^^ to get an avatar [the thing under your name]:

click on this button up there ^ (http://www.capturedwings.net/forums/Themes/SS%20returns/images/english/profile.gif) (http://www.capturedwings.net/forums/index.php?action=profile) [or this one]

a new page will come up and you'll see a menu with two categories .. under Modify Profile click on Forum Profile Information (http://www.capturedwings.net/forums/index.php?action=profile;u=78;sa=forumProfile)  and on that page you'll be able to get/upload an avatar, your website and your signature. ^^

you can take a look at this thread (http://www.capturedwings.net/forums/index.php?topic=1427.0) for information on how to post up an image in your signature .. or even in a post .. ^^

this thread (http://www.capturedwings.net/forums/index.php?topic=1399.0) is about uploading your pictures onto the internet [for including pictures up in a post]..

and there's another thread (http://www.capturedwings.net/forums/index.php?topic=1544.0) in regars to personal text [the text just underneath your username]

um...i successfully went to forum profile info but i still don't know how i can post my signature. unfortunately, i could not access this thread, it said that the post is either missing or is off limits to me.  :( what does that mean?
