Hmm, mine would probably have black hair.. or purple ^^

then it would have some sort of dress or something... maybe ^^

It's a prequel of sorts to Chobits.

Anime is way better than manga.

Ichiro and Kade appear in Chobits manga. But don't in anime. Since, well, Shuko and Ichiro end up marrying in the anime.

For me the anime there is better~ Did you notice that the pairing in the anime is sorta different from the manga?? or so I've heard...

Yeah.. I started watching the anime first, but got the manga before I saw the entire thing (just finished watching it a couple of days ago ^__^) and the pairings in the manga (the Misaki, Katorou, Tamoyo, Oujirou) are completely AWFUL, i almost killed myself... lol...

and shuko/icchan do not exist in pairings..

and a lot of icchan's assistants don't exist either.

I recently finished reading the AL manga and previously I used to think Chobits was my least fav CLAMP series, but now I'm starting to consider AL as my least fav.  The problem I have with this series is the characters.  None of them stand out as particulary interesting or unique with the expection of Icchan, who is just simply the best.  There wasn't any character development in this series, either.  Everybody stayed exactly the same the entire time, so it was hard for me to feel any emotion for anybody.  I also thought CLAMP was kind of lazy with the way they sometimes drew the characters squid-like during certain comedy scenes.  Personally, I'd prefer it if they had the characters go in SD mode, like in Rayearth.  AL was also kind of predictable and repetitive and I thought it was a little too easy for Misaki to win as many battles as she did.  And the reason why Misaki's mother left her was kind of cheesy if you ask me.  I didn't abosuletly hate AL, though.  I had a lot of fun reading it and it did have some very humorous moments in it, like whenever Icchan tried to scare poor Misaki, not to mention the fights were pretty interesting.  I just wish CLAMP had handled the characters a little better.  Maybe the anime version would be better, but I'm not really so obessesed with seeing it at the moment.  I might watch it one of these days if there's nothing else I want to see more, though...
