Three favorite scenes.I love that scene, too! The music in it is just wonderful! My other fav moments include the endings to both movies and the scene in the episode "Sakura And Her Precious Friend" where Tomoyo comforts Meilin after Shaoran calls off his engagement with her. It was just such a sad moment.
The third being the part where Touya is remembering memories of his mother teaching him how to play the organ. That was so... I can't really explain it, but I just loved that scene.
I have two favourite scenes:
When Syaoran hugs Sakura in the Elevator Episode (57 I think)
and when he comforts her after she tells Yukito her feelings. (Sooooooo Kawii!!!!)

but u guys haven't mentioned the scene at the snow fields/ski trip... syaoran is staring at the fire, says 'sakura', she goes 'nani?' and ..LOL
me? really like the elevator scene... and could you count the movie? in the 2nd movie where syaoran was about to sacrifice his memories for sakura, it was really sad scene and one of my faves!!

This may have already been said, but what was that one episode when Syaoran was trying to tell Sakura something important, and then Yamazaki walks in, and Syaoran turns all white.
My favorite is the chapter in wich they where in the mountains in a school trip and Eriol use his magic to create a storm. (don't remember the number)
I don't know why but that is my favorite. Maybe because the part where Shaoran came runing to help Eriol with Sakura. Is so sweet. And when they talk and beging to snow.

More of my favorite scenes are when Sakura goes hanyaan! I love it! But on rare occasions, and you really have to pay attention when watching, Syaoran goes hanyaan around Sakura! Yukito: Can I see that bear?

Yukito: It's handmade. Did someone give it to you?
