I am not sure if forum advertisements are allowed here, but since I saw some topics about forums. I guess I might aswell tell you about my friends forum.

On the other hand you don't need to have a great knowledge on Evangelion or Tokyo Mew Mew to join those forums because theres only 1 board based on that Anime. The other boards are basically about general discussions, other animes, arts etc...
