Title: Do you have any pets?

The bunny was named(prepare for swedish pet-names! X3) Skutte, the guienna pig Mysis and the cat Tom.
Now I want a new cat, but I'm not allowed to... :sad5:

I also had about 9 random fishes at home, but they died too, so now I got no pets.

I keep woodlice.

I'm not kidding, either! And it may sound quite sad, but they are actually really good pets. I had loads of little baby woodlice born a few months back too - kawaii!

But one day we put her cage out on the porch and she escaped and ran away. Never saw her again *shakes head in sadness*

It's not so bad. I'm a huge animal lover, so I don't have a problem with looking after so many!
Errr...except Rusty. He needs some serious obedience training.
It's weird, Luna, she never used to be affectionate. She was just plain violent. But these past few years, she's been extremely affectionate. She'll wait in my room now for me to go to bed so she can cuddle by my neck or under the covers, hehe.
But Cinnaman, she's been very anti-social these past few years. It was difficult to even get that picture of her, since she's always hiding somewhere. She has some sort of disease and eventually her kidney's are going to fail and we're going to have to put her down.
We'd give her the shot to cure her, but that would cost us around 1500 dollars. Which we obviously can't afford, or else we'd do it in a heartbeat. I've had that cat all my life. Hell, she used to sleep in my crib! I can't imagine my life without her.
Eww. Doyle just peed in my lap. Poor little thing is nervous around people.
Errr...I'm going to change now, haha.

how do you actually keep woodlice?! arent they tiny?? and what did you feed them with :confused:

Endoh > Creamy needs some obedience training too! she used to pee when there's many strangers around.. plus, she's very picky about her dog food..

i always thought its very hard to keep cats as house pets.. they are very temperamental? :sweatdrop:

Post by: moezychan on October 08 2005, 01:15 am: Lady we got her when I was 10 and except for when she would throw up in the car, she wasn't so difficult to train. She was the runt of the litter, and was always so quiet. She used to be abused, and it took us almost 2 years for her to fully trust us. She only ever kissed me once in her life, but she has other ways of showing affection. Of course, she is quite the brat when it's time to go to bed. She sleeps in my room, but she hates leaving my parents room at bedtime. But overall, she is a Lady.

Skamper, he's basically what his name implies. A scamp. He's my spoiled little con artist. I love him, but he is very manipulative at times. It took me almost 2 years when I got him, before he was completely house trained. Lately though, he won't come around me. Lady is my dad's dog, but Skamper is my dog. Despite this, he'd rather hang around my mom. I know why, but I can't post it in here. It would be going off topic.

Yeah, they're really small...especially the babies...they're about the size of 4 full stops clumped together! I normally fill up a huge plastic ice-cream container with layers of soil, petals and leaves, etc, collect a small group of them so that they can keep each other company, and leave them in the container, with clingfilm over the top. (and airholes in the clingfilm!) Then I add some twigs and small pebbles in, before finally putting in the occasionnal partially rotted carrot, and bits of plant. I'm not exactly sure what they live off of, but what I've done seems to work well, so I guess it's all right in the end!

Wouldn't want to own a pet, especially cats. The only good cat is roadkill :D

Well....I no longer have any woodlice.Â :cry: My mum knocked the pot over whilst she was gardening, and the cling film tore, letting them out into the big , cruel world......and I can't find any more at the moment, let alone THEM!

O_o' Did it die because of the dog playing with it? Or because of something else?

I have a cat! Called Buttons! Her mammy was a persian who eloped with a tabby, so we get this beautiful mixed cat! *loffs*
