I was thinking after a another anime studio buy (I wish for that every day) the rights to do another Tsubasa Chronicle anime version, I was thinking who's going to be the best studio that follos the manga version faithfully, for me, I prefer OVA episodes, why, maybe they can put every world an episode, includion xxxHolic vertion, to have the both visions of the story, my best anime studios for Tsubasa are:
Production I.G (Innocence GITS 2, xxxHolic anime series, FLCL, and others)
MADHOUSE Ltd. (Death Note, X the movie, Clover, and others)
Satelight (Hellsing OVA ultimate)
GONZO (Gankotsuou, Wolf's Rain, Saikano, Trinity Blood, Hellsing anime series, and others)
Well only a personal opinions, so what do you prefer: Season 3, other version of animated series or OVA? and who's your best studio?

tokyo might do better as an ova, and another studio, IG, can do the rest, having it shown at a later time since Infinity reaches an all new level of violence O_O

Madhouse made the X:TV Series, not sure they did the movie. But really....I want Beetrain AND Production I.G. to work together, they do it so well and done it before, that would be better.

I worry if they tried to make arcs into OVAs that material would be cut and crammed together, like in the X movie. A different series would probably be the best way to finish the anime or the Tokyo Arc, without destorying it.

I agree...Beetrain did season 1 great...Im sure they can pull something similar for season 3...maybe with Production I.G.'s help, since those companies are close and always work together during the Tales series.

I've personally lost all respect for Bee Train in regards to Tsubasa Chronicle. Regardless of whether or not the Tales openings are awesome, they really messed up the second season. The fact that the third season is cancelled probably means that CLAMP won't want them to touch Tsubasa again anyway.
A different series specifically, by a different animation company might work, just for the Tokyo arc to the end of the series. X3

But not all Beetrain's animation is horrible...that's like saying if one person makes one mistake, you'll never trust them again.

I agree with you on that. BeeTrain ruined the series. I could see someone like MadHouse or GONZO doing the remainder of the series

That made be true however an animation company puts their reputation on the line when they do a anime series, good or bad. Unfortunately, just like in many businesses, the bad always supercedes the good. Doesn't matter if they've done lots of good or great animes, it's the bad one that everyone talks about. Wish it wasn't true however that's how life goes.

I never said all their animation was horrible. I said that I lost respect for their anime adaptation of Tsubasa Chronicle. And one episode could be considered one mistake. They definately made more than one mistake, in my opinion.
To call their Tales of OPs "horrible", for example would be a total lie. XD;

beetrain in general is a good company. .hack//SIGN was a terrific anime. one of my favorites at the time. but what they did with season 2 is unfrogivable in a sence.

Is the third season cancelled? I heard rumors about it but I didn't know it was decided.

I'd definitely want either Madhouse or Gonzo...DEFINITELY not Production I.G. I still mourn what they did to Holic.
I LOVED what Madhouse did with Chobits and some of their other clamp works. I think they would do a splendid job. I also wouldn't mind Gonzo.....Wolf's Rain is one of my favorite Anime's, and Trinity Blood was very pretty. I think they do a good job....and I enjoy that they are still able to keep some of their blood and violence.
Overall I think I would prefer another animated version. ;_; I don't know how realistic that wish is though.

what did IG do to holic? when they did the TRC "movie" the only problem i had was kurogane's outfit. that wierd thingy on his arm O_o but otherwise it was great. even mokona was proportianate. look at how big BT drew him, and look at the one from the movie. which would you think would fit inside kurogane's shirt?

So I think the OVA wins and Production I.G, I hope tokyo Revelations with the help of CLAMP is going to be as cool as the manga, the same emotions and angst we felt when we read the manga.
I hope that for Infinity arc and Celes arc they keep the OVA format.
