Title: Notice: Fansubs DL are removed.
Post by: lumizstar on December 10 2005, 03:36 am: As many of you know, FUNi has "claimed" that they have the license for Tsubasa. Therefore, as a safety measurement for CW, LW has already removed the downloads for the TRC fansubs . Requesting those fansubs downloads ar not permitted as well.

Note: Since this license only applies to US, maybe non-US based fansubs can be posted. But at the moment, all fansub episode downloads are removed.

Anyway, the decision was made because we were using DB & L-E's subs and those are not allowed to be distributed anymore. All links are removed now, including the torrents.

Best to be in the legal side of these things than to be sorry in the end.

I hate it too, but it's either that, or we lose the forums. If CLAMP or FUNi found out that we were showing them here, they would close us down. And to me that is worse than not seeing the episodes.

I just hope there are other people in the world that would continue to fansub the series. In Canada, we never get to watch any of the dubbed versions of animes which really is unfair.

*shrugs* I just hope I can continue to watch TRC. I'm only on episode 6 *frowns*

The fansubs are still out there since there are some sites who aren't aware that Tsubasa is licensed. If you're really desperate, I suggest IRC or PM for one site. It's for people with slow connections though.

Exactly! I prefer the manga over the anime anyways! It's way better in my opinion!
