Just bought mine today, it was released on 31st August. ^^ It's translated into Tradional Chinese, by the publisher Tong Li Link provided by Zettai Daijoubu-chan, thanks! ^^ YesAsia (http://global.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.aspx/code-c/section-comics/version-hk/did-914/pid-1004496252/).
I took a few photos (before changing my mind and used the scanner instead. ^^;) of it, if anyone's interested... ^^; (Since it is almost exactly the same as the Japanese counterpart.)

The page on the right, they were comparing which nickname of Kurogane's will make him the most angry.. xD; Everything is in Chinese so I do not know which Japanese nickname each represents, but it is definitely "Oki Wanko" that Fai chose to be his name in Otou country that enrages him the most. xD; (Like wow!! 100% rage!! That does bode well for Seishirou if he runs into "you know who" though, but no wonder Subaru and Kamui are running (wonder what their level would be...). But wouldn't Seishirou be at half power? He did give up one eye already.

i suppose the next character guide would show us Subaru's and Kamui's powers.. coz this character guide only covers worlds, events and characters from the 1st 7 volumes

Tsubasa is translated to Chinese.. i've been reading the chinese version from the start.. and it's cheaper to buy the chinese version here in singapore.. Chinese=S$5 while English=S$7.50

Yes, it's the official TRC Caracter Guide translated into Chinese. ^^
