Title: Happy Holidays! (New Forum Theme)

I'm still alive. :lol: Hope you people didn't forget me..Â :(

Anyway, as you can see.. oh I don't need to explain. :XD:

I just hope you like the new look of the forums. It's on fixed width now so I apologize in advance to those who use screen resolutions higher than 1024 x 768.

I've reset every account to use this just so everyone will be informed about this new theme. But you can still revert back to your theme of choice if you don't like this one. All the older themes are still available in the 'Look and Layout Preferences' section of your Profile page.

That's all I need to say here... but I've mentioned a few more things in my blog post (http://blog.syaoran.net/2005/12/07/capturedwingsnet-forums-updated/).Â :D

i'm 1280x1024 and the sides at full screen look a bit odd, but its ok.

Only two were there before ... This is the newest one anyway to be added to the list.

Ralea: It will still be available in everyone's profile even after I change the theme next year. and.. salamat! :D

About the screen resolution, well I knew that would be a problem. I'll see what I can do. Most probably, I will have to make another version of this theme..one that will cater high-res geeks. :XD:

I haven't previewed it yet on any other resolution except for 1024 x 768. (my laptop can't go any higher than that) So if you see things that don't seem right, don't hesitate to tell me.

Anyway, I'm glad most of you liked it. I figured more members are in 800 x 600 so I had to work for them. :wink:

And if I didn't mention before, I LOVE seeing the Recent Forum Posts on the top right all the time, It makes posting easier to keep track of, And I Like the seeing who is online there all the time too :tongue3:
I'd love to see them still upthere in later themes :haha:

I just noticed something in those users who have really long usernames/display names. Your names are cut off at the poster's info part (left side) of your posts. That's because they're on fixed width as well. I'm surprised no one has complained about that yet... or maybe it only shows up in Opera. Either way, I can't do anything about that now, unfortunately...

About the recent posts and currently online at the top part, I got that idea from another message board. :XD: I realized that having them only in the front page of the forums wasn't really making it very useful so now you see them on each forum page. Well, at least on this new theme, that is.

New theme for the new year? *sigh* Sad to say but... I'm running out of ideas! YouÂ (members) will have a part in creating themes starting next year.Â :greengrin:

And members creating them!? ooh I'd like to see those!

I was always wondering why my name was not showing up completely and all this time I was blaming Arcademan for the whole thing Tee!Hee!Hee!!! :D

Fireworks are soo pretty!! ><

Rain is also a good picture for spring, you know taht picture, Sakura holding an umbrella and tomoyo standing at the back with soem groceries?
