Chapitre.151 The lies in the rain
Fay gets up and sits on the bed.
Fay:"That I knew there was Sakura-chan's feather at Celes, the world where I used to be."
Mokona and Kurogane are surprized. Shaoran casts down his eyes.
Yuko:"Sakura-hime found out after her power of seeing the future in her dreams got back."
"When her feather was back in Tokyo."
Kurogane:"So that princess is also a dreamgazer."
Fay continues his speech.
Fay:"Long ago, I made Chii with the feather that fell."
Fay says that he knew that Shaoran was searching for the feather, but he did'nt tell about the feather in his world.
He casts his eye towards Shaoran.
Fay:"You have magical powers. You know another one, don't you?"
Shaoran:"....I saw by looking through my other self." "When the feathers flew apart at the ruins of Clow Kingdom." "The priest said." "The memories that scattered are no longer in this world." "But after you guys transfered to the first world."
"This only one was caught on you."(Fay's words when he showed the first feather to Shaoran at Hanshin)
Shaoran:"If that was true, the priest would have noticed."
Fay looks down with Shaoran's words.
Fay:"That's right. I had the feather from the beginning."
Mokona:"Mokona...felt the wave of the feather since I woke up at Yuko's shop, but...."
Fay:"You were'nt able to know who had it, right?"
Fay looks up at Shaoran.
Fay:"That's why you were keeping distant from me."
You also knew about my lies, did'nt you? Fays says to Yuko.
When Fay appeared at Yuko's shop in the beginning, Yuko was'nt wet even though it was raining.
Fay:"Your magical power was stronger then mine, having both my eyes at that time." "That's why you were at a different space, right?" "Because you knew about my curse of killing people surpassing my magical power."
Kurogane widens his eyes in suprizement. Fay gazes at Yuko.
Even though you knew...Fay bows his head weakly.
Fay:"Why did you let me go together?"
Because that was your wish, Yuko says.
Fay:"Even though that was plotted?"
Yuko:"Even so." "You encounter, stay together. And then what to do after that" "Is yourself to choose."
For what did the princess go into the dream?asks Kurogane. Because the feather is there, answers Yuko.
Yuko:"The other Shaoran will come into the dream to get that feather."
Mokona:"It's reckless to meet Shaoran alone only with Sakura!"
Kurogane says that he'll punch her when he sees her. Shaoran's surprized and Mokona stops him. Do so, smiles Yuko.
Sakura's body and soul. Kurogane judges that her body is in more of a hurry.
But even though they try to go after, Mokona can't decide the world to land.
Fay:"...I have a wish." "Because my magical power I have right now would'nt probably be enough."
Yuko:"You need an exchange."
Fay:"My right eye."
Kurogane, Shaoran and Mokona are surprizes with Fay's words. Fay continues. It's better if I could gouge out my eyeball and give it to you, but.
Fay:"This is my magical power itself. I would probably die if I lose both eyes." "But I still can't die."
Kurogane stares at Fay with a fierce expression.
Fay:"Everything I see with this eye, as an exchange."
Fay says he will give his right eyes' vision. Yuko asks.
Yuko:"What do you wish for with that exchange?"
Fay:"I will go back. To Celes."
They head for the iced home country! Can the magician melt and save everything of it!?

i really hope fai desont end up being blind =( BUT that would make call for kuro to cary him around more XD

he said he sealed one in chii, to give her life, and he had a second one, which for some reason he brought along with him and hid in syaoran's cloak when they transported. :S

My god!!!!!!! OMG!!!!! so!!!! I knew something was very strange with Fai at the begining, the smile, the constant silence..... but....., maybe is going to be like that, he's goingt to give his sight..... but.... but let me try to get it, if he gives his eyeball, that one have the magic & life, right?, but if he gives his sight is also giving up his magic or only his sight like Seichirou?

Hmm... you're right! that might be good... but i'd hate it if fay goes blind and all... i mean he already lost his left eye and now his RIGHT?!
although fay didn't say HOW he got the feathers.. of course there's still something behind this that i can't let go..
Aaaaahhh.. the suspense is killing me!!
Fay's story really seems dark and mysterious... i wanna know why was he locked in the tower.. why the sudden "deal" for him to leave the place..
...and .... the biggest question of all... what will happen to sakura?!
I wanna see some syaoran-sakura moments... :greengrin:

Yay for Tsubasa! ;_; I don't know that I like Fai's decision though....naturally I don't want it. I'm really interested to see what happens in Holic next, and the upcoming Tsubasa chapter.

i think Fai is running away from Ashura because Ashura's magic powers is near in surpassing Fai' magic... so maybe, Fai made Ashura asleep so ashura's magic won't surpass his?
sorry if i'm kinda late in figuring it out ^^;; i'm stupid...

So Sakura's body would be in the pool, Ashura would be out, Fai will get angsty with Ashura, and the KuroFai fans will revolt. :XD:.

Is many angst but I like it........... poor Fai, but he's paying the karma of the lies, and he's paying with a lot of things........ of course poor Kurogane, Xiao-Lang, and Mokona. But we now Fai is a very good person.
I thinks, he's going to become blind and then kurogane is going to make some deal like the one doumeki did for Watanuki eye.

being a liar doesnt make you a bad person. neither dos having a dark past (someone said that one of CLAMP asked that "f fai did something really terible in the past, would yu still be a fan") the way fai acted during the jurney, how he truely cared for sakura's well being and wished that OUR!syao can have a true life, no matter how false his existance was. THAT is how fai is. he's just afraid, sad, confused. he needs someone (*cough*kurogane*cough*) to set him straight (for lack of a better term ;P)

If fai goes blind and kuro will make some sort of deal to share his sight with him... won't it be like, "Be there, done that.." sorta thing? I mean they can't repeat something that has already been done or else it'll be tacky for the storyline.. it has to be something surprising... thats how TRC works.. you'll never know what'll happen next.. thats the beauty of it.. :keke:

its illogical. improbable and hard to imagine. whn you think of fai, the first thing you think of hare his saphire blue eys, right? if CLAMP seriously takes his eye, there will be a revolt against CLAMP. =P

I hope Fay won't be blind, but if he dosen't sacrifise his right eye then what would they give to Yuuko to be able to go to Celes? Maybe Ashura still is in Celes, it would be fun to get to know more about him.
There's something I've been thinking of regarding chapter 150, why would Fay kill Kurogane and Syaoran? The curse only makes him kill people with more magic than himself, that's why he stabbed Sakura, but why would he kill the others? I don't understand that...
Regarding the curse maybe Fei wong Reed hoped that Fay would kill Yuuko, maybe he didn't know that she knew of Fay's curse and protected herself.. Or was his only intension to make Fay kill Sakura? Maybe his intension is to take Sakura's soul and magic powers, but then wouldn't it be better to do so when she has got all her feathers?.....

*sigh* Well then, there goes my waterproof theory about Fai's curse only activating if he used his magic without the tattoo on his back. I must say I'm curious about how CLAMP will explain Fai not attacking, say, Seishirou back in Outo? He did seem quite powerful.

well what about syaoran. when he was 7 he cast a mighty powerful spell upon his clone. it even lasted for 7 whole years,until the clone's body was damaged beyond repair(by kamui slitting it's thraot) and being a descendant of Clow Reed, he's got blood line of THE most powerful magician in the univers. and yet even at half power fai's curse never activated. so whn fai was at FULL power, it makes sense that seishirou didnt activated. seishirou doesnt even have bloodline.

Seishirou only acquired power through the feather, and Fai would probably only react to powerful people. Besides, Fai always looks like in a state of hopelessness, and somehow the curse only puts him in a frenzied state, without him being aware of what he's doing, I guess.
