Title: Playful Fai or Mysterious Fai?

^^ Just wondering. Oh this is my first topic created~~ yay for me.... Also if you spell Fai differently (i.e. Fay, Faye....etc.) sry for the inconveince??

Eeeee~~ lol  I was going to make more options like "O.O I don't know/care?!?!......."," Doesn't matter, Fai still Fai!!!!!!",and etc etc but I thought it waould be better to have only two options. but now that I think about it I'm almost positive that ppl are going to vote for playful..

But actually I'd probably vote for the Serious/Mysterious Fai, since I really want to know more about him. Even though I love when Fai jokes around, especially when teasing poor Kuro-mu (X3), the real Fai is serious and mysterious with troubles about his past. Besides, that's the part of him that gets all the real KuroFai moments we fangirls love. *coughchapter112!cough*

So that gets my vote.

yeah i like the both as well...i mean fai is love all around!!!

his funny is amusing adorable and awsome...while the serious-ness is important and i love to hear about his past

Welllllll, this is really a trick question. If we had Mysterious Fai all the time, I give it three chapters probably before I start wanting to get in there, stab him, and tell him to get over it. If we never saw anything but Playful Fai, I'd want to fly over, stab CLAMP, and tell them to make characters that are actually human, cause no one's REALLY that happy all the time. So we NEED both, or he'd completely suck. XD

Yep, Fai is Fai. And i think that exactly the mix of his cheerfulness and seriouseness makes him THAT adorable :keke:

I like the Serious Fai... y'see that's one part of him that made him more charismatic... and just like hoshisenshi-sama said, Kuro-pon gets interested in Fai because he's mysterious.. so if Fai isn't mysterious and Kuro-rin isn't interested in him, how can we KuroFai fans be able to stay alive? :hehe:

and even if Fai jokes around, those sad eyes are still in him that makes the fangirls go 'how do you expect us to laugh seeing that sad eyes of yours? hurry up and blow up all of your sadnees to kuro-pii!'

i like the mysterious fai better too! haha.. although the easy-going, happy-go-lucky side of him is really entertaining to see, guys with a mysterious aura somehow are more intriguing. and its a side that we do not see often anyway, so to see him so serious and with a really grim face is really... hanyaaan~~ =Pp

Although I voted for the mysterious Fai, I like both sides of him XD Like other people said, Fai is Fai... I don't know if I would have same opinion of Fai as I do now if he was all serious from the beginning...

just a random thought... but aren't Kuro and Fai like opposites? Kuro was all serious in the beginning but now he has started to open up a bit.... and Fai was a cheerly and such and finally he's starting to show his serious side.

But you're all right... the playful part of Fai is also very loveable.

Mm hmm! I agree! That's what I think their purpose of going on this journey across worlds was all about. Kuro would open up and find someone to love and protect *ahem* and Fai would start unburdening himself of his troubled past and take off his playful mask if you will... [/random response] XD

I like both sides of him but mainly, I prefer the playful one. Without that side, who would give names to Kurogane? ^_^

Hm...it's a tough choice. You know, I love both the playful side and the mysterious/tragic/stragetic side of him.

I think Fay is in some ways, is the glue that holds the group together. Syaoran, Sakura, and Kurogane are all pretty serious characters on their own. Without Fay's playfulness, or his warm or observant comments, the group would not function so well together. Kurogane would probably not have opened up so readily if Fay were not around to prod him along (and make him less stoic). Fay's mysterious side is very intriguing; although he acts foolish and silly, like Kurogane, he's very observant and experienced and he and Kurogane are ultimately watching and protecting Syaoran and Sakura's backs. Although the trust between Syaoran and Sakura grow very quickly, they couldn't have survived at times without Kurogane or Fay stepping in to help.

I LOVE Fai when he's funny, he seems so positive and he can drive Kurogane insane which makes me laugh, however, I CAN'T help but wonder what Fai's past was like, and I think everything get's so mysterious when Fai's serious side comes out, which I like, (I'm one of those people who like mystery's)

In other words, I like him either way, but I picked "Mysterious"

Mysterious for sure. Guys are more attractive when they're not so silly... although the playful Fai is pretty cute xD

Well... He'll pull through. And then he'll be even more angsty and emo, and hot... Can't see him being all that playful... But, you know, I think he'll get his playfulness back. After all, Patch-eye from Suwa seemed pretty playful! And Seishirou... sort of. *ignores Subaru and his super-angst powers*

After all, like people above have said, without his angst he'd be annoying, and without his playfulness he'd be dull. So we need both parts!

Hmm...that's a tough one. I think part of what makes Fai so mysterious is his playfulness. So if I had to choose, I'd say his playfulness, I guess.

I so agree with him! Fye is way to playful, so he needs the dark side to even out everything.

I think I like the playful Fai more, Kurogane is already serious enough for both of them. =)

A really hard choice to make... I like Fai's both sides, I love him when he's all "happy go lucky" - he's so funny then. But I like his more serious side too... And I really want to know more about his past.. I can't choseĀ  :sweatdrop:...

I voted playful Fai although i'm fine with both. The old Fai was pretty nice, he added "variety" to the group, and sometimes he also stayed serious ^^. However it's pretty interesting to see Fai's "true" personality...
