Does anyone know where I could get a picture of Yamazaki Takashi as he appeared in TRC? I know he appears briefly around Piffle sometime, but I can't download it.

Does Chiharu ever appear in the manga as well?

Nope, she didn't, and that's a real shame. I would've dearly wished to see announcer Yamazaki being dragged away by Chiharu.

Oh that would've been so funny! In all actuality, I kept expecting Chiharu to come out of nowhere and drag him off! I was a shame she wasn't there. Yamazaki just isn't Yamazaki without Chiharu.

I think that Tamayo from Angelic Layer dragged him off at the end of one scene.
