Hey, anyone know how to use dreamweaver MX, firework MX or Flash MX.

I'm currently doing a web page for my project but i'm a bit lost in doing it anyone know how to use it and willing to help me?

Problems:
1) I had made my own movie clip using flash but i do not know how to insert play, stop and pause button.
2) I need to create a quiz but i do not know how to link my radio button to show some message like correct or incorrect.
3) How do i correctly export my files from flash and firework to Frontpage?

I know how you feel mallow. I had to learn FLASH less then a week by my self. So here are some sites that help me

also, if you make a video outsie of FLASH, try uploading it into flash, by clicking file then import. When you are uploading the video, it would give you options to play, stop and pause buttons. There are alot to chose from.
