even i'm..a little bit more into yaoi ..me loves SA <3 --well anything gay xD

hehe me loves mikoto too xD i love when he goes crying like a baby when Yuujirou tells him that he hates him or something

I just started watching 'Gakuen Heaven' and really like it. 'Princess Princess' I've been meaning to watch but decided to watch 'Meine Liebe' and 'Meine Liebe Wieder' instead (which isn't technically shounen-ai but might as well be as there's more subtext in it than KuroFye).

I still like the older series better though.  'YnM', 'Legal Drug', 'Gravitation', 'Loveless', etc and of course 'Tokyo Babylon' and 'X'.

Lol, 'Loveless' doesn't exactly count as an old series. I really need to read YnM, and I've been told I need to watch Gakuen Heaven and Princess Princess. I guess of the more recent ones that I've actually read or seen, 'Kyou Kara Maou' would be my favorite. Is the anime for that finished? I split my fandom between shounen-ai/yaoi and shoujo-ai/yuri, it's sometimes hard to keep up with both.

*laughs* True enough 'Loveless' isn't exactly old, it just feels like it's been forever since I watched it.

KKM is one of my favourite series.  It finished at 78 episodes and there's so much excitement all the way to the very end (it never gets dull).

Gakuen Heaven is hilarious.

Hm, I have seen most mentioned here, I don't really like Gakuen Heaven though. It's not even porn and it barely has a plot. No thanks :P

I can understand how Gakuen Heaven isn't for everyone.  It's very crack-y,  especially earlier on in the series.  The actual plot of it doesn't really start coming into effect until halfway through when it's discovered that the Vice Chairman has been trying to get rid of both Keita and the Chairman, which leads to the MVP battle.

But there's a lot of hot gay guys in it and some of my favourite VAs are in it (KKM fans: both Yuuri's and Conrad's VAs are in it), plus I find it amusing that school's nickname is BL Academy. *snicker* (for those who don't know, BL is the normal short form for Boy's Love which is what shounen-ai/yaoi series are called in Japan).

K, I finally finished 'Princess Princess'  but it left me disappointed in that there was no clear answer whether they were gay or not.  I mean we got the totally slashy ending credits (after the first ep I almost gave up the series until I saw the ending credits as I found it took a few eps to get into things), the kiss of course and there's some slight stuff in the last ep but there's also part where they're looking for chicks to pick up and a lot of denying going on in the 2nd to last ep.  It really left me unsatisfied and if they had only meant the series to be yaoi subtext, I've seen it done a lot better.

I love the President of the Student Council though!  He's so evil. I would have stopped watching the series if it wasn't for him.  And I think it's hilarious how the rest of the council are his fanboys, lol.

I like the one book yaoi (Only the Ring Finger Knows...except I think there's another one out now XD) and shonen-ai's that DMP publish. I'm currently twitching around in my seat waiting for volume 2 of 'ILL Gatto Sul G' (I had to do the L's in caps otherwise it would've just looked like III XD)

...I count Tsubasa in my 'Shonen-ai' manga list, because...well...*points at Kuro and Fai and smiles disarmingly* =DDD

My favorite yaoi series of all time is Haru wo Daiteita by Youka Nitta. It's...hardcore yaoi, so probably not everyone would like it, but the love between the two main characters is so utterly SWEET. ^^;; And Youka Nitta's one of the leading yaoi manga-ka in Japan. I also love Gravitation, and Clamp shounen-ai, and am told I should really watch Loveless. o_o;;

I just finished watching Gakuen Heaven, and I loved the series. I watched it almost nonstop for 2 days, and was disappointed that it ended at only 13 episodes. (Why is it that most BL series are short?) I heard the manga is way different though.

I was just thinking that the other day about how most BL series are so short.  Even series with longest mangas like 'Gravitation' and YnM had short animes.

As for the Gakuen Heaven manga I didn't like it nearly as much as the anime.  I found things moved way to quickly in it.

It's like Keita shows up at school and then the next day he's going to be kicked out so right away they go into the MVP Battle and then it's the end of the manga.  Plus the pairing in it is KingxKeita because fans got to vote who Keita ended up with and King won.  I mean I like King but I always saw his relationship with Keita being brotherly.

and..the vols of the manga are not too long so ..they can't -____-;;

my favs mangakas..that i must have everything of them are yameme sensi *bows the greatness* , minase masara,  minami haruka and asami tohru~ their artstyle and stories..are ..just unique and..really awesome and..pretty

It is unfair... ¬_¬ I guess after those series ends we are supposed to live off fanfiction and doujinshi.

And omg, LSD! You've actually heard of Youka Nitta and seen some of her stuff!? You're like the first person I know on this forum who has! And I thought I was alone here... XD

O_o .... That's a very strange way to end a manga... with a vote. And a very interesting turnout for that poll too. ^^; I would never have guessed based on the anime, cause you're right... he is more like a brother.

XDD I know what you mean. I'm pretty much Haru wo Daiteita-obsessed. =P

I've heard that there's an Only the Ring Finger Knows drama CD. Has anyone heard it before? I'd like to hear a live Wataru and Kazuki. ^^
