I've seen the anime, and it's really good.

I got the anime because of the excellent AMV I saw in animemusicvideos... Hellsing - Eternal Damnation by Fluxmeister (I think)

It's rather bloody (it's about a vampire after all), so you'd have to expect gallons of the red stuff.

but it IS incredible.

The manga rocks even harder, believe it or not.

You ever wish that Seras would have just broken down and gone full-vampire at some point? Yeah, that happens.

You want to see Alucard summon his unholy legions to take on Nazis and the Vatican at the same time? Sure enough, that happens too.

You ever want to see the butler dude's fighting abilities in his prime? Yeah, he gets younger again somehow. And he kicks even more ***. o_O

So basically, the anime was sweet...but dear lord. The manga just plain kicks it up a notch.

that was an AWESOME review of the manga, shinigami zero!  You should write those review/summary thingies that we see at backs of books.

wil pop by the bookstore tomorrow and hunt for the manga. is it finished yet? the whole Hellsing manga, i mean?

I know the scanlations aren't. They stop mid-volume 8. Which is sad, because things are downright getting hardcore at that point. >_>;;

So I'd guess it's still ongoing.

I have seen anime and I have first manga album. And I have downloaded soundtracks too~
Musics are so awsome -^______^- but it disappointed that new opening isn't jazz-style like Logos naki world (have you hear Broken english?)
Well soon we will see Hellsing OAV (/ultimate) when it will be puplished at 10th of february 2006....Hmm.. maybe I should search some episodes.. O.o
