Title: Episode 50 (24 of season two) insert song

Hiya! I've been trying to find the tittle of this song so that I can download it but I can't find it... All I know is that (I'm basing this on the voice that I heard) it was sung by Yui Makino at the end of Episode 50 (or 24 of season two) it was at the end of the episode...

I would appreciate it if someone could tell me what it was....

your refering to "Tsuki no Shijima"  Its in Tsubasa Chronicle best vocal collection... go to this (http://www.capturedwings.net/forums/index.php/topic,3777.0.html) thread to look for d/l
