And as an afterthough, I think I'm a bit confused- why did Kuro-wan kill Fai? I mean, the zombie Fai, not our Fai. Damn, that's confusing.
EDIT: And for the record, I'm still not convinced that Ashura's evil. Possessed, maybe. Insane, maybe. But not evil. (Or maybe that's just me being really annoyed with all the omgabused!Fai fics.)

Is the splash supposed to be proof that Kyle and Xing Huo (even though she's dead) are still important in the story ? I wonder how?

They both appeared briefly in the last chapter, so I'm pretty sure they're collapsed somewhere there - just not in the limelight at the moment.
As for Ashura-ou, my faith in him is dwindling ever so slowly, but I'm still too hopeful, for 'tis my nature. (:
Three weeks until the next chapter? Sheesh. Why must I forget such things? D:

well, i think alot figured that the tatoo was to surpress fai's great magic, but the true reason for supressing it was surpriseing.
maybe thats why fai had the thought that he wasnt suposde to use it without it?
as for the "half power" magic.. thats half power grown stronger XD remember, fais magic grows stronger each time he uses it, and he's used it to: save everyone in lecourt, attempt to save syaoran, teleport across the room when the first curse activated, teleport the gang to celes and into the castle, and attack kuro, so his magics had plenty of time to grow XD

I don't think CLAMP is going to kill anyone from the main 6 off...but now saying that I have doomed one of them to death...maybe even all...its just that Fay--grr Yuui, will never get his wish, and Ashura I am very sure will get his wish coming true. Leaving Yuui no happy ending, but no death for him either....so its like a -+ Ending..LOL I play to many Silent Hill games...you know where it sucks for the person in the end because they could not save someone/bring them back from the dead, but in the end they live on anyways, sain or not depends on the outcome and who...or what will be there for them in the end....
Well thats about it.....Still another 3 weeks darn it...

it was like, he did that to prevent Fai to see more of Ashura's illusions about his past.. <3

About the curse, this is what I've gathered. Tell me if I've got it wrong:
It appears that the "kill person with stronger magic than you" works only once correct?
FWR intended that this curse would be used to kill R!Syaoran, specifically in the world of the chess game (cant remember world name)
Sakura pays a price, stops it and gets stabbed herself. Hence the curse should be lifted as Fai did kill her (kinda, I assume it'll count as he hasn't tried to kill R!Syaoran)
HOWEVER! Ashura wanted the curse to be used to kill him. So he sealed Fai's magic hoping that when he finally went psycho and started killing people while Fai was off travelling Fai would be weaker than him still and have to kill him. That was poorly worded >.> Dot points!
-Fai is weaker than Ashura but left uncheked will be stronger
-Ashura slows Fai's magic growth with the tattoo. Tattoo also prevents him from killing those with stronger magic
-Ashura knew Fai's price would be the tattoo
-Block on his magic and the curse is lifted
-Ashura begins killing spree, Fai travels not getting any stronger as he's not using magic
-Ashura hopes when Fai returns to celes Fai will still be weaker & as the tattoo is gone will be forced to kill Ashura
-FWR hopes that R!Syaoran will become stronger than Fai before he has the chance to kill Ashura, hence negating the curse.
-Either way is possible depending on which worlds Mokona drops them in
But with Sakura's 'death' the curse is lifted and Fai has to kill Ashura the old fashioned way.

somethings just accured to me in regards to fai's magic:
back in lecourt, when fai used whistle magic to save everyone.... his responce to his "vow" not to use magic was "it's diferent from my usual magic, so it doesnt really count"
now, from the flashbacks, we se ethat fai says his magic consits mostly of destruction and attacks. so perhaps thats one time fai told the trueth. what he did in lecourt was PROTECT everyone from the magics attacking them, and allow mokona to use his powers. so perhaps fai learned soemthing new that day, that he DOES have the ability to use other magics other than attack =D

What do you mean by Fay travelling? Fay didn't leave Ashura during the time of the killing sprees. He was shown in the castle responding to the killing spree reports many times!
Or do you mean the feather journey itself? But I don't think Ashura foresaw that... I mean, Fay never told him about it, did he?

I really do want to know Ashura-ou's motive....and if Ashura--Ashura-ou's kid, plays apart later on, because I've seen Ashura-ou's sad face when talking about his past, so he knows he has killed before...right?
Also....what happens to Chii? I mean she did come from a feather, and that feather was taken back by Sakura...do you thing Chii has vanished?......or somewhere else with Hidiki? LOL

im thini9ng/hoping that once chii arrived in celes with sakura's body, she placed it beneath the water, where the real fai was placed to prevent the body from decaying, and where ashura slept. something about that pool might be safe, and is preserving sakura's body. perhaps chii is with sakura's body, as well
