show(that I can't remember and I got 2nd place there).:okay:

twice my picture and name appeared in a newspaper for winning 2nd place and 3rd place in a yugioh dueling tournament.i didnt know i was gonna be in the newspaper so it was a shock 4 me

I had my picture taken on a bridge at the local swimming pool/park.
I think I was on the front page... but it was a while ago. ^^

I've been on the newspaper before! I was in a marching band and my picture got on the front page (Although I was just at the corner...-_-;;)!

I'v been in the newspaper twice. Once was just my name listed as getting all As in school, and the other one was when I was doing a drama camp, and the picture cut me in half. x.x

The two times I've really been in the paper
1) Putter in hand, 10-year-old Jessica ******* fixed her eye on a pink golf ball.

2) And the other one I don't have, but it was a really long article on the front of the arts section like a year ago about a bunch of kids in my school who wrote and directed original plays for our one-acts. My play was called "Fun-size M&Ms" and was really boring, and the picture of me was absolutely horrid. I kind of tried to burn any copies of the article anyone had...

But I like asteriks! They are my favourite!
My friend's cat was in the paper a couple days ago, they even made up an entire story about it, because they took a picture of her cat breaking into her house.
My friend opened the paper and was like "What the-? Why are my house and my cat in the paper?!?!"

Yep, I've been on tv and on a magzine before...>< My mom stares at them constantly and does let me touch them, so I can't tell you which magazine...All I remember was one was taken at school...and another from a Japanese/English magazine...
On tv, I was in a beauty pagent once when I was little...(^^"I didn't win, I came in second...), in a Christmas program..., a singing segment of ....^^" something... and in another Japanese/American show in Japan...(in background)

I was on City Hospital when I was 10 having a blood test...and I've been in the newspaper twice. Once for the 'Race for Life' with my mum, and once when my mum organised a little run for Lupus (my illness)...it was fun.

The run was really, really fun! My mum and her friends ran it, and me and my friends walked it. <3 It happened back in October, and then we had dinner at the local pub/restaurant...which was when the newspaper guy actually showed up...haha.
My condition now is okay. My drugs have gone up slightly because I had a really bad flu virus in February, and it's unsettled the Lupus a little (Lupus is linked to my auto-immune system. Haha...), but apart from that I'm shiny.
