Hey i didn't understand something how do you choose the first one? The first one isn't  the most voted one?
I asked it because in here http://www.capturedwings.net/forums/index.php?topic=1629.0
it seems another picture is the most voted.I didn't understand it.

Yes its true that first place is the banner who has the most votes .. ^^

But it also says on his post:
