Title: Which version of the song "tsubasa" is the best ?

I mean music in eps. 3 (version eng.) and in eps.17 (ver.jap) , which one you think it's best.  :keke:

I like both. I don't really know why -_- I like the english one because I can understand it and the words are pretty, (I've memorized it! ^_^) I like the japanese one beacsue it means more and the singer's voice is pretty.

I actually like the English version better.... I like the Japanese version too... they are pretty much tie  :sweatdrop:

But I must say, I like the "Time goes by" part in English version better.

hehe... I understand both... but I just think the voice of the Japanese version is a little too er... "childish" sounding. If it was sang in same mature level sound voice as the English voice, I think it would have been so much better. (i hope that makes sense?)

but that's just my opinoin of course ;)

The Japanese one. Erm, the English one had a weird accent...too weird for my taste. ^__^

I thought that of the Japanese vocal too but then it may be because I've heard the English one so many times. It's still a very cute version so I did not vote for a favorite one :wink:

I like both too, i cant decide!
The english one cos like everybody said before- you can understand it and i like the voice!
The japanese one cos i dunno why- but it sounds more dramatic and romantic.  :sweatdrop:

which episode is the japanese one in again? 3? i can't find it! boooooo!

well, for now. i like english. it's just that they accent the words soo weird that it sounds like a totally different word compared to what the lyrics give you.

I chose the Japanese version...I don't really know why! ^-^; For some reason I think it sounds better when I listien to it in Japanese...

The Japanese version of the song appears in Episode 16, not 17 as indicated :wink:

i like the japanese better. they should have put it on the soundscape.

there is also another version of tsubasa in episode 3 but it's a piano version. i like that too.

I like the Japanese version better, even though it does sound more like a child. But that makes it sound sweet and innocent.
The english version would be great if there was no accent. When i hear it, i don't like the accent.

I think the Japanese verion of the song is much better.I think I hear it again if I watched the further episodes of Tsubasa!! :hehe:

I like better the English version. I don´t know. Can´t get used to Yui Makino´s voice in that one though I love her in Amurita.

i like both...i like the english part at the very end when they are singing lalala......but i like tha japanese because it just sounds better than the english(probably because of the accent)....fer sum weEiRrd reason...i find the accent kind of.....disturbing.....i don't know why...BUT i do like both of them!!^o^

i like the jap. version best.  have a fascination with hearing songs just in their own language, even though the eng. version is nice, the jap. version beats it by far..at least for me.

I voted for the Engrish version.  I like listening to Engrish songs because I just think they sound very interesting and I think the "time goes by" part was very pretty.

I prefer the Japanese version although it may sound abit childish. Yui Makino has got a sweet, lovely and gentle voice which you would lovbe to hear in songs.

I definitely can't stand the voice in the English version because I can't understand some of the words the singer is saying.

I always liked japanese songs... so, it's the japanese version!!! and besides, Yui Makino's voice suits japanese song really well than english songs

They're both very nice. I like the sound of the japanese one best, but the english one has simpler english lyrics- easier to sing to at 9am. :keke:

of courze the Japanese version is better.......^_^....although.....i dont understand........much...but still....it is a Japanese animation so Japanese songs are better than English ones....(just my opinion)
