Plot - Aya was an excellent ballet dancer. But when she failed one of her ballet exams, it all changed. She never danced like she did ever again. She lost all confidence in dancing. She stopped doing one of her most favourite things in the world for good.
When she saw got a ticket to watch a ballet concert, a year later, she went to see what it would be like. After watching the concert, she started to gain some of that confidence that she lost a year ago.
The school that she saw was called, 'A Dancing Heart'. She went to join in that school and met a group of dancers.
Ok. That's basically the plot. I have some more things but I want the characters first. And if you have any ideas on this RP, feel free to PM me. I have no idea what I'm doing. lolz. I don't really like this plot but I love ballet. It use to be one of my passions, but I can't catch up now. *sigh.
This story isn't really about the dancing, but more on the friendships of the characters. If you don't know any ballet, it's ok. I'll help you with that part.

Name: Aya Li

Age: 18
Description: A tall fit girl. With a nice body (actually all dancers have to have one) Natural hazel brown hair that is a bit below her shoulders. In the light, you can see highlights. Has dark brown eyes. Happy and cheerful girl. Loves ballet more than anything. Is really open to her friends. Loves making new friends. Has a normal high school life. She's a smart girl with high marks in school. She always dreamed of going to the RBA to dance.
She doesn't like people who betray others. She doesn't like bullying. If someone is mean to her, she won't be nice to them. She can be really agressive at times. She can show a side to people that people don't like, which is being angry at people.
After the exam accident, she changed into a more quiet and closed up person. When she met the people in the new school, she still is. But someone starts to change her.
AND that is it. There's a surprise in the plot. I need all characters first before I tell you it.
EDITTED OK! The surprise plot is that the 2nd guy, Ruby-chan is the guy that helps Aya, umm gain her confidence again. Yea that's not a big surprise, I know. :sweatdrop:

Name: Raine Dvorak

Age: 17
Description: Tall, slender, light brown hair, shoulder length, (enough to fix it into a bun). Loves ballet but also is into jazz and celtic and by force tap. Is really nice to people if possible but if they are mean she won't speak to them but doesn't do much else about them.
Name: Kara Miyaguchi
Played by: Ralea
Age: 17
Description: A girl (obviously with a nice body) that has black hair that falls past her shoulder. Totally supportive of her friends and generous. Her passion for dancing came from her sister, whom she always admired a lot. She's the type of person who averages in her schoolwork, and never fails to share what she knows to her friends, even little things. Her other likes include spinning short stories during her free time. Her main fault is sometimes being too nice, which others abuse and take for granted, sometimes bullying her. She has a lot of determination to succeed, yet can't stand up to people that hurts her.
Name: Miharu Endoh

Age:18
Description: Miharu has long auburn-red hair that falls just below her shoulders. She has dark green eyes with a hint of blue. She is of average height, but her petite build is said to be unhealthy for her height. Miharu is frightfully pale, even for a ballet dancer, but she is still considered very beautiful.
Miharu is a closed off girl, even with people close to her, but she is very aggressive when it comes to keeping her title as one of the top dancers at Dancing Heart. She tends to bring out the worst in people by constantly pointing out their faults so she won't have to notice her own. The only way you would ever know how Miharu is really feeling is if you read her journal, which would make you believe she is a completely different person.
Miharu is an only child. Her mother, Mitsuki Endoh, was a professional ballet dancer, and was one of the best. She died when Miharu was 6 years old in a car accident. Miharu's father, Aki Endoh, was also a professional dancer, took Mitsuki's death the hardest and masked his sorrow by pushing Miharu through intense ballet training, in hopes of seeing his wife's mirror image dancing again. For Miharu, the whole ordeal took a toll on her, both physically and emotionally. With her father always nagging on her body type, she started starving herself, and throwing up whatever she ate. She has been hospitalized many times for malnutrition.
After many years of exhausting work and hardship, Miharu finally came accustomed to her life, accepting it for what is was, and making herself believe that it was what she wanted. But she has always had a talent with writing, as many could tell if they had read her journal, and has had a secret wish to become a writer.
Name: Darryl Newman
Played By : Ruby-chan
Age: 18
Description: Darryl was teased as a child for wanting to become a ballet dancer, and as a result became quite closed off, and slightly antisocial. He finds it hard to trust people, but deep down has a heart of gold that's just waiting to surface. A very talented dancer, he is often cast in leading roles, but doesn't really care what part he gets as long as he can dance.
Darryl has black hair, and a typical doesn't look muscular-but-really-is body. His eyes are a passionate golden colour.

OOC: Finally, let's get this RP started. I'll play the last guy. XD hehe. Plus, the people playing in this RP. You guys got to at least post once a day. PLEASE! We don't want this to get closed until it's finished.
Plus. I changed the plot a bit too. You guys have to see it. I also have a fanfiction for this story. I'll post the link up above. You can sort of get ideas for it by reading. Well let's get this finally started!!! lolz
"Wow. That was such a great performance. Why did I even watch it? I thought I was through with everything related to ballet." Aya walked out of the theatre talking to herself.
She was a ballet dancer before but stopped because of an exam failure.
"I never wanted to do anything with ballet again. Why did this concert have such an effect on me?" Aya questionned herself.
She looked that the program she was holding.
"A Dancing Heart?" Aya read the name of the school that performed.
"Maybe I'll give this place a look."
The next day, Aya went to the school to check it out.
Wow, this place looks really nice. I've never seen such a nice school before. Aya spun around to look at the whole place.
She walked up to the counter to talk to the lady. She got all the information. After 10 minutes of thinking what to do, she walked back up to the lady.
"I want to register for classes starting today." Aya said, confidently to the lady.
The lady gave Aya a registeristion form and filled it out. The lady then told her that she could change in the changeroom at the end of the hall and her class would be in room 2.
Aya went and changed into her clothes that she hadn't wore for a year. It feels weird wearing these clothes again. Yet I feel like I've always wore it, everyday
After Aya changed, she walked into room 2. She saw 3 other girls and 2 guys. Aya walked in and put her stuff on the ground. She started doing warm ups in the corner. But then 2 girls and a guy walk up to her.
Aya looked up at them, "Hey." she greeted.
((OOC: YEA!! I finally started. I know that this post is really rushed. But that's what I wanted to do. :sweatdrop:))

Raine noticed a new girl walk into the room and went over to greet her
"Hiya, are you starting here?  I'm Raine" she held out her hand to shake  " What's your name?"

Let the others take care of the new kid. I'm too busy to look after newbies.

"This is a nice school." Aya started. These people looked nice.
"Yea it is." Eathan said. "Hey, name's Eathan." Eathan held out his hand to shake with Aya.
"You new to ballet? But then again, how could you be at our level if you're new?" Eathan asked.
Aya shook hands with Eathan too. "Hey."
"You new to ballet? But then again, how could you be at our level if you're new?" Aya heard Eathan ask.
"Nah. I'm not. I've been dancing since forever. Something just happened and yea." Aya didn't want to tell them what happened to her. Just wanted things to be nice and simple.

Kara walked over to the new girl. "I'm Kara." she said greeting Aya with a warm smile and helding out her hand to shake.

Aya looked at the new girl who spoke.
"Hey Kara." Aya shook hands with her too.
"Wow. I already feel so welcome." Aya smiled to the three of them. Aya looked around and saw two more people.
"Who are those two?" Aya asked, pointing to Darryl and Miharu.

Seeing the new girl point at him, Darryl scowled at her, before looking away. Yeah, that's right, come point at me. Probably another one of those 'boys can't do ballet, it's a girl thing' snobs. I've known her type before.
Snorting, he tried to senf Aya another death glare, but to his annoyance it seemed to have no affect - the girl simply smiled at him.

Darryl seem to have saw Aya pointing and just scowled at her then looked away.
Wonder what's wrong with him?
Darryl tried to scare Aya with a death glare but Aya just simply smiled at Darryl.
"What's with the cool dude?" Aya asked out loud. "He seems to really love me, already." Aya said, full of sarcasm.

" Oh that's just Darryl, don't mind him" she saidÂ
louder and a bit more directed at him she said "He just likes to be mean!"
She started to guide the group towards the barre " Class is going to start soon, we should stretch"

Who does she think she is, pointing at me like I'm some 2nd level newbie! Miharu mentally scowled. She was settled down on the floor, replacing the bandages and cotton around her bloody toes. She had no need to warm up since she had been at the studio near the crack of dawn.
She forced a fake smile at the girl, but smirked to herself, She'll probably fall flat on her face the first day, haha.

Kara glanced at the direction Aya was pointing. Miharu was busy replacing her bandages.
"Oh. That's Miharu. She's a good dancer, she's always here very early." She saw Miharu  throw Aya a smile which, In Kara's opinion, had a hint of smugness in it. She frowned slightly.

Aya just took in all the information everyone was giving her.
So I just it's better to stay away from Darryl and Miharu then
Aya started stretching and after 5 minutes, the teacher came in.
((Orange will be the teacher))
"Ah. I see we have a new student today. Welcome. And your name is..."
"Aya."
"Ok. Can you show me something so I can tell you what I can start you with?"
((That's all the teacher is going to say ok? lolz))
"Sure." Aya walked towards her bag and took out a cd. She placed it into the cd player and selected track 3 and played. Aya walked toward the middle and starting dancing, when the music started too.
Although Aya stopped dancing for a year, she still was very good. Even if she needed more practise to catch up.
After a minute or so, the teacher told her that that was good enough.
Aya stopped and walked over to her bag to get her water bottle.
Wow. That took a lot out of me and it was only a minute or so. I need to practise more out of class now.

Darryl blinked as he watched Aya dance, feeling himself get swept away in appreciation for her moves.
She's pretty good....pretty d.amn good.......it's obvious that she hasn't practiced for years, but the moves are still there, in her blood. Maybe she's a true dancer after all.
Darryl started at the thought, realising that he hadn't paid anyone that compliment in years. Shaking his head, he busied himself with his own warm-up dance moves, hoping that the lesson would be over soon, so that he could find some peace and quiet to sort out his tumbling thoughts.

Miharu stared at Aya in shock.
So she's not a newbie after all, she thought to herself. Her Retiré was almost perfect. Almost. She exhaled noisely in frustration as she looked over at Darryl, who seemed to be in a trance at the new girls' moves.
He's never looked at me, or anyone else, like that ever! What the hell is so special about her!? She glared at Aya as she walked to her bag and grabbed her water bottle.
I'll show her. Just wait and see.

"Aya!"
Kara motioned at Aya. "That was amazing! And you said you stopped dancing for a short while. Who are you trying to convince?" she teased as she watched Aya drink. The way she moved...she's definitely no newbie.
She glanced at the others and received a jolt of suprise as she saw Darryl looking awed. Which was kind of a shock.
She then glanced at Miharu who was looking at Aya as if she desired nothing than to melt Aya on the floor.
Kara elbowed Eathan and Raine and jerked her head in Miharu and Darryl's direction, a small grin in her face.

Raine was transfixed with Aya
Shes good really good
She felt a poke and Kara jerked her head toward Mirahu and Darryl
She then saw the expressions on their faces and inwardly giggled at them
"Ooo Mirahu has competition" she wispered to Kara and Eathan.

Eathan felt someone elbowing him. He looked up and saw Kara jerking her head towards Darryl and Miharu. He looked at them and saw their face.
"Ooo Miharu has competition" He heard Raine say.
"I think you're right." Eathan saw Miharu glare at Aya before grabbing her water bottle.
"Did you just see that glare of hers?" Eathan whispered back
((This is Aya now))
"What are you three whispering about?" Aya asked, really confused.
"Oh yea. Kara, was I that good. I mean like that is how I usually dance all the time. Nothing special. And who ever said I was a newbie? I never said that. I just said I stopped for awhile. I haven't danced in about a year." Aya simply stated.
She started walking away towards the teacher, who was giving them instructions for the next exercise.

Seeing Aya coming closer to the group, Darryl sidled over to her, coming up silently behind the new girl.
"So...Aya, right? I'm Darryl. You danced pretty good back there. Better than a total newbie should be able to dance." He commented. He'd been too wrapped up in glaring at her to hear her previous conversation with the others.
Aaargh! Just WHAT am I doing? I never talk this civilly to anyone!
Just calm down, Darryl......you're just complimenting her dancing. It's purely professional. It's not like you have to be friends with her.

Aya jumped hearing someone speaking to her.
"So...Aya, right? I'm Darryl. You danced pretty good back there. Better than a total newbie should be able to dance." She heard the person say.
Aya turned around and looked at the guy. He was the guy she was talking about a while ago.
'Darryl eh?'
"Nice to meet you Darryl. And yea it's Aya." Aya offered a handshake.
"Thanks for the comment. I don't think I was that good." Aya laughed. "Why does everyone here think I'm that good anyways? You guys are all probably 10 times as good as me."

Darryl offered Aya a wry smirk.
"Well, I'm meant to be good....and I think I'm alright. And of course we get the ones who think they're so much better than they really are...." At his last comment he pointed discreetly at Miharu, smirking as he saw a small smile spread over Aya's face.
"And yeah, everyone in this class is good....but I think you can top all of us...at least when you've had some more training. You shouldn't put yourself down - you're a great dancer."

Miharu was standing by the bar in the back of the room when a voice caught her attention
"....And of course we get the ones who think they're so much better than they really are...."
Miharu turned to see Darryl talking to the new girl, pointing at herself, thinking she hadn't noticed.
"So that's what he thinks," she whispered to herself, a hint of dissapointment in her voice. The one person she had secretly wanted to impress thought nothing of her.
And all the new girl had to do was prance in here and do one little show and he was all over her! she thought bitterly.
I'll have to work harder. And father keeps telling me I'm still eating too much. Yes. I'll work on that, and it'll all be okay.

"Well, I have had a lot of training." Aya thougth back to the old times. "But I'm pretty sure I can't top you all. I haven't seen you guys danced yet. You guys are probably great dancers too. And I don't want to hear anymore about me being better." Aya laughed.
The teacher told them to start on an exercise she was explaining and that got Aya to walk towards the teacher.
During the real class, things seem to have gotten really intense. The others were really good dancers.
'I think Miharu is the best in the class. She hardly has any flaws. She's lacking something though. Her techinque is excellent. I can tell she has put in a lot of effort and training. But something's not right.' Aya thought about this after class.
Aya was walking towards the door to leave class when she bumped into someone.
"Sorry." Aya said, her head down so she couldn't see who she bumped into.
Aya looked up and saw.....

Miharu smirked at Aya's clumsiness, but was also annoyed that she had bumped into her.
"Whatever," Miharu snapped. "Just watched where you're going next time, you klutz!" She started walking away, but looked back at Aya.
"Oh yeah! Stay away from Darryl! He takes his training very seriously and doesn't need distractions from a klutzy newbie!"
Miharu turned on her heel, smirking to herself, and walked out of the studio.

Aya looked up and saw Miharu.
Aya backed away when Miharu told her to watch where she was going.

'What's that suppose to mean?' Aya thought.
She waited until Miharu left the studio first then she left.

"Aya!" Kara called, then saw Miharu's figure far away.
"Ignore her. Just ignore her, she's not worth it." Kara said, coming behind Aya.
"She's like that because she finally realizes she has some competition."

((BLAH!! We need a girlfriend for Eathan. Who's it going to be. XD lolz))
Aya turned around to look at Kara.
"Ignore her. Just ignore her, she's not worth it."

"Yea. I will. Competition?" Aya laughed. "She's amazing. Just missing something. I'm having a hard time thinking of what it is though." Aya told Kara truthfully.

Aya looked at Kara and then thought about the others.
"Well, I think Darryl is pretty good but not as good as Miharu. Raine and you are good too. You guys aren't bad at all. Eathan is good too." Aya replied.
"Speaking of Eathan..."Aya said.
"Hey guys." Eathan said, walking towards Kara and Aya.
"I'm going to get a drink with Raine right now, want to come along?" Eathan asked Aya and Kara.
Aya looked at Kara then Eathan. "Sure, why not. I have nothing to do anyways."

"That's great then!" Kara announced, then turned her attention to Eathan.
"And Eathan's gonna pay for all of us, right?" she said grinning.

"What!?! No way." Eathan said.
"If you don't pay for us, then I'm not going." Aya played with Eathan.
Aya looked at Kara, hoping she would catch onto her plan.

Kara immediately registered Aya's look and played along.
"Yeah, consider it as a celebration....for Aya's arrival at the school!" she elaborated.
"But if you aren't paying, me and Aya will celebrate somewhere else. Hmm, maybe I can convince Raine also....." she said, as if in deep thought.
"So that's it then! What do you think? Company or no company?" Kara asked finally, swinging around to face him, a smile in her face.

Eathan thought of what Kara said.
'Then I can't spend time with Raine'
((I'm just going to make Raine, the girl Eathan likes ok? lolz))
Eathan sighed. "Fine." He gave in. He saw the girls yell in victory.
"Girls. So annoying and complicated." Eathan muttered so the girls couldn't hear him.

Aya shouted in joy as Eathan gave in to them. "Yea! I can now waste Eathan's money. I mean what a good friend Eathan is." Aya joked.
Aya hears Eathan mutter something. "What was that Eathan? Did you say something?" Aya eyed Eathan.

"Hey! Don't got wasting my money! This is the first and last time I'm buying you all anything." Eathan warned.
"What was that Eathan? Did you say something?"
"Nothing, nothing at all. Let's just go to the store to meet Raine ok?" Eathan started walking towards the door.
"Raine said she would meet us at the place."

"Hey! Don't got wasting my money! This is the first and last time I'm buying you all anything."
"So not even birthday presents for us?" Aya asked. "Because if you don't get me anything, I won't get you anything either.
Aya followed Eathan towards the door. "Why'd Raine leave first though?"

"If you don't want to get me a present, fine. I guess it depends on how nice of a friend you are, Aya." Eathan eyed Aya closely before laughing.
"I'm only joking with you guys about the whole buying thing. Just as long as I don't go broke, that's all." Eathan laughed at Aya.
"And I don't have a clue why Raine left early."
((OMG! Sorry. I didn't notice that I put that much in this post. :sweatdrop: SORRY! Hopefully Ralea can like fit in bits and pieces to the whole conversations. SORRY!! *bows*))

Kara stayed silent as the conversation unraveled between the two friends. They reached the place and Kara made her way to where Raine was already waiting.
"Eathan's paying." she announced happily sitting down next to Raine, then waving at Aya and Eathan.
"Don't look like as if the world ended Eathan. Alright, I promise that it's going to be my treat next time." she promised.

"Hey Raine." Eathan sat in the spot across from Raine, letting Aya take the last sit next to Raine.
"So what's everyone's expensive order now?"

Aya laughed at Kara's promise to pay next time.
"Fine, I'll make it fair. After Kara's treat, it will be mine." Aya laughed.
Aya took the seat next to Raine and looked through the menu.
"Hmm. I think I want a milk black tea with tapioca. Plus I'm hungry. Dancing takes a lot out of ya." Aya looked through the menu again.
"I'll just have a club sandwich with fries." Aya put down the menu waiting for the others to pick their orders.

Eathan looked at Aya. "You crazy person. Watch yourself get fat."
Eathan laughed and shook his head in disappointment. "So what about you two?"
Eathan looked at the menu himself.

"hmm... how bout the French dip with fries of course.... and a Dr. Pepper" Raine said
She folded the menu back up

"Sure. Anything for you lovely girls." Eathan laughed.
"And you Kara? Hurry up." Eathan was still looking at what he wanted too.
"I think I'll get a chicken fingers with a Coke." Eathan closed his menu and put it on the table.
"I'm still waiting Kara."

"Sheesh, alright, it's not easy to pick you know." she said her eyes sliding down the menu.
"Hmm.....lemme' see....just a simple fruit shake will do, I have no intention of getting fat anyway....and flavored fries. There! That's simple, sir, so I hope you give a simple one the next time we eat." she joked, closing the menu.

Eathan called the waitress and told her their orders. She told them to wait about 10 minutes.

"I regret saying I would pay once." Aya put her head down in regret. Then she looked up and started laughing.

Eathan just put his hands up in defence at Aya.

"Simple? Never. I'm getting a lot of food when you're paying."
Kara gave him a look that indicated pure horror.
"That's it. At that rate, I doubt you'll ever have a girlfriend. I mean sure your not bad-looking, your also likeable but.......bah, you might hate me if I continue." she said rolling her eyes.
"Plus if you order a lot of food, you'll balloon up. Not exactly attractive isn't it?" she added as an after thought, grinning.

Eathan looked at Kara in horror. "No girlfriend!" Eathan looked at Raine for a second before turning back to Kara.
"Ok. I promise only simple food." Eathan begged.

Kara gave a laugh.
"Sorrry, didn't mean to scare you." she said apogetically.
"But are you really that scared of not having a girlfriend? Sheesh....you got a pretty good chance, you just don't know how to use it." she said, looking at the counter if their order was coming up.

"Ok. Wait a second. Did I just hear what I thought I heard from Kara. She said I had a good chance of getting a girlfriend." Eathan touched Kara's forehead.
"Ok. What happened to the real Kara and who are you?" Eathan asked, seriously.
"I mean like, Kara has always been saying I can't get a girlfriend."
Eathan stopped the conversation when he saw the plate of food in front of him.

"What do you think I am, a monster that I can't even give compliments?" she said, biting into one of her fries. "Can't a person be nice and not be doubted?" she said rolling her eyes, before drinking her shake.

Eathan opened up his Coke can and took a sip. "A person can be nice and not be doubted but when it comes to you... I think we can have an expection." Eathan took a chicken finger and took a bit out of it.
Aya just watched in amusment as she saw her two new friends start fighting.
"You guys are so funny. I'm glad I met you guys." Aya smiled.
Aya took a bit out of her fries.

Kara glared at him and used one of her fries as pointer.
"From now on, I am taking back every nice thing I ever said about you. You-are-hopeless." she finished, popping the food in her mouth before glaring outside the window whiles sipping her drink.

Aya sweatdropped at what Kara just said.
She elbowed Eathan. "Yo, I think you should at least say sorry to her."
Eathan looked at Aya as she elbowed him.
"Sorry. Why?"
"For being mean of course!" Aya exclaimed. She took a bite out of her sandwich. "You're not really nice."
"Who ever said I was nice before?" Eathan saw that Aya didn't answer. "See. No one." Eathan smirked.
"Fine." Eathan rolled his eyes as he saw Aya glare at him.
"Sorry Kara. Is there anything I can do to make it up to you. BUT it has to be reasonable and that I can do. If I can't, then no!" Eathan looked at Kara with a sad face on. He was pretending to be really sorry.

Raine who wasn't paying attention at all sudenly snapped out of her trancelike state and began munching on her fries.
"These are better than usual." She said to no one in particular.

"You guys think that I can't find a girlfriend, huh? I'll show you guys." Eathan said confidently and turned to look at Raine.
"Raine, I have to tell you something."

Eathan started blushing, "Uh.. uh.. I wanted to say...." Eathan coudln't put what he wanted to say in words.
"What I wanted to say.... was... that... I.... I...." Eathan couldn't looked at Raine's face anymore.
"I......lo...." Eathan looked up but noticed that Aya and Kara was looking at him.
"Privacy much?! I want to talk to Raine alone." Eathan yelled at the two.
Eathan than held onto Raine's arm and dragged her out.
"Privacy much?! I want to talk to Raine alone."
"Whoo. Sorry." Aya said, in a mocked hurt expression before Eathan and Raine left.
"Why is it so hard to say, 'I love you Raine'?" Aya questioned with her arms crossed.

Eathan sighed in relief. "Glad they're out of the way."
Eathan then turned back to face Raine. "Oh yea, what I wanted to say before... was that I... I... I like.. you... Raine." Eathan found it really hard to say those words to Raine.
"I've liked you for a while."

Kara's eyes followed Eathan and Raine as they left, then she heaved a sigh.
"FINALLY. Sheesh, there has to come a time when he finally says it. I've been giving him it for some time now so he'll say it out, but I guess I wasn't enough to convince him. Thanks for the help Aya." she said grinning at Aya.

Aya looked at Kara and smiled. "No problem. But I don't think I did much." Aya laughed.
"I think you guys are really weird," Aya started, eating some of her food.
"But I'm glad I made friends." Aya hid the tear coming down her cheek.

Kara's hand froze as she was about to reach for another fry upon hearing Aya's words. She took Aya's hand.
"I'm really glad we became friends too. This is gonna become a great friendship...even if we are weird!" she said smiling.
"Besides, if those two does start hanging around each other only...you know, you heard him...privacy....who's going to keep me company?" she continued, placing a slight tone on the P word.

Eathan just stood there, trying to take in everything that just happened. He had told the girl of his dreams that he liked her and now she's hugging her.
"This is so unreal." Eathan said quietly.
It took a few seconds before Eathan hugged Raine back.
"You have no idea how hard it was for me to keep it inside." Eathan closed his eyes to remember this moment.

Darryl groaned as he rounded the corner to se Aya and Kara walking along the same pavement, giggling to each other. Great....now what do I do? Think quickly, Darryl! Do you run, or be a man and just say hello?
Just then, Aya laughed a bit louder, and Darryl's stomach flip-flopped.
Screw being a man. He thought, turning and running. But he didn't get very far before he heard a voice call out his name.

Miharu noticed someone running down the street.
Is that Darryl? Miharu thought to herself.
"Darryl!" She saw him halt in suprise and she nearly dropped her dance bag.
Crap! Did I do that out loud? She mentally panicked. What do I do? What do I do?

Darryl turned, a look of surprise on his face.
"Miharu? What are you doing here?" He asked, taking a step towards her. Then he remembered that he was trying to remain unseen by Aya, and sped up, grabbing the surprised girls's wrist.
"Come on!" He hissed, dragging her into the nearest alleyway. Sure that no one would see him now, he sighed in relief, and turned to the girl who had inevitably become his dance partner in the various shows the school had put on, because she was the only one capable of matching his own skill. Not that he especially liked her. But it wasn't like he exactly hated her either. He never knew what to think about Miharu.
"Sorry about that. Didn't want to be seen by Aya or Kara." He apologised.

Miharu was about to reply when Darryl grabbed her by the wrist, "Come on!" and dragged her into an alleyway.
"....The ...hell is he doing?" Miharu thought to herself, blushing from head to toe.
Before she could voice her confusion he sighed in what seemed like relief, "Sorry about that. Didn't want to be seen by Aya or Kara." He apologised.
Miharu sighed herself, but out of anger. "The newbie? Why? Do you like her or something?!", she blurted out and emphasised the word, "like", out of frustration, personally not wanting to hear the answer.

Darryl flushed a deep red, glaring at Miharu.
"Who said anything about that?! I don't like her that way! I'm not even sure if I like her at all! It's just...the way she dances, that's all. I admire it."
Hands on his hips, he stared at Miharu angrily.
"Anyway, what's it to you?! Gah! I don't even know why I bothered talking to you! I can never work out if I like you or not! One moment you're all smiles and sunshine, the next you're acting like a bitter twisted hag!" He snapped, before paling as he realised how harsh that last bit had sounded.

Miharu felt like she had just been slapped in the face. "A...hag?" Sure, she knew Darryl could barely stand her, but she thought she could sway his opinion. She just had to go and open her mouth and ruin it. She looked back up at Darryl, not caring she was letting him see the tears in her eyes. She was starting to feel lightheaded, and completely drained, "I see. Well, I guess I'll stay out of your way then." She picked up her bag, which she had dropped in suprise during Darryl's outburst.
"See ya in class," she choked out as she turned on her heel and ran out of the alleyway.

Darryl watched guilily as Miharu grabbed her bag, and held out his hand to her.
"Miharu....I didn't mean..." But she was already gone, running away from the alley that had seen such an exchange of angry words. Groaning, Darryl sunk down to the floor, allowing his head to drop to his knees.
I always screw up...I just can't work out how I should act around other people....I'm either cold and emotionless, or I let loose with all the things that should stay locked up inside....maybe those years of teasing didn't help, but when it comes down to it, it's my fault. I don't know how to interact with people.
And the truth is...I really did want to get to know Aya.....but I'm don't know how.

Aya was busy talking to Kara about whatever when she thought she saw Darryl in the corner of her eye.
Suddenly Aya stopped walking. "Kara. Did you just see Darryl over ther?" Aya pointed to the other side of the diner they just exited.
"Uh, whatever. Forget it. I'm probably being really paranoid right now." Aya just shrugged and started walking again.
"So where are we headed first?" Aya smiled at Kara.

Kara looked accordingly, and thought she saw some movement, but it was so fast that she was too late to catch it. She shook her head.

Kara clapped her hands together.
"There's a beautiful park here that has a great sunset scenery. About this time no one is around so I think if we go there now we'll be the only ones there...apart from a few birds. But at night it's also pretty as well, since they turn on the fountains. Come on! We can hang out at the playground and gazeebo near it!"
She grabbed Aya's hand and started a small sprint, dragging Aya and passsing an alleyway without even glancing inside it.

Aya was being dragged by Kara to a park she mentioned. When they both got there, Aya just stared and took in the beautiful scenery.
"Wow. I've never been here before. This place is great." Aya started walking on the path and spinning.
"Oh swings!" Aya ran over to the swings and started swinging.
After a while of fooling around, the sun started setting. "Wow." Was all Aya could get out.

"Pretty isn't it? My sister and me used to play here a lot during we were kids." she paused, realizing she used the past tense again and tried to cover it up.
"When night comes though, we have to leave. Pretty soon lovebirds will come here and be all lovey-dovey. It is a pretty romantic place though. I mean can you imagine being here with the person that you love most?" she asked breathlessly gesturing around her.

Sighing, Darryl ran a hand through his hair as he took a shortcut through the park. He still felt rotten for having said that to Miharu, and knew that he would have to apologise next lesson. But at least Aya and Kara hadn't seen him.
Hearing voices by the swings, Darryl looked over....and promptly froze as he saw who it was. Oh great! I knew I should have just taken the long route home! He cursed, unsure of what to do. Then, he heard what Kara was saying.
"Pretty isn't it? My sister and me used to play here a lot during we were kids."
Darryl's face softened, and he looked away, remembering back to those times. When he'd been younger, he'd come here to get away from the teasing about ballet....and two girls had always been there. Intrigued by the way that they just enjoyed each other's company, he'd begun spying on them, always coming back to the spot....but Kara and her sister had never seen him.
But that's years ago now...and I remember those rumours I heard about her sister......strange. With Aya here, you could almost think that we had slipped back in time, and I was spying on the girls again.
Getting a grip on himself, Darryl continued walking, trying to ignore the faint blush he got at the thought of spying on Aya. Pervert. He scolded himself.
And immediately winced as his foot landed on a twig, snapping it. He could just hope that they hadn't heard....

Aya turned around when she heard a twig snapping.
"Who's there?" Aya asked, getting out of the swing.
From the swing she saw a teenage boy and he stopped walking for a while when he snapped a twig.
"Hey, you ok?" Aya made him turn around. "Darryl..."

'Stay away from Darryl? What the?' Aya thought to herself.

Darryl shrugged, pointing across the park.
"I live over there. I'm on my way home." He said offhandedly. Behind Aya, he could see Kara staring at him questioningly, and he felt a by now familiar flush appear on his cheeks as he wondered whether she knew about his...thoughts...about Aya.
"By...by the way....did either of you two happen to see Miharu around before?" He asked softly.

"See Miharu. Nope, not since class. Why do you ask?" Aya asked him, curiosity got the better of her.
"Oh. So you live over there. Funny, I live around there too." Aya laughed.

"Because I kind of yelled at her before....when I was hiding in the alley...." Darryl's eyes widened, and he clapped a hand over his mouth almost comically, staring at Aya.
Oh God, please let her be as dense and airheaded as he she looks.... He moaned to himself.

After her argument with Darryl, Miharu had ran off to the park, hiding herself in the gazeebo where she usually came to be alone. She lifted a square cut out of the gazeebo floor, searching for the journal she had hidden. Since her father would periodically search through her room (assuming she didn't know about it), she couldn't leave it at home. She kept numerous things in her journal; lists, short stories, her diet log (although she didn't really need to, since not much was in her diet anyways) and daily rants.
Miharu scanned through the pages, not suprised to see Darryl mentioned every-other page. He had been her partner for many performances, and she never forgot a single one. She admired and respected him greatly as a dancer, but she knew she felt something else for him, and it brought a tinge of red to her cheeks just thinking about it.
She had been brought out of her daydreams when she had heard voices coming in her direction and she scrambled to place her journal back underneath the floor board, not noticing she left the board crooked, and quickly wiped the tears out of her eyes.
Miharu crawled quietly to the side of the gazeebe, making sure the people couldn't see her. She recognized the voices instantly; it was Darryl, Aya and Kara. She turned instantly jealous, "I guess I didn't get through to the newbie!" She growled to herself.
"By...by the way....did either of you two happen to see Miharu around before?" He asked softly, and Miharu's expression brightened. "He's looking for me!" she exclaimed in her head.
"Because I kind of yelled at her before....when I was hiding in the alley...."
Miharu rolled her eyes as she watched Darryl slap his hand over his mouth in an attempt to shut himself up. "Smooth move," she angrily whispered to herself. "Make it any more insanely obvious."
[Whew, that's kinda long...I guess to make up for the days I wasn't here >_< sorry. ]

"She's plotting to get them together!" She concluded. "That little -"
"Excuse me, but sorry Aya, I gotta go home now. There's still something I had to do. I'm really sorry about this." Kara apologized as she sat up from the swing.
"Now she's going to leave them ALONE? Oh, she's going to pay for this!"

"Alley?" Aya asked with a really curious look. 'Something is happening between the two. He probably won't tell me so might as well not ask.'
"Yea, anyways forget about that. Well like I said, haven't seem her." Aya turned back to go back on the swing just when Kara spoke.
"Excuse me, but sorry Aya, I gotta go home now. There's still something I had to do. I'm really sorry about this."
"What? No! Kara!!" Aya yelled after her but she was already gone. 'No. How could she leave me with Darryl? Alone!'
Aya groan from fustration and turned back to face Darryl. "Well, I think I better get going too. I'll see ya Darryl." Aya said bye and started power walking away from Darryl as fast as she could.

"Hey!" Darryl yelped as Aya began walking away from him quickly. Crossing his arms across his chest as she turned round to face him, he scowled at her.
"Are you afraid to be alone with me or something?" He asked bluntly. And don't think that I don't know what you're doing Kara.....but if you think you can just play matchmaker whenever you feel like it, you got another coming.

"Yea. Whatever you want to say. I'm sorry ok? I really have to go do something right now. I guess I'll see you during class. Bye"
Aya smiled before running towards the end of the park rushing home. She had totally forgot that her brother was going to be home alone tonight and he was only 8 years old. 'Mom's going to kill me'

As Aya and Darryl went their seperate ways, Miharu noticed how dark it was getting. She picked up her dance bag and decided it was best to head home.

Aya laughed at herself for thinking that. 'I must be going nuts. Kara and them are rubbing off on me.
She was in her room going over her ballet stuff that she learnt today. "I'm ok for someone that stopped for a long period of time."
Aya started spinning around thinking about things. "Hmm. Maybe I should apologize to Darryl." Aya thought out loud.
Aya stopped and just sighed. "Why am I making this such a big deal?"
Aya then sat down in front of her desk and got out a piece of line paper. "Why not a note? That's what I'm good at." Aya laughed.

After school, Aya started walking to her ballet school. Aya sighed. 'There's going to be class every day except on the weekends. This school is really something.'
Aya opened the front door and walked in bumping into someone.
"Ah! I'm so sorry." Aya looked up to see....

Darryl stared down at the girl who'd bumped into him, glaring at Aya.
"Good afternoon, Aya. I hope that you got home alright last night." He said stiffly, without emotion. He was still miffed about being brushed off last night, and had decided that the best way to act around Aya would be too maintain a distance for now.
Pity...I thought that she was a nice girl...a good dancer too.....

"Uhh... yes." Aya watched as Darryl started walking away.
"Wai... Wait Darryl!" Aya stopped Darryl. "Ummm... here." Aya handed Darryl a piece of paper, folded in half that said 'To Darryl' on one side. "I'm sorry about yesterday. Didn't mean to leave like that." Aya told Darryl.
"Well, I'll leave you alone now." Aya smiled and left.

Reading the note, the corners of Darryl's mouth turned up in a smile, and he realised that he couldn't maintain a distance...Aya was too nice a girl to treat like that - he knew how much it hurt to be given the cold shoulder.
"Aya! Wait!" He called, grabbing her wrist lightly. As she turned round, he let his face split into a full grin....one that hadn't seen the light of day in a long time.
"Th...thanks. You don't know how much it means to me that you worried enough to write that note...and...and I'm sorry I acted like such a brat." He said softly.

Aya stopped when Darryl grabbed her wrist.
Aya smiled at Darryl's words. "No problem. It's ok. You weren't acting like a brat. You just needed someone you could trust, I guess. Plus, your smile is nice, you should smile more."
Aya looked at her watch. "Great. I'm going to be so late by the time I'm done changing. Sorry Darryl that I have to run like this again but I got to change. I'll see you later in class. Bye"
Aya then ran off towards the changerooms.

Staring after her in wonder, Darryl put his fingers to his lips, feeling them curve upwards even more.

By the time Aya was finished changing, she was indeed late. The teacher yelled her name out when she walked in. She was asking her why she was late and such.
Arg.. I really don't like this teacher now. Aya slouched walking over to Kara and the rest when her teacher yelled yet again.
She said, "No slouching in my class!" Aya stood up straight and walked over to her friends in a funny way.
"God that teacher needs to be more quiet. I could hardly walk straight with her looking over me." Aya complained.
Aya glared at the teacher when she wasn't looking and stuck her tongue out at her.

"I probably have a degree in "snooping" by now." Miharu mumbled to herself, having witnessed the little scene between Aya and Darryl.
"He smiled for her! Unblelievable!" She growled, stomping up to him in rage. "Hey, Darryl -!" She stopped herself, remembering she promised she wouldn't butt in. "A-are you au-auditioning for that annual performance of Sleeping Beauty this year?" She managed to recover. "They're in a few weeks!"
"Miharu Endoh! Do you mind? I'm trying to teach a class here!" The teacher snapped.
Miharu jumped, "I-I'm sorry!"
"Great," she mumbled to herself. "I gotta stop letting my jealousy get the better of me."

Darryl bit his lip and gave Miharu a sympathetic look, figuring that he'd better be extra nice to her after the way that he'd treated her last night. Catching her eye, he nodded, mouthing the word 'yes' and pointing at her with an eyebrow raised in question.
'Are you?' He mouthed.

Miharu's face brightened and she grinned, "Yes" she mouthed.
She learned towards him while the teacher wasn't looking. "What part are you going to try out for? You'd make a good prince!" She stated honestly. Whenever he auditioned for any part, the directors usually ended up placing him as a lead.

Aya looked over to where Darryl is and saw that he was talking with Miharu.
Maybe they're dating. Aya thought to herself. I mean like Miharu did tell me to stay away from him and he was looking for her yesterday after he said something bad to her. It makes sense.
Aya started stretching and thinking at the same time. I should be feeling happy that they're going out yet my heart is hurting right now. Aya put her hand on her heart and just relaxed. I'm probably just thinking too much into it.

Raine noticed her friend looking somewhat distressed leaned in and whispered
"What's wrong Aya?"
The Teacher looked over and yelled "If this group won't quit yapping I'll have 20 Plie's from all of you!"

Hearing her teacher yell like that, Aya looked over at Raine and mouthed, "Talk to you after class."
As class finished, Aya ran over to Raine. She tapped Aya on the shoulder with a bit of force. "HEY!!! How are you and Eathan?" Aya asked with a grin on.

"ACK!!" Raine was startled .."Oh I..We're fine!..but what about you?"
Raine was not about to let the look on Aya's face back there go.

"Changing the subject now are we?" Aya laughed.
"Ok. I'll let you go now. How am I feeling?" Aya sighed. "I don't know." Aya looked around and spotted Darryl.
"Something is just making me weird. Nothing much. I'll probably be over it soon." Aya gave Raine a smile to assure her she's ok.
"Oh look, here comes your lover boy." Aya laughed seeing Eathan run up to them.
"Hey girls." Eathan greeted people his hand around Raine's waist. "What you guys talking about?" Eathan asked.
"Hey Eathan!" Aya smiled at him. "We're talking about girl stuff. Nothing for you to worry about." Aya laughed. "Well I got to leave now. Have to go to work soon. I'll see you guys later." Aya checked her watch. "Or you guys can come by to my work and have a snack." Aya told them. "I work at the sushi place on Tsubasa Road. I'll see you guys there ok?" Aya then left to go to the changeroom."
((OMG!! Don't you love that road. Tsubasa Road. I didn't have any other ideas, so yea. ROFL!!!))

Aya got to work just in the nick of time. And I thought I was going to be late again today. Aya laughed. She went into the backroom to change into her uniform. She walked out and greeted her friends around the place.
"Aya! This order goes to table 3 ok?"
The head chef called out to Aya since he saw everyone else was busy with their own work. Aya took a serving board...
((Is that what those are called. O__O lolz))
and brought the plate of food to the customer at table 3. Aya then heard the front door bell ring, signalling a new customer coming in.
"Welcome, how may I help......... you." Aya looked up shocked to see....

Miharu entered the small resteraunt when a very familiar waitress greeted her.
"Welcome, how may I help......... you," Aya slowly finished, and Miharu could only glare in return.
"I'm here to pick up an order," Miharu muttered, not happy to see her newly-found rival working here.

Kara ran up the length of Tsubasa road, cursing silently. She was the one who was going to treat next and here she was late! As she entered the sushi bar she stashed the letter she was reading in her bag with pink cheeks. She'll have to read that later...
Her eyes roved around over the tables looking for her friends....and saw Aya serving Miharu.
Now what?
Gulping, she took the table one table away from Miharu, and watched how Aya dealt with it, herself not knowing what to do.

"I'm here to pick up an order,"
Aya looked at Miharu stupidly. Order?? For what? Then Aya remembered that she was working right now.
"Right.. order. Ummm I'll be right back." Aya ran off to the kitchen and picked up the order with the name 'Endoh' on a piece of paper.
Aya took the bag of orders and gave it to Miharu. "You can pay at the cashier over there." Aya pointed to the corner of the place. Aya smiled and walked off to do other work.
Aya sighed. To think that I would meet Miharu here.
Aya looked up and saw Kara. "Hey Kara!" Aya walked over to Kara.

Miharu had to resist rolling her eyes at the dumb look Aya was giving her.
"Right.. order. Ummm I'll be right back," she said as she ran into the kitchen and came out with a small package.
"You can pay at the cashier over there," Aya said, handing the package to Miharu and went off to do other work. Miharu went to the cashier and payed for the food, glad (but also slightly annoyed) that Aya didn't stick around.
Turning to glare at Aya one last time, she stepped outside of the resteraunt.
Miharu stared at the food in disgust while walking down the road. "How can father eat this garbage?"
She muttered to herself, not noticing she was about to run straight into........

Darryl blinked, hands instinctively shooting out to stop the mystery person from colliding into him. Pulling back, he blinked as he realised who it was.
"Miharu?" Pausing, he ran a hand through his hair, smirking slightly. "Guess we're making a habit of bumping into each other."

Miharu jumped when she felt two arms stop her from walking. She looked up and saw Darryl and she mentally panicked.
"Miharu?" Pausing, he ran a hand through his hair, smirking slightly. "Guess we're making a habit of bumping into each other."
"Should I leave now?" She snapped. "Or are you going to pull me into another alley and yell at me for being a hag?"
She bit her lip, realising what she said. "...Sorry," she mumbled softly.

Darryl flushed, and looked away, ashamed.
"...Sorry,"
"Don't be. I deserve it." He mumbled. "I was brutal to you the other night. I should make it up to you...." Frowning, he thought about it, unsure of what to do. He wasn't used to being...what was the word? Socially active?......and he had no idea what to do.
"How about we go for coffee after our next dance class/" He finally suggested, blinking when he saw a light blush cover Miharu's cheeks. "But it's not a date!" He hurriedly addded.

But I've got to get this back to my father," She said pointing to the package of food in her hands. "He must be starving."
So am I, Miharu thought. But I've eaten enough today.

Kara was just waving at Aya when her eyes darted to the newcomer that Miharu almost collided with.
How could the world be so small?
She was just getting used to this apparition when the door swung forward again to let in.....

Aya walked over to Kara. She could tell that Kara was looking else where.
"Kara.. where.. are.. you.. looking..." Aya turned to see what Kara was looking at and saw... "...at."

Raine walked in dragging Eathan in tow behind her.
She saw Aya and Kara Staring at her.
"What you guys see us like everyday, why are you staring?"

"Uh.. Nothing." Aya laughed.
"So why don't you guys all sit down and I'll take your orders." Aya dragged Raine and Eathan to sit down.

"Uh... I dunno... What are you gonna get Eathan?" Raine asked.
She never had sushi before so she didn't quite know what was what.

"Uh... I dunno... What are you gonna get Eathan?"
"Me?? Umm how about.." Eathan opened a menu that Aya got for him.
"I want some sushi and something hot." Eathan kept on going throught the menu.
"Raine. What do you want? Something hot? Raw? Spicy? What??" Eathan asked still looking at the menu.
Eathan then looked at Aya and asked, "What do you recommend, Aya?"
"Me?" Aya thought about what was really good in this restaurant.
"Well, the tempura here is really good. Also the salmon is really fresh here too. So I would say those two things are the best that we have." Aya told everyone, smiling.
"Oh. Tempura. I love that. What's about you Raine?" Eathan started looking at the menu again.

Raine glanced over the menu "Uh....hmm... I'll have what you're having" She said.
She folded it back up.

"What I'm having? Ok then." Eathan looked over the menu one last time and then looked up at Aya.
"Ok. We'll be having one order of tempura and two orders of salmon sashimi and two orders of california rolls."
"Ok.. so that's one order of tempure, two orders of salmon sashimi and two orders of california rolls for you two. And Kara?" Aya looking at Kara now.

Kara snapped out of her reverie.
"Oh! Um....lemme' see....2 orders of norumaki then and an order of tempura." she stated, sifting through her bag for her wallet. "And I'm supposed to pay for all of this right?" she added.

Aya wrote down Kara's order.
"Pay?" Aya laughed. "Nah.. it's on the house. Well more like I'm paying. I can get you guys a discount." Aya winked at the three of them.
"I'll go ring your orders up. You guys chat or whatever. The food takes a while. Especially the tempura." Aya then ran off to the kitchen and told the people the orders.
"Guess you have to pay another day, Kara." Eathan told her, thinking of an expensive place.
"Now I just need to know a place that's nice and expensive for when Kara pays." Eathan laughed.

Raine nuged him. "Now that's mean, why don't we just go to Mcdonalds next time? I could kill for some of their chicken nuggets" she laughed

Eathan looked at Raine like she was crazy. "You're crazy!"
Eathan stopped talking at that moment. He knew something bad was going to happen if he didn't say something else. "I.. mean.. I mean.. Well, what I mean is that McDonalds we can go anytime. Why not go somewhere a little better for food. I paid last time at a diner and now Aya's paying at a Japanese Restaurant." Eathan was sweatdropping as he was talking.
Suddenly Eathan got an idea. "Hey. Why don't we not pay for eating but pay for going out. Like maybe.. an amusement park??" Eathan suggested
((HAHA!! I've had enough restaurants for a while. LOLZ!! We need something different!! And an amusement park was the first thing that popped into my head. HAHA!!))

"Well you're the one who asked me out so you'll just have to deal with a crazy person. Amusement park? Sounds good to me!" Raine said while poking him.

Eathan started blushing in embrassment ((spelling people?? lolz)).
"Oh yea. I asked you out today." Eathan whispered slowly.
Eathan then looked up at the group and smiled. "Then amusement park it is!" Eathan laughed. "Let's tell Aya and see what she thinks."

"Yeah I think I had enough of restaurants for a while. So when we gonna go? Just make sure it won't clash with my part time job in the day-care center and everything's alright. Or Aya's job for that." said Kara, warming up to the idea immediately.

After around 10 minutes, Aya started bringing the group's food.
"Two orders of salmon sashimi and two orders of california rolls for the lovely couple right?" Aya laughed.
"And your order of norumaki, miss." Aya put down the food. "Enjoy!" Aya smiled a big smile before being called by another customer.
((Uh.. I don't know what norumaki is.. lolz))
Aya then came back to the table. "Oh yea. I forgot to tell you guys that your tempura will take a little longer to make. And also...." Aya took a seat next to Kara. "I'm on my break right now. But it's only for 15 minutes."
"So.. what are you guys talking about?" Aya grabbed a piece of Eathan's California roll.
"HEY!" Eathan yelled out as Aya stole a piece of his food. "That's not fair!" Eathan whined. He just watched Aya eat the piece of sushi and stuck her tongue out at him after she was done with the piece of food.
Eathan gave Aya a face and just began eating. "We were thinking of going to an amusement park instead of another restaurant for when Kara pays." Eathan put a piece of salmon into his mouth. "Mmmm... This is really good." In less than 5 minutes, Eathan finished all 10 piece of salmon.
"Wow! That's the best salmon, I've ever tasted. Very fresh." Eathan told Aya.
"Thanks. I told you this place's food is fresh. Anyways.. about the amusement park. Sure, I can go." Aya laughed. "Plus it just so happens that I have a part time job at one too."

"Wow, you work in a place full of delicious food....hehe, it's a wonder you don't get fat!" said Kara, pinching one of Aya's cheeks playfully.
"So it's decided then, we'll go to an amusement park next?" said Kara, taking a bite out of her Norumaki. "Mm, this is great, no wonder Eathan licked this off in less than 5 minutes!" she praised.
"Then again, he ALWAYS demolish his food less than 5 minutes because of his greedy appetite." she said, taking another bite.

"Yup! Amusement park, here we come!" Aya laughed, while rubbing her cheek.
"Man.. Kara. You pinch hard." Aya made a face.
Aya laughed after she saw Kara make a face too. "I have to work today ((Is a Tuesday? Right?? Well, Let's say it is! haha)), Thursdays, and the weekends." Then Aya thought about something else. "Then I have work at the amusement park on Monday and Fridays."
Aya then started thinking again. "So... we can go tomorrow! Since I don't have any work. Or we can go when I have work at the amusement park. Or we can just make my time flexible on the other days. I can take a day off too sometimes."
Then Aya made a face. "AH! Basically, I'll let you gusy do whatever. YOu guys don't have to worry about me ok?? Just see when you guys are free, ok??"
"AYA!" Someone called Aya. "Oh. I guess I have to start work again now. I'll see you guys later ok?" Aya smiled and left.
"You know it's freaky how she smiles all the time. But then I can tell she's a really happy person." Eathan smiled.
"I can somewhat tell, she's a really strong girl." Eathan continued eating his sushi.
"Anyways, let's talk about when we're going to the amusement park! Well.. I can go anywhere." Eathan laughed. "Since I have no job!" Eathan laughed even harder.

Kara threw another tissue at Eathan.
"Lazy." she said. "Get a job for once and maybe you won't overreact the next time we tell you to pay the bill." Kara resumed eating.
"In any case, let's go tomorrow," Kara continued "I only work during fridays and weekends, so it's ok with me."

"Yea.. whatever. I'll find a job soon." Eathan said, lazily to Kara.
"Maybe I can get a job with one of you guys. I mean like Aya has two jobs. I'm pretty sure that they need more help in one place."
"You work at a daycare centre, Kara. Not good for me."
"What about you Raine? I haven't hear you talk about jobs before."

" That's because I only babysit my little brother on saturday evenings every once in a while, but sometimes I also get one of his little friends thrown in there too." Raine said " So I guess I'm free whenever then" She Smiled

"Oh. So you only babysit." Eathan said.
"Then I guess I'll ask Aya for a job." Eathan laughed.
"Now where's my tempura!" Eathan looked up to look for Aya.

"No way! If you work here Eathan, you'll eat everything in sight!" Kara mocked, throwing up her arms in fake horror.
"How about all the poor people who want their sushii? They'll starve, raving for their favorite food..." she continued, making dramatic gestures with her hands.

Eathan looked at Kara. "Ha... ha... Kara, you're SO funny that you should be a comedian."

"Whatever! I won't eat everything in sight!" Eathan yelled at Kara.
Just then Aya came back to their table with 3 orders of tempura. "TEMPURA! YEA!" Eathan yelled, licking his mouth.
Aya went up to the table with the group's 3 orders of tempura. "Here you guys go." She placed one in front of everyone. She watched as Eathan ate one piece of the shrimp in less than 10 seconds. Aya backed over to Kara's side for protection.
"He's... he's.. a.. a.. monster!" Aya monked being scared, pointing at Eathan eating another piece of tempura.
Eathan looked up at Aya when she said her last sentence. "Excuse.. me!" Eathan said, mad.
"HAHA! Kidding!!" Aya laughed at Eathan.

After the group finished their food, they just sat there talking to each other. They told Aya that they would wait until she got off work, which would be in around 20 minutes.
Aya offered them ice cream while they were waiting for them.
"So what flavours do you guys want?" Aya took out her note pad to write down the orders.
"I want green tea!" Eathan yelled out loud. "Thanks..." He added later after the three girls were staring at him/

Kara shook her head at Eathan's actions.
"Eathan, we're in a public place. Don't yell too loudly. There another reason why you can't have a job here."
"Umm...strawberry's fine with me."

"Eathan? Do you have a split personality or something" Raine asked him jokingly
"Chocolate is fine with me" She then told Aya

"Ok. I'll be right be with your ice-cream." Aya walked towards the kitchen passing the door.

"Welcome..." Aya was cut off by another worked. 'Just I can get off early today since there's so much help right now.'
Aya went into the kitchen and got out the ice cream for her friends. "Glad that we have so many varieties of ice cream. Regular japanese restaurants only have ginger, red bean, and green tea."

Aya walked back to the table holding the tray of ice cream. "Here you guys go. And a green tea for me too." Aya sat down and ate her ice cream.

Darryl sighed as he entered the restaurant, running his hand through his hair as he made his way absent-mindedly across to the ordering booth, not really concentrating on where he was going. Bumping into a pretty blonde waitress, he snapped out of his daze as she gave an alarmed squeak, and realised that he had just knocked the tray of food out of her hand.
Dancing reflexes kicked in, and he spun, grabbing the falling items and placing them gently back on the tray, shooting her an apologetic glance.
"Sorry." He muttered, before hearing a small smattering of applause.
It was only then that he realised he had an audience.......

"Oh my god. Carly, are you ok?" Aya saw Carly bumping into someone. Just then she saw a guy catching the falling food before it landed on the ground.
"Wow. Thanks..." Aya saw the guy turn around "Darryl?" Aya turned around when she saw her friends started to clap.
Aya laughed. "What are you doing here? Oh wait, that's a stupid question. You're here for food right?" Aya grabbed his arm and dragged him to the table. "Here, sit here and join them. I'm off later." Aya pushed Darryl into a seat.

Darryl blinked as Aya suddenly towed him towards the table, pushing him firmly into a seat before rushing off. Gulping, Darryl glanced around at the rest of his classmates, wishing that he could just sink into his seat, and somehow end up away from here....too many people made him nervous, and he didn't really know them that well....despite being in their class for years.
Lord, if you have any mercy in your soul, set the place alight, bomb the shop next door....anything! He prayed.

Darryl's mouth worked silently for a second, and he silently cursed himself for not being more experienced at the thing called 'small talk'. Sure, he was fine with one-to-one conversations, but put him with a group of more than 2 people.....
Panic.
"Umm....the sky?" He said lamely, before realising what he'd said and flushing a deep red.

Eathan stared at Darryl for a while. He stopped sensing his nervousness. "Lighten up man." Eathan pat Darryl's back. "We won't bite, much." Eathan laughed at his own joke.
Aya slapped Eathan's arm for telling such a stupid joke. "Quiet!" Aya yelled.
"But he's right Darryl. Lighten up. We're just friends from your dance class right? So wat do you want to eat? It's on the house, ok?" Aya smiled and took up a pad of paper.

Darryl glanced up at Aya, and felt himself begin to relax as she smiled at him, feeling a starnge sort of ease steal over him at her sunny expression.
"Umm....do you do miso soup? That's what I came in here for originally...." He began tentatively. "But I'll pay. It doens't seem right to have it on the house."

"Miso soup? Sure!" Aya laughed. "And no way. I'm paying for it today. You can owe me for another time."
Aya wrote down 'miso soup' on her pad of paper. "That just means you have to come out with me on another day." Aya smiled. "And you can't turn me down." Aya pointed at him with her pen.
"Well I'll go get the miso soup for you and I'm off work, I think." Aya ran off towards the kitchen. "You guys better not scare him!" Aya yelled before running away.
"Scare him? I would never do such a thing." Eathan said quietly. He then felt stares at him. "WHAT? I'm speaking the truth! Does no one believe me?? Why God? WHY??" Eathan put his hands in the arm, 'asking' God.
((HAHA!! I love the character of Eathan, but I don't like doing two characters. I must hunt down another Eathan... ROFL!!))

Kara now hit Eathan in the nape of the neck.
"Sheesh, will you act normal for once?!" she said. "I know it's okay for you to act weird around us, but around other people try to straighten up! Seriously, Raine, why did you even go with this guy?" Kara added mockingly to Raine.

"Oi! Don't say that to my girlfriend." Eathan put an arm over Raine's shoulders.
"And don't hurt me! It hurts!" Eathan wanted to hit Kara back.
"Why should I straighten up around Darryl. He's a friend. I can act like I always do." Eathan then put his arm over Darryl's shoulders. "Aren't you? And I have a feeling, we might see you around more." Eathan grinned.

Darryl tensed as Eathan slung an arm round his shoulders, and barely managed to force down the urge to move out of the other boy's reach.
"Maybe." He murmured, not saying one way or the other. He wished that they'd all just leave him alone. He seriously did not do well around people. Now if it had just been Aya.......
Hold it right there, buddy! What the hell are you thinking! You make it sound like you actually want a date with the girl!

"Hey guys." Aya walked towards the table with a bowl of miso soup. When she reached the table, she placed the bowl infront of them. "Here you are Darryl."
Aya noticed that Darryl wasn't exactly relaxed around everyone. Aya walked inbetween Eathan and Darryl. "So..." Aya yanked Eathan's arm off Darryl. "...have you guys been treating Darryl nicely?" Aya eyed Eathan closely.
"Well, I'm off right now. We can leave whenever ok?"
Eathan sensed Aya staring at him when he asked if they were treating Darryl nicely. "What? Why are you looking at me, only?" Eathan monked crying. "This is such a cruel world! I have no reason to live on!!! Kill me now!!" Eathan said dramatically.
"Shut up Eathan!" Aya slapped his arm. Aya put her arm on Darryl's shoulder and bent down to whispered. "If you don't want to be around us, you could leave or something. Cause you seem a little tense." Aya looked at Darryl and smiled.

"You want to die? Fine, the door's open and there are cars outside! Just go ahead and ram against one of them!" Kara said sarcastically, throwing her arms up. "Seriously you are turning into a teenage drama queen." she added.
Then an idea sprang to life.
"Hey, we're going to the amusement park tomorrow! Darryl, you wanna come along? Hey Aya what do you think?" Kara asked her friend.

Eathan looked at Kara. "You really want me to die eh?"
Then Eathan stared at Kara. "A drama queen?? ME??" Then Eathan pretended to cry. "Why is the world against me??" He flinged his arms everywhere.
Aya heard Kara's idea of Darryl coming to the amusement park with them. Aya smiled. "Yea. Why not come along with us? It would be pretty fun, eh?" Aya smiled at Darryl.

Darryl froze, his mouth working silently as he struggled to respond. Getting a grip on himself, Darryl gritted his teeth and nodded, glancing down at his soup.
"Sure why not? What time are you meeting, and where?" He answered, before starting on his soup, dunking the complimentary bread into it. He pretended that he hadn't heard Aya's previous comment about leaving - Darryl wasn't afraid of anyone!

Aya smiled brighty and clapped her hands. "Yea! It's settled then. We meet tomorrow at around 4ish at the Tsubasa Amusement park."
((Gets shot for the name! lolz. I couldn't think of anything else :sweatdrop:))
"Wait! Don't we have ballet tomorrow?" Aya groaned.
((I don't remember what days I said they had ballet or not. I'll be back to fix it up later. I have to go right now so I'll check later! Sorry!))

Kara froze midway in attempts to strangle Eathan.
"Eh? We do? Well, how about we drop by after ballet tomorrow?" she asked. It'd be a shame.
"I mean it's almost impossible with our schedules and part-time jobs."

"It's true. This really sucks." Aya sighed, grabbing a nearby chair to sit on.
"Maybe we can get a day off or something. The five of us." Aya smiled.
Eathan was trying to stay far way from Kara. She was trying to strangle him. "Stop it Kara!"
"Raine!" Eathan cried hiding behind her.
"Maybe we can get a day off or something. The five of us." Eathan heard Aya say.
"Impossible. We can never get a day off unless it's something important. I've tried." Eathan straightened up, being serious now.
"Well you never know that I'm here. Plus I'm pretty sure your reason was pretty stupid." Aya grinned looking at Eathan's hurt face. Everyone started laughing.

Kara abandoned her attempts with Eathan and turned to face the group.
"Okay, let's see....ummm...as I said before I only work during fridays and weekends....but I could probably get a day off if I ask the head caretaker. What about you Aya? Any chance you can get a day off?"

((Man it was hard looking for the days of everything. What I got was that we have ballet everyday except the weekends and I have work everyday except Wednesday. XD haha))
"No no Kara. We're talking about a day off ballet! That would be awesome. Even though I just started." Aya laughed.
"We said we were going tomorrow, which is a Wednesday when we all don't have work. Well except for Darryl. We don't know about him." Aya looked over at Darryl.
"Are you free tomorrow?" Aya questionned.
But before Darryl could reply, Aya grabbed her cellphone out to call someone.

Darryl opened his mouth to reply, rapidly closing it as Aya whipped out her cellphone.
Why the hell does she ask, and then ignore the answer?! Darryl mentally yelled. Getting a grip on himself, he watched the other girl silently, trying to ignore the way she was smiling so prettily.
But at least I CAN go....I mean, it looks like I'm the only one without a part-time job here!

"Can we please??!!" Aya begged to the person on the other line.
When the person replied to Aya with a defeated voice, Aya started screaming. But not loud enough for the whole restaurant to stare at her. Aya hung up and stared at her friends. She sweatdropped seeing them all stare at her.
"Haha.. What?" Aya laughed.
Eathan blinked at Aya. "What? I should ask you that." Eathan stared at Aya. "What was with the screaming?"
Aya laughed nervously. "Oh that."
Aya sat down next to Darryl. "Oh nothing. I just called up someone to ask if we could skip tomorrow's dance class." Aya grinned. "And that person said we could." Aya's grin got bigger.
Aya then turned back to Darryl. "Oh I'm sorry that I didn't let you answer. So can you come tomorrow?" Aya smiled at Darryl.

Darryl shrugged, nodding in answer to Aya's question.
"Sure. I don't have any part time jobs to worry about like you guys, so I'm free most of the time." He replied, turning his attention back to his soup. Damn......it was getting cold with all this talking. He'd better finish it now, before it got worse.

Aya smiled when Darryl said he could go. She turned back to face the group and smile. "It's settle then. We're all going tomorrow."
Aya thought about the times. "It's a school day tomorrow so we can meet up at around 4ish?"
"Is it alright with everyone?" Aya looked at them one by one.
"Yea it's alright with me." Eathan said

After a while longer, Aya was off work. She and the gang walked around and just talked about everything.
The next day came by really fast. It was three o'clock and Aya was at the amusement park already. She had decided to work today instead of Friday. She would only have to work for a few hours and instead of doing what she usually did, she only had to be at the entrance to put stamps on people's hands. At around four, Aya saw someone she recognized by the entrance. The person's back was facing her so she couldn't tell who exactly it was.
When the person turned around she saw...

Miharu felt a familiar pressence behind her, and hestatently, she turned, to be face to face with Aya.
Ahh! Her again!, she screamed in her mind. Well, as long as Darryl isn't around I don't have to be nice to this newbie.
"Oh. It's you." She finally spat out. "What are you doing here?"

"I work here." Aya replied softly, continuing stamping people's hands.

With an angry glare Miharu replied, "Well, I got a phone call saying that ballet was cancelled because so many people weren't showing up today."
Her glare deepened as she leaned forward, "Why do I get the feeling that was your fault?"

Aya laughed nervously, leaning back away from Miharu.
"Wh.. What ever gives you that idea?" Aya blinked, sweatdropping.
"Ballet was cancelled?" Aya asked. Aya quickly knew what she blurted out. "I.. I mean, yea I got a phone call too about that."

Miharu rolled her eyes at Aya's slip-up. Because that wasn't obvious, she thought sarcastically. "Right."She looked at Aya and noticed her glance wavering back and forth.
"Waiting for someone?"

"Umm no not really." Aya sweatdropped. 'For some reason, I don't want her to know that I'm meeting up with the others. Epecially Darryl'
"So you still haven't told me the real reason you're here? Came to go to the amusement park?" Aya asked again.
Before either of them could continue, Aya's phone rang. "Umm sorry."
"Hello? Yea. Umm yea. Maybe later. Well because later. Where are you guys? What?! Already!" Aya looked up and saw a girl smiling and waving at her. Aya sweatdropped and looked nervous while closing her phone.
'This is going to be a long day. Aya quietly prayed to have a good day.

We were supposed to go out for coffee today after Ballet, too. . . if someone hadn't had it cancelled!

Kara called out to her friend, waving as she neared the entrance. Then froze and sweatdropped when she saw who Aya was talking to.
Why do I always seem to come at the wrong time?! Kara asked herself silently as she walked towards her friend.

Aya felt that if she was in an anime, she would have strunk 10 times the size of her average size. The glare Miharu gave her really scared Aya. 'Did she figure it out somehow!? Why is she giving me that look?!?!'
Well Kara came over, she knew that Kara saw Miharu.
"He.. Hey Kara." Aya said nervously. "How'd did you guys get here so soon? I thought we were meeting at 4." Aya sweatdropped and asked quickly.
That's when Aya gave the clock across from her a quick glance. On the clock it read, 4:05. 'Shit! It's that late already!
Aya hit her face and groaned. 'What do I do?'
That when Aya noticed. "Say Kara. Where's the rest of the group?"

"Come on hurry up!" She said to him, "There they are!"
She waved at her friends.

Aya smiled and waved back at Raine.
"Man! Raine! Why did we have to come so early? What about us time?" Eathan said with an innocent face on.
