Okay Im not sure if this is a good idea, but people like me, if i send a message to a person, and then I dont know who I sent it too, I won't be able to keep track of it.  ^^;;  So couldnt we like do something so when you send somebody a PM it tells you the message and who you sent it too?

You can save a PM before you send it, there is a checkbox just above the 'Send' button

This is all you can do I'm afraid.
